Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a Vehicle diagnosis method, which can be executed by a Vehicle diagnosis device (such as a diagnosis box), wherein the Vehicle diagnosis device at least comprises a Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) and a lower computer. The VCI can comprise a remote interface interaction layer module, and the vehicle diagnosis equipment can perform data transmission with the server through an interface in the remote interface interaction layer module in the VCI. Therefore, in order to support the running and calling of programs such as the connection of the external network, the interaction of the remote interface, the communication of the lower computer, and the like, the vehicle diagnosis device may carry an Embedded Operating System (EOS), where the Embedded Operating System refers to an Operating System for an Embedded System, and the Embedded Operating System may include, but is not limited to: embedded Linux, Windows Embedded, Vxworks, etc., Embedded real-time operating system μ C/OS- | |, Android, iOS, etc.
Based on the vehicle diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application provides a diagnosis interaction system, as shown in fig. 1. The diagnostic interaction system may include: the system comprises a background server (server for short), vehicle diagnosis equipment, a target vehicle to be diagnosed and a setting terminal, wherein the setting terminal is used for setting configuration data of the vehicle diagnosis equipment; the setting terminal herein may include, but is not limited to: smart phones, Personal Computers (PCs), desktop computers, and other devices with communication capabilities. The embodiment of the application takes an embedded operating system as a Linux operating system, a vehicle diagnosis device as a diagnosis box and a set terminal as a desktop computer as an example. Please refer to the interactive flowchart of the vehicle diagnosis method shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, before the vehicle diagnosis process, the administrator may connect the setting terminal to the server, where the background interface interaction layer of the server establishes a connection with the remote interface interaction layer of the terminal, and the server and the terminal may perform data transmission through the two interfaces. The administrator may then log into the administrator system on the computer side and manage the vehicle diagnostic device at the administrator interface, setting configuration data. In one embodiment, for management of vehicle diagnostic devices, setting configuration data may include, but is not limited to: querying a status (e.g., locked status, unlocked status) of a VCI of a vehicular diagnostic device; locking or unlocking a designated VCI; setting an automatic locking strategy and a limiting strategy; the automatic locking policy may be a policy defining attributes such as the number of uses, the duration of use, and the lifetime of the VCI, for example: if the use times of the VCI exceed 50 times, the VCI can be automatically locked when the use time of the VCI exceeds 1 year, and the like, the limitation strategy can be to limit the vehicle type applicable to the VCI, and the VCI can only test the specified vehicle type in the limitation strategy and cannot test the vehicle type which does not exist in the limitation strategy. The restriction strategy comprises a vehicle type A, a vehicle type B and a vehicle type C, and the vehicle type of the target vehicle is the vehicle type A, so that the target vehicle can be tested by using the vehicle diagnosis equipment; for another example, if the restriction policy includes a vehicle type a, a vehicle type B, and a vehicle type C, and the vehicle type of the target vehicle is a vehicle type D, the target vehicle may not be tested using the vehicle diagnosis device. The administrator may save the configuration data in the database of the server after setting the configuration data for the diagnostic device.
When it is necessary to perform diagnostic processing on the target vehicle using the vehicle diagnostic apparatus, the vehicle diagnostic apparatus may be connected to the target vehicle. After successful connection, the target vehicle can supply power for the vehicle diagnosis equipment, and the vehicle diagnosis equipment can be connected to the server through the communication module in the VCI after being powered on; the communication modules in the VCI herein may include, but are not limited to: a Wireless-Fidelity (WiFi) module, a mobile network module (e.g., 2/3/4G), and so forth. After the vehicle diagnosis device is successfully connected with the server, the VCI information such as the hardware serial number, the software version number and the like of the VCI can be read, and then an interface function is called to upload the acquired VCI information to the server.
After receiving the VCI information uploaded by the vehicular diagnostic device, the server may search the database for the usage information of the vehicular diagnostic device according to the VCI information, for example: VCI number of uses, time of use, etc., and obtaining corresponding usage policies for the vehicular diagnostic device, which may include an auto-lock policy and a limit policy. The usage information and the usage policy of the vehicle diagnostic apparatus are then fed back to the vehicle diagnostic apparatus.
After receiving the usage information and the usage policy, the vehicle diagnostic device may store the usage policy in a Read Only Memory (ROM), and determine whether to lock or unlock the VCI according to the usage information. If it is to lock, set the lock flag of the ROM area in VCI to valid; if it is to be unlocked, the lock flag of the ROM area in the VCI is set to invalid. And when the lower computer program is called to carry out communication diagnosis with the target vehicle, detecting whether the locking mark of the ROM area is effective or not. If the locking mark is valid, the lower computer program is not called; if the lock flag is invalid, the lower computer program is invoked. When the lower computer program is executed, the lower computer program may be initialized. In the process of initializing the lower computer program, the bus parameters of the lower computer can be initialized, so that the lower computer can carry out diagnosis communication with the target vehicle. Bus parameters herein may include, but are not limited to: controller Area Network bus (CAN) protocol parameters, kwp (keyboard protocol) protocol parameters, and so on.
