本发明公开了一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,按重量份其由以下组分组成:长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂25‑46份,氢化丁氰胶6‑15份,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯4‑9份,硅酸锆3‑6份,苎麻麻骨6‑8份,氧化铍5‑9份,硝化棉树酯23‑45份,果糖6‑13份,苯胺8‑12份,钛酸四丁酯1.2‑1.4份,铝粉8‑14份,聚四氟乙烯7‑12份,钴蓝颜料1‑5份,除草剂1‑4份,抗菌剂0.5‑2份。本发明用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,集防虫、除草、防黑斑病综合为一体,透光性好,含药效成分的涂层水溶解性强,而且在使用剂量范围内对作物安全,适合干焊光照足的条件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜领域,具体为一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜。
背景技术
十字花科黑斑病菌是由十字花科黑斑病假单胞杆菌引起的,叶片初生水渍状病斑,后变为黑褐色或淡褐色,扩大后呈不正形,薄纸状。茎及花梗初生油浸状小斑点,后变为紫黑色不规则形病斑。荚部被害病斑圆形或近圆形,黑褐色。在自然情况下主要侵染白菜、萝卜、甘蓝、花椰菜、芜菁、芥菜、高菜、三河岛菜、油菜等多种十字花科植物。十字花科蔬菜细菌性黑斑病主要发生在初夏温暖多雨的季节,或夏季较冷凉而潮湿的地区。病害由带菌种子传播,田间传播以风雨和昆虫传播为主,细菌性黑斑病在田间有明显的发病中心,在多雨潮湿的环境条件下,病害能迅速流行,株发病率可达100%。病害的影响不仅直接降低产量,而且严重影响产品的质量和产值。
农用地膜是指直接覆盖于栽培或近地面的薄型农膜。一般厚度为0.008~0.015mm,基础树酯为聚乙烯。近年来,各种有颜色的农膜纷纷上市,由于不同颜色的农膜对光谱的吸收和反射规律不同,对农作物生长及杂草、病虫害、地温的影响也不一样。现代地膜已由普通地膜发展到各种有色地膜及除草、防虫等多功能专业地膜。因此在使用中针对不同农作物的特点和种植季节,选择不同颜色的农膜。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜。

一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,按重量份其由以下组分组成:长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂25-46份,氢化丁氰胶6-15份,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯4-9份,硅酸锆3-6份,苎麻麻骨6-8份,氧化铍5-9份,硝化棉树酯23-45份,果糖6-13份,苯胺8-12份,钛酸四丁酯1.2-1.4份,铝粉8-14份,聚四氟乙烯7-12份,钴蓝颜料1-5份,除草剂1-4份,抗菌剂0.5-2份。

所述一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,按重量份其由以下组分组成:长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂35份,氢化丁氰胶10份,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯6份,硅酸锆5份,苎麻麻骨7份,氧化铍7份,硝化棉树酯35份,果糖10份,苯胺10份,钛酸四丁酯1.3份,铝粉10份,聚四氟乙烯10份,钴蓝颜料3份,除草剂3份,抗菌剂1份。
所述除草剂为90%乙草胺乳油。
所述抗菌剂为50%的乳液百菌清。
制备方法包括下列步骤:
(1)将计量好的纯净水加入常压反应釜中,启动搅拌器,将称好的长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂、过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯、硅酸锆、苎麻麻骨、氧化铍、硝化棉树酯加入反应釜中,加料的同时边升温边搅拌;
(2)在搅拌5-10min后加入氢化丁氰胶,紧接着加入聚四氟乙烯、钛酸四丁酯、果糖、铝粉、苯胺;
(3)将钴蓝颜料、除草剂、抗菌剂按比例混合均匀后加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度在90-110℃,搅拌30-40min;
(4)把制成的溶液用液浆泵打入70-80℃的贮存罐内,静置消泡20-30min;
(5)将所得胶料利用涂布机喷涂制膜,喷涂温度为70-80℃。
所述搅拌的次数为60-90转/分,升温的速度为2-3℃/min
本发明的有益效果:本发明用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,集防虫、除草、防黑斑病综合为一体,透光性好,含药效成分的涂层水溶解性强,而且在使用剂量范围内对作物安全,适合干焊光照足的条件。

实施例1
一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,按重量份其由以下组分组成:长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂25份,氢化丁氰胶6份,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯4份,硅酸锆3份,苎麻麻骨6份,氧化铍5份,硝化棉树酯23份,果糖6份,苯胺8份,钛酸四丁酯1.2份,铝粉8份,聚四氟乙烯7份,钴蓝颜料1份,除草剂1份,抗菌剂0.5份。
制备方法包括下列步骤:
(1)将计量好的纯净水加入常压反应釜中,启动搅拌器,将称好的长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂、过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯、硅酸锆、苎麻麻骨、氧化铍、硝化棉树酯加入反应釜中,加料的同时边升温边搅拌;

(5)将所得胶料利用涂布机喷涂制膜,喷涂温度为70-80℃。

一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,按重量份其由以下组分组成:长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂35份,氢化丁氰胶10份,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯6份,硅酸锆5份,苎麻麻骨7份,氧化铍7份,硝化棉树酯35份,果糖10份,苯胺10份,钛酸四丁酯1.3份,铝粉10份,聚四氟乙烯10份,钴蓝颜料3份,除草剂3份,抗菌剂1份。
制备方法包括下列步骤:
(1)将计量好的纯净水加入常压反应釜中,启动搅拌器,将称好的长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂、过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯、硅酸锆、苎麻麻骨、氧化铍、硝化棉树酯加入反应釜中,加料的同时边升温边搅拌;

5.根据权利要求1所述一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为50%的乳液百菌清。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,制备方法包括下列步骤:
(1)将计量好的纯净水加入常压反应釜中,启动搅拌器,将称好的长碳链尼龙改性酚醛树脂、过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯、硅酸锆、苎麻麻骨、氧化铍、硝化棉树酯加入反应釜中,加料的同时边升温边搅拌;
(2)在搅拌5-10min后加入氢化丁氰胶,紧接着加入聚四氟乙烯、钛酸四丁酯、果糖、铝粉、苯胺;
(3)将钴蓝颜料、除草剂、抗菌剂按比例混合均匀后加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度在90-110℃,搅拌30-40min;
(4)把制成的溶液用液浆泵打入70-80℃的贮存罐内,静置消泡20-30min;
(5)将所得胶料利用涂布机喷涂制膜,喷涂温度为70-80℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种用于防控蔬菜黑斑病菌的农用塑料地膜,所述搅拌的次数为60-90转/分,升温的速度为2-3℃/min。
