Abstract
The invention discloses a cable sealing ring for a transformer power distribution cabinet, which comprises: the outer sealing ring is provided with a cable through hole penetrating through the body at the center; the outer seal ring is arranged on the periphery of the cable through hole in a surrounding mode, wherein the outer seal ring is integrally combined with the inner seal ring, a plurality of inwards-protruding elastic seal rings are arranged on the inner side wall of the inner seal ring, and a rigid seal ring is embedded on the inner side wall of the inner seal ring. According to the invention, the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the cabinet body is improved, and meanwhile, the adaptability of the sealing ring to cables with different sizes and specifications can be improved, so that the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the cables is improved, and the cabinet has a wide market application prospect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of transformer power distribution cabinets, in particular to a cable sealing ring for a transformer power distribution cabinet.

Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the cable sealing ring for the transformer power distribution cabinet, which can improve the adaptability of the sealing ring to cables with different sizes and specifications while improving the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the cabinet body, further improves the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the cables, and has wide market application prospect.
To achieve the above objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a cable gland for a transformer substation, comprising:
the outer sealing ring is provided with a cable through hole penetrating through the body at the center;
an inner sealing ring which is arranged around the periphery of the cable through hole,
the outer sealing ring and the inner sealing ring are integrally combined, a plurality of elastic sealing rings protruding inwards are arranged on the inner side wall of the inner sealing ring, and a rigid sealing ring is embedded on the inner side wall of the inner sealing ring.
Preferably, the outer seal ring includes a lip portion integrally joined to the end portion on an outer periphery thereof and a disk-shaped end portion extending horizontally rightward along the outer periphery of the end portion.
Preferably, the outer sealing ring is internally provided with a squeezing groove arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer sealing ring, and the squeezing groove extends in the lip part and the end part, so that the cross section of the squeezing groove is of an L-shaped structure.
Preferably, the cable through hole is opened at a center of the end portion, and the inner packing is integrally combined to an outer periphery of the cable through hole.
Preferably, assuming that the distance d between the inner side of the lip portion and the outer side of the inner seal ring is 8 mm. ltoreq. d.ltoreq.20 mm.
Preferably, the elastic sealing ring is tapered from outside to inside in the radial direction thereof, and the cross section of the elastic sealing ring is finally made to be in an isosceles triangle structure.
Preferably, the elastic sealing ring has a 60 DEG-90 DEG beta-angle, assuming that the apex angle of the cross section of the elastic sealing ring is beta.

Referring to fig. 1, a cable sealing ring 1 for a transformer distribution cabinet includes:
the outer sealing ring 11 is provided with a cable through hole 13 penetrating through the body at the center of the outer sealing ring 11;
an inner packing 12, the inner packing 12 being circumferentially arranged at an outer circumference of the cable through hole 13,
the outer sealing ring 11 and the inner sealing ring 12 are integrally combined, a plurality of elastic sealing rings 121 protruding inwards are arranged on the inner side wall of the inner sealing ring 12, and a rigid sealing ring 13 is embedded on the inner side wall of the inner sealing ring 12. As shown in fig. 1, after the cable 2 is inserted into the cable through hole 13, the rigid sealing ring 13 can be nested in the outer side wall of the inner sealing ring 12, so that the inner sealing ring 12 and the cable 2 are tightened, on one hand, the sealing performance of the inner sealing ring 12 and the cable 2 is increased, on the other hand, the sealing ring 1 and the cable 2 can be prevented from slipping, and the matching reliability of the two is increased.
Further, the outer seal ring 11 includes a lip 111 and a disk-shaped end 112, the lip 111 integrally joins the end 112 on an outer periphery of the end 112 and extends horizontally rightward along the outer periphery of the end 112.
Further, the outer sealing ring 11 is provided with a pressing groove 113 disposed along the circumferential direction, and the pressing groove 113 extends inside the lip portion 111 and the end portion 112, so that the cross section of the pressing groove 113 has an L-shaped structure.
