Example two
As shown in fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle window display apparatus 200, which includes an image acquisition module 201, a control module 202, a mobile device 203, an external device 204, and a display module 205:
the image acquisition module 201 is configured to acquire image information.
The image capturing module may be a vehicle traveling data recorder installed at the front of the vehicle, or one or more image capturing devices, such as a camera, may be installed at any position of the front, rear, left, or right of the vehicle.
The image acquisition module is connected with the control module through a general interface, such as a network port.
The control module 202 is configured to generate an image to be edited based on the image information, and send the image to be edited to a display module and/or a mobile device; the control module is also used for acquiring editing information and generating a target image based on the editing information and the image to be edited.
The image to be edited is generated according to the image information acquired by the image acquisition module, and is edited according to the editing information, wherein the editing of the image to be edited comprises cutting, erasing or zooming the image information, and writing, drawing, doodling and other operations on the image information.
Furthermore, the image to be edited can also be an image containing image information and a blank editing area, so that a user can copy, draw and the like in the blank editing area according to the image information. Furthermore, the image to be edited can also be a blank editing area only for a user to carry out scrawling operation. Furthermore, the image to be edited can also acquire image information sent by the mobile device, and generate the image to be edited according to the image information. Furthermore, the image information sent by the mobile device and the image information acquired by the image acquisition module can be spliced, synthesized and the like to generate an image to be edited.
Here, the editing information includes an operation instruction and/or stroke information.
Here, the user may generate the edit information using the mobile device. Specifically, for example, the editing information may also include a clear instruction, a lock instruction, an erase instruction, a send instruction, a photograph instruction, and/or stroke information. The control module generates a target image according to the editing information generated by the mobile equipment and the image to be edited according to the same method of the embodiment.
Here, the user can generate the edit information using the external device. Specifically, for example, the operation instruction in the editing information may include a clear instruction, a lock instruction, an erase instruction, a send instruction, and a photograph instruction.
Specifically, for example, when the external device is a transparent sheet-like touch screen, and an image to be edited is operated through multi-point touch operation, the control module obtains information of a contact point position and a movement track in the multi-point touch operation, and converts the information into operation information of the image to be edited. Taking the amplification operation of the image to be edited as an example, the two fingers use an external device, specifically, a transparent sheet touch screen, to amplify the image to be edited by using a relative distance action, here, the control module obtains the relative distance action of the two fingers and the distance between the two fingers through the external device, the control module converts the distance between the fingers into the amplification amount of the image to be edited, and the control module generates a target image according to the image amount to be edited of the image and the image to be edited.
Specifically, for example, when the external device is a key, the control module obtains an operation instruction corresponding to the key, and performs a corresponding operation on the image to be edited. Specifically, for example, when the clear button is pressed, the operation instruction is a clear instruction, and the control module acquires the clear instruction from the external device and clears the image to be edited. For example, when the lock key is pressed, the operation instruction is a lock instruction, the control module obtains the lock instruction from the external device, and controls the image to be edited not to be deleted or modified.
Specifically, for example, when the external device is a transparent sheet-shaped touch screen and a key, and the erasing key is pressed, the operation instruction is an erasing instruction, the control module acquires the erasing instruction from the external device key, acquires the initial position and the relative displacement of the finger or the stylus on the sheet-shaped touch screen through the external device sheet-shaped touch screen, converts the initial position and the relative displacement of the finger or the stylus on the sheet-shaped touch screen into the initial position and the relative displacement on the image to be edited, erases image information in the relative displacement on the image to be edited by using the initial position on the image to be edited as a starting point to generate a target image, and repeats the above operations until the erasing key is pressed again.
Or when the erasing key is pressed, the operation instruction is a local erasing instruction, the external device sends the local erasing instruction to the control module, the control module acquires the erasing instruction from the external device key, the initial position and the relative displacement of the finger or the touch pen on the sheet-shaped touch screen are acquired through the sheet-shaped touch screen of the external device within the time when the local erasing key is continuously pressed, the initial position and the relative displacement of the finger or the touch pen on the sheet-shaped touch screen are converted into the initial position and the relative displacement on the image to be edited, the image information in the relative displacement on the image to be edited is erased to generate a target image by taking the initial position on the image to be edited as a starting point, and the operation is repeatedly carried out until the erasing key is released.
For example, if the external device is a key, when the photographing key is pressed, the operation instruction is a photographing instruction, and the control module obtains the photographing instruction from the external device and controls the image acquisition module to perform photographing operation.
