Abstract

the approval platform is used for receiving the declaration request; acquiring the enterprise related information; determining whether the enterprise meets the standard for declaring the recommendation declaration policy according to the enterprise related information; allowing the affiliated enterprise to declare the recommendation declaration policy when the affiliated enterprise complies with a standard for declaring the recommendation declaration policy; and sending an approval result to the enterprise platform, wherein the approval result is used for indicating the approval platform to allow the enterprise to declare the recommendation declaration policy.
Optionally, the approval platform is further configured to:
acquiring and storing enterprise related information of at least one enterprise;

for each enterprise, matching the enterprise related information with the hard indexes and the degree indexes of the issued policies to obtain a third matching result;
determining enterprises to be adjusted which do not reach the standard of declaring the issued policy according to the third matching result;
determining an adjustment mode of the enterprise to be adjusted, wherein the adjustment mode is used for enabling the enterprise to be adjusted to reach the standard of reporting the issued policy.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a big data and artificial intelligence based policy sharing system according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the system at least includes: an operations platform 110, an enterprise platform 120, and an approval platform 130.
Wherein, the operation platform 110 is configured to obtain a published policy; reading the issued policy based on an artificial intelligence mode to obtain a hard index and a degree index of the issued policy; and sending the issued policy, the hard index and the degree index of the issued policy to an enterprise platform for displaying.
Optionally, the operations platform 110 displays policy input controls via a web page: the issued policy is obtained based on an input operation applied to the policy input control.
Optionally, the operation platform 110 is further configured to obtain management login information; and when the management login information is verified, allowing a manager to manage the issued policy in the management platform.
The issued policies in the administrator management platform include, but are not limited to: at least one of adding a published policy, deleting a published policy, and modifying a published policy.
Hard indicators refer to indicators that an enterprise must achieve when applying for a published policy; the degree index is an index which is only required to reach a certain degree when an enterprise applies for a published policy. Optionally, the hardness index comprises: at least one of enterprise turnover, total number of enterprise employees, enterprise establishment duration and number of patents applied by the enterprise. The degree index includes: at least one of an enterprise winning record, an enterprise collaboration record, and an enterprise credit record.
Optionally, the operation platform 110 is further configured to acquire and store enterprise-related information of at least one enterprise; for each enterprise, matching the enterprise related information with the hardness index and the degree index of the issued policy to obtain a third matching result; determining enterprises to be adjusted which do not reach the standard of declaring the issued policy according to the third matching result; and determining an adjusting mode of the enterprise to be adjusted, wherein the adjusting mode is used for enabling the enterprise to be adjusted to reach the standard of reporting the issued policy.
Wherein the enterprise-related information may be sent by the enterprise platform 120; or, the information may be input by a manager, and the method for acquiring the enterprise-related information by the operation platform 110 is not limited in this embodiment.
Of course, the operations platform 110 may also include other functions, such as: in order to achieve the standard of reporting policy, enterprises report, etc., the embodiment is not described herein again.
The enterprise platform 120 is configured to receive a published policy, a hard index and a degree index of the published policy; acquiring enterprise related information of an enterprise; matching the enterprise related information with the hardness index and the degree index of the issued policy to obtain a first matching result; determining a recommendation declaration policy of the enterprise according to the first matching result; and sending a declaration request to the approval platform. The declaration request is used for requesting to declare a recommendation declaration policy.
Optionally, in the present application, matching the enterprise-related information with the hardness index and the degree index of the policy (including the issued policy and the policy to be issued) includes: extracting character strings with the same meaning as the hard indexes in the enterprise related information in a semantic recognition mode, matching the character strings with the hard indexes, and determining that the enterprise related information is matched with the hard indexes when the enterprise information comprises the character strings with the same meaning as the hard indexes; extracting a character string with the same meaning as the degree index in the enterprise related information in a semantic recognition mode, and matching the character string with the degree index; when the business information includes a character string to the extent indicated by the extent indicator, it is determined that the business-related information matches the extent indicator.
The semantic recognition mode may be a mode in which the neural network recognizes character semantics, or may be other modes, and the specific mode of the semantic recognition mode is not limited in this embodiment.
Of course, the matching mode can be other modes, such as: the image of the enterprise-related information is matched with the image of the hardness index and the image of the degree index, and the like, but the matching method is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the enterprise platform 120 displays the information input control via a web page; and acquiring the enterprise related information according to the input operation acted on the information input control.
Optionally, the enterprise platform 120 is further configured to obtain enterprise login information; and when the verification of the enterprise login information is passed, enterprise related personnel are allowed to acquire policy service provided by the enterprise platform. Policy services provided by enterprise platforms include: and matching the enterprise related information with the hard index and the degree index of the issued policy to obtain a service of a first matching result.
Optionally, enterprise platform 120 sends a declaration request to approval platform 130 through a business service invocation interface with approval platform 130.
Of course, the enterprise platform 120 may also include other functions, and the present embodiment is not described in detail herein.
The approval platform 130 is used for receiving the declaration request; acquiring enterprise related information; determining whether the enterprise of the enterprise accords with the standard for reporting the recommendation reporting policy according to the enterprise related information; when the enterprise conforms to the standard of reporting the recommendation and declaration policy, allowing the enterprise to report the recommendation and declaration policy; and sending the approval result to the enterprise platform. The approval result is used for indicating that the approval platform allows the affiliated enterprise to declare a recommendation policy.
Optionally, the approval platform 130 is further configured to obtain and store enterprise-related information of at least one enterprise; reading the policy to be issued based on an artificial intelligence mode to obtain a hard index and a degree index of the policy to be issued; for each enterprise, matching enterprise related information of the enterprise with the hard indexes and the degree indexes of the policy to be issued to obtain a second matching result; determining whether the enterprise meets the standard of the declaration of the policy to be issued or not according to the second matching result; and counting the number of enterprises and enterprises meeting the standard of the declared policy to be issued.
Optionally, in the present application, the artificial intelligence manner includes but is not limited to: the model of the artificial intelligence system is at least one of a deep neural network model, a convolutional neural network model and a probability model, and the type of the artificial intelligence system is not limited in the embodiment.
Optionally, the approval platform 130 stores the enterprise-related information to the data resource center 140, resulting in an enterprise repository. Optionally, the data resource center 140 may further include a policy repository and a project repository, where the policy repository includes the issued policies acquired by the operation platform 110; and/or, including policies to be issued generated by the approval platform 130; and/or, a library of items. The project library is composed of at least one project, each project including at least one policy.
Optionally, a line system 150 is further connected to the approval platform 130, and the line system 150 is used for providing the approval platform 130 with the enterprise policy matching function.
Of course, approval platform 130 may also include other functionality, such as: management of published and pending policies, integration of the portal of the single sign-on approval platform 130, and the like.
In summary, the policy sharing system based on big data and artificial intelligence provided by this embodiment decodes the issued policy based on an artificial intelligence manner through the operation platform, so as to obtain the hard index and the degree index of the issued policy; sending the issued policy, the hard index and the degree index of the issued policy to an enterprise platform for displaying; the enterprise platform matches the enterprise related information with the hard index and the degree index of the issued policy, determines the recommendation declaration policy of the enterprise and sends a declaration request to the approval platform to declare the recommendation declaration policy, so that the problem of low efficiency of declaring the policy can be solved; the efficiency and the convenience of the enterprise for reporting the policy can be improved.