The Vehicle diagnostic apparatus may transmit an inquiry command for acquiring a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the target Vehicle to the target Vehicle. The target vehicle, upon receiving this query command, may feed back the vehicle identification code to the vehicle diagnostic device. The vehicle diagnostic apparatus may parse the vehicle identification code to determine the vehicle model of the target vehicle. And judging whether the test target vehicle is allowed or not according to the vehicle signal and the restriction strategy. If the test target vehicle is not allowed, the lower computer program exits; if the test of the target vehicle is allowed, the vehicle diagnosis apparatus performs communication diagnosis with the target vehicle.
Therefore, the staff only needs to preset the configuration data of the VCI, and in the process of using the vehicle diagnosis equipment to diagnose the target vehicle, the intervention of a large number of staff is not needed, for example, the staff is not needed to test the vehicle model of the target vehicle, and the staff is not needed to manually use the upper computer to send a locking instruction to the vehicle diagnosis equipment, and the like. Therefore, the vehicle diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the application can reduce the labor cost and realize intelligent diagnosis processing.
Referring to fig. 3, a vehicle diagnostic method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by the vehicle diagnostic apparatus in the diagnostic interaction system. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle diagnosis method may include the following steps S301 to S303:
s301, if the diagnosis event of the target vehicle is detected, obtaining the use information and the use strategy of the vehicle diagnosis equipment connected with the target vehicle from the server, wherein the use strategy comprises an automatic locking strategy.
The diagnostic event herein may be a connection event, a power event, and the like. Specifically, in one embodiment, if the vehicle diagnosis device detects a connection relationship with the target vehicle, it may be considered that a diagnosis process for the target vehicle is required at this time, that is, it may be considered that a diagnosis event of the target vehicle is detected. In another embodiment, if the vehicle diagnostic device detects that the target vehicle performs the power supply process on the vehicle diagnostic device, it may be considered that the target vehicle needs to be diagnosed at this time, that is, it may be considered that a diagnostic event of the target vehicle is detected.
The vehicle diagnostic device may send an inquiry request to the server after detecting a diagnostic event for the target vehicle to request the server to issue usage information and a usage policy of the vehicle diagnostic device. Wherein the usage information may include one or more of: the number of times of use, the length of use, and the date of use; correspondingly, the automatic locking policy may include one or more of the following: the using times are more than the preset using times, the using time is more than the preset using time, and the using date exceeds the preset using period.
In one embodiment, the usage information of the vehicular diagnostic apparatus may refer to usage information of the VCI, i.e., the usage information may be a used number, a used time length, and a used date of the VCI; the corresponding automatic locking policy may be that the number of uses of the VCI is greater than a preset number of uses, the used duration of the VCI is greater than a preset duration, and the use date of the VCI exceeds a preset lifetime.
And S302, if the use information meets the automatic locking strategy, locking the vehicle diagnosis equipment.
The vehicle diagnostic apparatus, after acquiring the usage information and the usage policy, may determine whether the usage information satisfies an automatic locking policy of the usage policies. And if the vehicle diagnosis equipment detects that the use information meets the automatic locking strategy, locking the vehicle diagnosis equipment. Otherwise, step S303 is executed.
And S303, if the use information does not meet the automatic locking strategy, using the vehicle diagnosis equipment to diagnose the target vehicle, and updating the use information of the vehicle diagnosis equipment in the server according to the use condition.
If the usage information does not satisfy the automatic locking policy, it may be considered that the vehicle diagnostic apparatus is allowed to test the target vehicle. Therefore, the diagnosis process for the target vehicle can be performed using the vehicle diagnosis apparatus in this case. After the diagnosis is completed, the use information of the vehicle diagnosis device in the server can be updated according to the use condition of the time, which can include but is not limited to: the length of the diagnosis, the date of the diagnosis, etc. When the use condition of the vehicle diagnosis device in the server is updated by using the use condition of the time, the use condition of the time can be sent to the server, so that the server updates the use information of the vehicle diagnosis device according to the use condition of the time.
Specifically, the number of times of use in the use information may be added by 1; for example, the number of uses in the use information is 4 before the diagnosis process is performed on the target vehicle using this use vehicle diagnosis apparatus, and the number of uses is updated to 5 after the diagnosis is completed.
The use duration in the use information can be updated based on the diagnosis duration; for example, before the diagnosis process of the target vehicle is performed using the vehicle diagnosis apparatus this time, the use period in the use information is 40 hours, and the diagnosis period this time is 2 hours, then after the diagnosis is completed, the use period in the use information is updated to 42 hours.
