Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,其具体步骤为:(1)表面清洁:将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉水溶液中,再用清水冲洗;(2)中和除锈:将清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声后,清水冲洗,并保证外壳表面酸碱度在一定范围内;(3)磷化:将处理好的外壳置入磷化剂溶液中,加热浸泡后再加热并缓慢翻动外壳;(4)烘干清洁:将处理好的外壳置入烘干机中烘干后取出,自然冷却后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面;本发明的有益效果是:系统合理,处理方法细致严谨,参数设置满足处理要求,处理过的外壳在喷漆工艺中可促使漆料与外壳结合的更紧密,不易出现不平整等瑕疵。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动车制造技术领域,具体涉及一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺。
背景技术
电动车是利用电能行驶的绿色环保交通工具,也是未来交通工具能源使用的发展趋势,随着其电池技术的发展,电动车已经越来越被广大消费者所接受,成为一种主流交通工具。电动车也和其他机动车辆一样需要在外承受日晒雨淋,所以对其外壳喷漆的的质量也有着较高的要求,而喷漆质量的高低,有很大一部分影响在于其预处理加工工艺的好坏,若不重视预处理或预处理较简单的,其后期喷漆质量会受到严重的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,该加工工艺可促使漆料与外壳结合的更紧密,避免出现不平整等瑕疵。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面清洁:首先将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗2-4min,去除外壳表面灰尘,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉配成的水溶液中,脱脂粉浓度为12%,加热溶液到50-60℃,持续浸泡15-20min后,再用清水冲洗3-5min;所述稀释液是由去离子水40-60份、叔丁醇3-5份、石墨烯2-5份、工业碱3-5份、氢氧化钠2-5份、草酸8-10份及丙二酸2-5份组成;然后通过打砂、打磨使外壳表面光滑,易于涂层的涂装;
(2)中和除锈:将步骤(1)中清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声8-10min后,清水冲洗2-3min,测定外壳表面酸碱度,若酸碱度在6.7-7.3范围,则进入下一步骤,若酸碱度小于6.7,则用浓度25%的碳酸钠溶液中和至6.7-7.3范围中,然后再用清水冲洗2-3min后进入下一步骤;
(3)磷化:将步骤(2)中处理好的外壳置入浓度为18-20%的磷化剂溶液中,加热溶液至50-60℃后,浸泡3-5min后再加热溶液至70-90℃,在溶液中缓慢翻动外壳8-10min后进入下一步骤;
(4)烘干清洁:将步骤(3)中处理好的外壳置入烘干机中,在温度130℃-150℃下烘干20-30min后取出,自然冷却10-12min后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面6-8min。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中稀释液是由去离子水50份、叔丁醇4份、石墨烯4份、工业碱4份、氢氧化钠3份、草酸9份及丙二酸4份组成。
优选的,所述脱脂粉组分组成为质量分数40%的NaOH、30%的Na2SiO3·5H2O、15%的Na3PO4·12H2O、15%的Na2CO3
优选的,所述专用酸溶液为浓度21%的硫酸溶液。
优选的,所述磷化剂组分组成为质量分数50%的ZnO、25%的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、25%的H3PO4
本发明方法系统合理,处理方法细致严谨,参数设置满足处理要求,处理过的外壳表面有清洁紧密的磷化层,在喷漆工艺中可促使漆料与外壳结合的更紧密,不易出现不平整等瑕疵。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面清洁:首先将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗2min,去除外壳表面灰尘,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉配成的水溶液中,脱脂粉浓度为12%,加热溶液到50℃,持续浸泡15min后,再用清水冲洗3min;所述稀释液是由去离子水40份、叔丁醇3份、石墨烯2份、工业碱3份、氢氧化钠2份、草酸8份及丙二酸2份组成;然后通过打砂、打磨使外壳表面光滑,易于涂层的涂装;所述脱脂粉组分组成为质量分数40%的NaOH、30%的Na2SiO3·5H2O、15%的Na3PO4·12H2O、15%的Na2CO3
(2)中和除锈:将步骤(1)中清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声8min后,清水冲洗2-3min,测定外壳表面酸碱度,若酸碱度在6.7-7.3范围,则进入下一步骤,若酸碱度小于6.7,则用浓度25%的碳酸钠溶液中和至6.7-7.3范围中,然后再用清水冲洗2-3min后进入下一步骤;所述专用酸溶液为浓度21%的硫酸溶液;
(3)磷化:将步骤(2)中处理好的外壳置入浓度为18%的磷化剂溶液中,加热溶液至50℃后,浸泡3-5min后再加热溶液至70℃,在溶液中缓慢翻动外壳8-10min后进入下一步骤;所述磷化剂组分组成为质量分数50%的ZnO、25%的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、25%的H3PO4
