Abstract
The invention provides a dot matrix character information coding and decoding method for commodity external packaging, and relates to an anti-counterfeiting tracing technology of circulating commodities. The method adopts the steps of encoding commodity information sequences to generate corresponding digital characters, inserting character marking information into the information sequences to generate character-shaped dot matrixes, and generating redundant dot matrixes to enable information marks on commodities to have anti-interference performance and recoverability. The method improves the restorability of the commodity information under the condition of artificially destroying the commodity packaging information, and improves the traceability in commodity circulation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of information anti-counterfeiting tracing systems for circulating commodities.
Technical Field
With the continuous development and marketing trend of economy, the circulation of trade is faster and more convenient. But commodity manufacturing enterprises face troublesome problems: in the commodity circulation process, part of dealers damage the commodity anti-counterfeiting label, so that production enterprises suffer huge economic loss. Traditional anti-counterfeiting methods such as printing methods such as laser anti-counterfeiting, label anti-counterfeiting, ink anti-counterfeiting and the like are easily damaged by people in commodity circulation, and the effective anti-counterfeiting and anti-channel conflict effects cannot be achieved. Therefore, it is an important problem to improve the restorability of information on the condition that the package of the commercial product is partially damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dot matrix character information coding and decoding method for commodity outer package, which can improve the commodity information recovery capability after the commodity outer package is damaged.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a dot matrix character information coding and decoding method for commodity outer package is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) commodity information collection
Collecting commodity information and converting the commodity information into a standard data format;
2) generating original information
Randomly generating an information sequence by a computer, and associating the information sequence with the acquired commodity information to form original information in a one-to-one corresponding relationship;
3) generating characters
Dividing the random information sequence into blocks, generating corresponding characters in each block, and generating a marking information sequence by the characters;
4) generating an information matrix
Shifting the information sequence, partially copying and other operations to generate a plurality of matrixes corresponding to the characters, and inserting each element of the mark information sequence of the corresponding character into the head of each row of the matrixes;
5) generating character-shaped lattices
Generating respective character-shaped dot matrixes according to the matrix information, and spraying and painting the character-shaped dot matrixes on the outer package of the commodity;
6) dot matrix information decoding
When the commodity external package information is damaged, data recovery and commodity information restoration are carried out by a decoding method.
In step 3), the characters are 16 hexadecimal numbers such as 0,1,2 … E, F and the like.
In step 3), the marking information is generated by the graphic features of each character.
In step 5), the character-shaped dot matrix refers to arranging the dot matrix corresponding to the matrix into a character form.
In step 6), the decoding refers to reading each character to restore the original information sequence, or reading a dot matrix included in a single character to restore the original information sequence.
Due to the adoption of the scheme, the invention has the following advantages: the method can effectively restore the damaged information, has good information restoration performance, quick decoding mode and easy identification, and can improve the operation efficiency.

Detailed description of the invention
The following describes key steps in the technical scheme of the method of the invention by combining with the drawings and examples, which is favorable for better understanding of the technical scheme of the method of the invention.
1. Commodity information collection
And (3) collecting commodity information, and converting the commodity information into a standard data format for processing in the step 2.
2. Generating an original sequence:
randomly generating a 24-bit binary information sequence by a computer, such as: 101011011111110100110101. and associating the information with the acquired commodity information to form a one-to-one corresponding relation.
3. Generating characters:
dividing the random information sequence into blocks, generating corresponding characters in each block, wherein the characters generate a marking information sequence, namely:
dividing four groups of the original sequence into six groups, and generating hexadecimal numbers corresponding to each group
1010---A;1101---C;1111---F;1101---C;0011---3;0101---5
The corresponding marker information sequences are shown in FIG. 2.
4. Generating an information matrix
Shifting the information sequence, partially copying and other operations to generate six matrixes, wherein each matrix corresponds to one character in sequence, and each element of the mark information sequence of the corresponding character is inserted into the head of each row of the matrix, namely:
4.1) the number of six groups into which the original sequence was divided, starting with the first group, followed by the second, third, sixth, and first groups … …, forming a 7 x 4 matrix;
starting with the second group, followed by a third group, a fourth group … …, a sixth group, the first group, the second group, forming a 7 x 4 matrix;
the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and so on, form a matrix of six 7 x 4, as shown in fig. 3.
4.2) inserting one element of the marking information sequence of the corresponding character of the matrix in sequence before each row of the matrix to generate 6 information matrixes of 7 x 5, as shown in figure 4.
5. Generating character-shaped lattices
The solid represents 1 and the open represents 0, 7 rows of the matrix are arranged in the sequence shown in fig. 1, and each row of numbers is arranged from left to right and from top to bottom, so that 6 lattices are generated as shown in fig. 5.
6. Decoding
When the outer package is intact, each hexadecimal digital character is read out, and the original information sequence can be restored.
When the outer package is broken, only one complete character (any one of 6) is needed to be present, and all the original information sequences can be obtained.
If each character is destroyed, one of the parts 1 or 7 shown in fig. 1 exists in each character, and the character can be restored.