The use date in the use information may also be updated based on the diagnosis date of this time; for example, before the diagnosis process of the target vehicle is performed using the vehicle diagnosis apparatus this time, the use date in the use information is 2018.06.15, and the diagnosis date this time is 2018.06.25, and after the diagnosis is completed, the use date in the use information is updated to 2018.06.25.
In still another embodiment, the usage information further includes a current state of the vehicle diagnostic apparatus, the current state including: a locked state or an unlocked state; the usage policy further comprises: an unlocking strategy; the unlocking strategy comprises the following steps: and when the step of using the vehicle diagnosis device to diagnose the target vehicle is executed, if the current state of the vehicle diagnosis device is the locked state, unlocking the vehicle diagnosis device.
If the target vehicle needs to be diagnosed by the vehicle diagnosis device, and the vehicle diagnosis device is in the locked state, the vehicle diagnosis device can forcibly unlock the vehicle diagnosis device according to the obtained unlocking strategy. Of course, it is understood that if the vehicle diagnostic apparatus is required to perform diagnostic processing on the target vehicle while the vehicle diagnostic apparatus is in the unlocked state, the operation of performing diagnostic processing on the target vehicle using the vehicle diagnostic apparatus can be directly performed without this unlocking strategy.
In yet another embodiment, the usage policy further comprises: a locking strategy; the locking strategy comprises the following steps: and if a locking instruction for the vehicle diagnosis equipment is received, locking the vehicle diagnosis equipment. Specifically, in the process of diagnosing the target vehicle, if the vehicle diagnostic device receives a locking instruction issued by the server, the vehicle diagnostic device may perform forced locking processing according to the locking instruction issued by the server.
In the embodiment of the application, if a diagnosis event of a target vehicle is detected, use information and use strategies of vehicle diagnosis equipment connected with the target vehicle can be acquired from a server, wherein the use strategies comprise an automatic locking strategy; if the usage information satisfies the automatic locking policy, locking processing may be performed on the vehicle diagnostic apparatus; if the usage information does not satisfy the automatic locking policy, the vehicle diagnosis device may be used to perform diagnosis processing on the target vehicle, and the usage information of the vehicle diagnosis device in the server may be updated according to a usage situation. Therefore, the vehicle diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the application can realize intelligent diagnosis processing, does not need intervention of workers, and reduces labor cost.
Referring to fig. 4, another vehicle diagnosis method provided in the embodiment of the present application is executed by the vehicle diagnosis device in the diagnosis interaction system. As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle diagnosis method may include the following steps S401 to S408:
s401, if a diagnosis event of a target vehicle is detected, obtaining use information and use strategies of vehicle diagnosis equipment connected with the target vehicle from a server, wherein the use strategies comprise an automatic locking strategy.
The usage information includes one or more of: the number of times of use, the length of use, and the date of use; the automatic locking policy includes one or more of: the using times are more than the preset using times, the using time is more than the preset using time, and the using date exceeds the preset using period.
When obtaining the use information and the use strategy of the vehicle diagnosis equipment, obtaining the attribute information of the vehicle diagnosis equipment, wherein the attribute information comprises a hardware serial number and/or a software version number; uploading the attribute information to the server to request the server to inquire the use information and the use strategy of the vehicle diagnosis equipment; and receiving the use information and the use strategy of the vehicle diagnosis equipment sent by the server.
S402, judging whether the use information meets an automatic locking strategy.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the usage information of the vehicular diagnostic apparatus may refer to usage information of the VCI, i.e., the usage information may be the number of times the VCI has been used, the length of time it has been used, and the date of use; the corresponding automatic locking policy may be that the number of uses of the VCI is greater than a preset number of uses, the used duration of the VCI is greater than a preset duration, and the use date of the VCI exceeds a preset lifetime.
Specifically, if the number of times of use of the usage information VCI is 5 times and the preset number of times of use is 6 times, and the number of times of use is smaller than the preset number of times of use, the usage information is considered not to satisfy the automatic locking policy; if the used times of the usage information VCI is 5 times and the preset used times is 4 times, the used times is greater than the preset used times, and the usage information is considered to meet the automatic locking strategy.
For another example, if the used time length of the usage information VCI is 11 months and the preset usage time length is 1 year, and the used time length is less than the preset usage time length, the usage information is considered not to satisfy the automatic locking policy; if the used time length of the usage information VCI is 13 months, the preset used time length is 1 year, and the used time length is greater than the preset used time length, the usage information is considered to meet the automatic locking strategy.
For another example, if the usage date of the usage information VCI is 2018.06.25 and the preset usage period is 2018.06.30, the usage date does not exceed the preset usage period, and the usage information is considered not to satisfy the automatic locking policy; if the usage information is VCI, the usage date is 2018.06.25, and the preset usage period is 2018.05.31, then the usage date exceeds the preset usage period, and the usage information is considered to satisfy the automatic locking policy.
And S403, if the use information meets the automatic locking strategy, locking the vehicle diagnosis equipment.