(4)烘干清洁:将步骤(3)中处理好的外壳置入烘干机中,在温度130℃下烘干30min后取出,自然冷却10-12min后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面6-8min。
实施例二
一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面清洁:首先将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗3min,去除外壳表面灰尘,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉配成的水溶液中,脱脂粉浓度为12%,加热溶液到55℃,持续浸泡18min后,再用清水冲洗4min;所述稀释液是由去离子水50份、叔丁醇4份、石墨烯4份、工业碱4份、氢氧化钠3份、草酸9份及丙二酸4份组成;然后通过打砂、打磨使外壳表面光滑,易于涂层的涂装;所述脱脂粉组分组成为质量分数40%的NaOH、30%的Na2SiO3·5H2O、15%的Na3PO4·12H2O、15%的Na2CO3
(2)中和除锈:将步骤(1)中清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声9min后,清水冲洗2-3min,测定外壳表面酸碱度,若酸碱度在6.7-7.3范围,则进入下一步骤,若酸碱度小于6.7,则用浓度25%的碳酸钠溶液中和至6.7-7.3范围中,然后再用清水冲洗2-3min后进入下一步骤;所述专用酸溶液为浓度21%的硫酸溶液;
(3)磷化:将步骤(2)中处理好的外壳置入浓度为19%的磷化剂溶液中,加热溶液至55℃后,浸泡3-5min后再加热溶液至80℃,在溶液中缓慢翻动外壳8-10min后进入下一步骤;所述磷化剂组分组成为质量分数50%的ZnO、25%的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、25%的H3PO4
(4)烘干清洁:将步骤(3)中处理好的外壳置入烘干机中,在温度140℃下烘干25min后取出,自然冷却10-12min后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面6-8min。
实施例三
一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面清洁:首先将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗4min,去除外壳表面灰尘,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉配成的水溶液中,脱脂粉浓度为12%,加热溶液到60℃,持续浸泡20min后,再用清水冲洗5min;所述稀释液是由去离子水60份、叔丁醇5份、石墨烯5份、工业碱5份、氢氧化钠5份、草酸10份及丙二酸5份组成;然后通过打砂、打磨使外壳表面光滑,易于涂层的涂装;所述脱脂粉组分组成为质量分数40%的NaOH、30%的Na2SiO3·5H2O、15%的Na3PO4·12H2O、15%的Na2CO3
(2)中和除锈:将步骤(1)中清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声10min后,清水冲洗2-3min,测定外壳表面酸碱度,若酸碱度在6.7-7.3范围,则进入下一步骤,若酸碱度小于6.7,则用浓度25%的碳酸钠溶液中和至6.7-7.3范围中,然后再用清水冲洗2-3min后进入下一步骤;所述专用酸溶液为浓度21%的硫酸溶液;
(3)磷化:将步骤(2)中处理好的外壳置入浓度为20%的磷化剂溶液中,加热溶液至60℃后,浸泡3-5min后再加热溶液至90℃,在溶液中缓慢翻动外壳8-10min后进入下一步骤;所述磷化剂组分组成为质量分数50%的ZnO、25%的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、25%的H3PO4
(4)烘干清洁:将步骤(3)中处理好的外壳置入烘干机中,在温度150℃下烘干20min后取出,自然冷却10-12min后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面6-8min。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面清洁:首先将需要喷漆的外壳用清水冲洗2-4min,去除外壳表面灰尘,再将外壳浸泡在稀释液中,再将外壳浸泡入脱脂粉配成的水溶液中,脱脂粉浓度为12%,加热溶液到50-60℃,持续浸泡15-20min后,再用清水冲洗3-5min;所述稀释液是由去离子水40-60份、叔丁醇3-5份、石墨烯2-5份、工业碱3-5份、氢氧化钠2-5份、草酸8-10份及丙二酸2-5份组成;然后通过打砂、打磨使外壳表面光滑,易于涂层的涂装;
(2)中和除锈:将步骤(1)中清洁好的外壳置入专用酸溶液中,并超声8-10min后,清水冲洗2-3min,测定外壳表面酸碱度,若酸碱度在6.7-7.3范围,则进入下一步骤,若酸碱度小于6.7,则用浓度25%的碳酸钠溶液中和至6.7-7.3范围中,然后再用清水冲洗2-3min后进入下一步骤;
(3)磷化:将步骤(2)中处理好的外壳置入浓度为18-20%的磷化剂溶液中,加热溶液至50-60℃后,浸泡3-5min后再加热溶液至70-90℃,在溶液中缓慢翻动外壳8-10min后进入下一步骤;
(4)烘干清洁:将步骤(3)中处理好的外壳置入烘干机中,在温度130℃-150℃下烘干20-30min后取出,自然冷却10-12min后,用洁净的空气均匀吹扫表面6-8min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中稀释液是由去离子水50份、叔丁醇4份、石墨烯4份、工业碱4份、氢氧化钠3份、草酸9份及丙二酸4份组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动车喷漆预处理加工工艺,其特征在于:所述脱脂粉组分组成为质量分数40%的NaOH、30%的Na2SiO3·5H2O、15%的Na3PO4·12H2O、15%的Na2CO3