For example, if the external device is a key, when the sending key is pressed, the operation instruction is a sending instruction, the control module obtains the sending instruction from the external device, and sends the image to be edited or the target image to the mobile device through wireless communication, and the user uses the mobile device to view and store the image to be edited or the target image. Furthermore, the user can also share and comment the image information by using a social network of the mobile device.
Here, the user may also use an external device to perform drawing or writing operations, and the control module acquires pen touch information from the external device, that is, acquires a start position and a relative displacement of a finger or a stylus pen, forms drawing information and/or text information according to the pen touch information, smoothes the drawing information and/or the text information, edits an image to be edited based on the drawing information and/or the text information, and generates the target image.
According to the requirements of a user, the control module can synthesize the drawing information and/or the character information into the image to be edited, and the synthesized image is used as a target image; or the drawing information and/or the character information are/is independently formed into an image and spliced with the image to be edited, or the two images are spliced and then stretched, zoomed or deformed, and the spliced image is used as a target image.
Here, the control module can also perform operations such as coloring of the stroke information according to the edited image, so as to bring rich entertainment experience to the user.
The mobile device 203 is used for generating the editing information, sending the editing information to the control module, displaying and storing the image to be edited, and displaying and storing the target image.
Here, the mobile device is connected to the control module in a wireless manner, for example, bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or NFC.
Here, the mobile device includes any mobile terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a computer, or a tablet computer. The manner of generating the editing information by the mobile device is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Here, the mobile device may communicate with the display device in real time, synchronously displaying the image to be edited and/or the target image. The mobile device may further display the image to be edited and/or the target image according to an operation instruction in the editing information, for example, a sending instruction, after the control module obtains the operation instruction generated by the mobile device or the external device, the control module sends the image to be edited and/or the target image to the mobile device, and the mobile device displays the image to be edited and/or the target image.
And an external device 204 for generating editing information.
Here, the external device is specifically configured to generate editing information from an area to be edited of the image to be edited.
Here, the external device is connected to the control module through a general-purpose interface.
Here, the external device includes, but is not limited to, a sheet touch screen, a key, and/or a gesture recognizer.
Here, the editing information includes an operation instruction and/or stroke information. Specifically, for example, the operation instruction in the editing information may include a clear instruction, a lock instruction, an erase instruction, a send instruction, and a photograph instruction.
Specifically, the external device may include a transparent sheet-like touch screen, such as a sheet-like resistive screen or a capacitive screen, and the image information is operated by touch using a finger or a stylus. Here, the sheet-type touch screen is connected to the control module through a general interface, such as a touch control bus. The sheet touch screen is connected with the window glass, specifically can be connected with the window glass through optical cement, and can be connected to one side of the window glass in a vehicle or connected between two layers of the window glass.
Specifically, the external device may further include a key, and if the external device uses a physical key, the physical key is mounted on a door frame around a window and connected to the control module through a general input/output interface, for example, the physical key includes a clear key, a lock key, an erase key, a send key, and a photo key, and when the corresponding key is pressed, a corresponding operation instruction is sent to the control module.
Here, if the external device implements the physical key function using a virtual key, the virtual key is provided on the sheet-shaped touch screen.
Here, the editing information may also be acquired using a holographic projection plus gesture recognition.
Specifically, for example, when the external device is a transparent sheet-like touch screen, the image to be edited may be operated through multi-touch operation, and the editing information is generated and sent to the control module.
Specifically, for example, when the external device is a key, the control module acquires an operation instruction corresponding to the key, generates editing information, and sends the editing information to the control module. Specifically, for example, when the clear button is pressed, the operation instruction is a clear instruction; when the locking key is pressed down, the operation instruction is a locking instruction; when the erasing key is pressed down, the operation instruction is an erasing instruction; when the photographing key is pressed down, the operation instruction is a photographing instruction; and when the sending key is pressed, the operation instruction is a sending instruction.
Here, the user may also use an external device to perform drawing or writing operations, generate pen touch information as editing information, and send the editing information to the control module, where the pen touch information may be a start position and a relative displacement of a finger or a stylus.
And the display module 205 is configured to display the image to be edited and/or the target image.
The display module may use any transparent sheet-like display to display a screen, such as an organic electroluminescence display, a liquid crystal display, or the like, or may use a projection device to project the image information on a window. The specific implementation of the display device is the same as that of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the application further provides a vehicle window display method, which can be specifically referred to in the following embodiments.
