Abstract
The invention discloses a display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel and an air conditioner, belonging to the field of air conditioners, wherein the assembling structure comprises a panel and a display box; the panel is provided with at least two elastic buckles, one elastic buckle is positioned on the first side of the display box, the other elastic buckle is positioned on the second side of the display box, and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged; the display box is characterized in that at least one guide clamping groove is formed in each of two opposite side walls of the display box, the display box moves along the first edge of the panel to the second edge, and the guide clamping grooves are clamped into the elastic buckles, so that the display box is fixedly connected with the panel. This scheme simple structure, convenient operation has avoided the condition of screw damage panel to take place, and in addition, easily assembly has improved assembly efficiency, and under the cooperation of elasticity buckle and direction draw-in groove, the assembly that makes the display box laminating can not produce the not tight condition of display box and panel contact on the panel, and is reliable and stable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel and an air conditioner indoor unit.
Background
At present, in the display box assembling process of an air conditioner, the display box is generally fixed on a panel by adopting screw connection, the panel is possibly damaged by fixing screws in threaded holes of the panel due to the fact that the panel is formed by injection molding, and in the assembling process, the assembling is complicated and troublesome, and the assembling efficiency is low.

The embodiment of the invention provides a display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel and an air conditioner indoor unit, which at least solve one of the technical problems in the prior art. The following presents a simplified summary in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed embodiments. According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel;
in some optional embodiments, the display box assembling structure of the air conditioner panel includes; a panel and a display box;
the panel is provided with at least two elastic buckles, one elastic buckle is positioned on the first side of the display box, the other elastic buckle is positioned on the second side of the display box, and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged;
the display box is characterized in that at least one guide clamping groove is formed in each of two opposite side walls of the display box, the display box moves along the first edge of the panel to the second edge, and the guide clamping grooves are clamped into the elastic buckles, so that the display box is fixedly connected with the panel.
In some optional embodiments, further, the guide slot includes a guide portion and a slot, a first end of the guide portion is connected to the slot, and an upper surface of the guide portion gradually decreases from the first end to a second end of the guide portion.
In some optional embodiments, further, the slot includes a first slot wall and a second slot wall, an upper end of the first slot wall is connected to the first end, and a lower end of the first slot wall is connected to a lower end of the second slot wall.

simple structure, convenient operation has avoided the condition emergence of screw damage panel, and in addition, easily assembly has improved assembly efficiency, and under the cooperation of elasticity buckle and guide slot, the assembly that makes the display box laminating can not produce the not tight condition of display box and panel contact on the panel, and is reliable and stable.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel;
as shown in fig. 1-6, in some alternative embodiments, the display box assembling structure of the air conditioner panel includes; a panel 10 and a display box 20;
the panel 10 is provided with at least two elastic buckles 11, one elastic buckle 11 is located at a first side of the display box 20, the other elastic buckle 11 is located at a second side of the display box 20, and the first side and the second side are arranged oppositely;
the opposite two side walls of the display box 20 are respectively provided with at least one guide clamping groove 21, the display box 20 moves along the first edge of the panel 10 to the second edge, and the guide clamping grooves 21 are clamped in the elastic buckles 11, so that the display box 20 is fixedly connected with the panel 10.
In this embodiment, when the display box 20 is assembled, the display box 20 may be moved from the left side to the right side of the panel 10, the guide slot 21 is slowly moved to the position of the elastic latch 11, and finally the elastic latch 11 slides into the guide slot 21, and the elastic latch 11 applies force to the front, the back, and the lower side of the guide slot 21, so that the display box 20 is fixed on the panel 10.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that two elastic buckles 11 may be oppositely disposed, two elastic buckles 11 are oppositely disposed, and the distance between the opposite end surfaces of two elastic buckles 11 is slightly larger than or equal to the width of the display box 20; of course, three elastic buckles 11 may also be selected, wherein two elastic buckles 11 are arranged in the direction of the first side, one elastic buckle 11 is arranged in the direction of the second side, and the connecting line between the three elastic buckles 11 is triangular; four elastic buckles 11 can be arranged, and two elastic buckles 11 are arranged on each side of the display box 20; of course, five elastic buckles 11 or six elastic buckles 11 may be provided, and the number of the guide slots 21 is the same as that of the elastic buckles 11.
In some optional embodiments, as further shown in fig. 3, the guide slot 21 includes a guide portion 211 and a slot 212, a first end of the guide portion 211 is connected to the slot 212, and an upper surface of the guide portion 211 is gradually decreased from the first end to a second end thereof.
In this embodiment, during assembly, the elastic buckle 11 can slide into the clamping groove 212 along the first end to the second end of the guide portion 211, and the slope of the upper surface of the guide portion 211 facilitates the sliding of the elastic buckle 11 into the clamping groove 212, so that assembly is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the slot 212 further includes a first slot wall 213 and a second slot wall 214, an upper end of the first slot wall 213 is connected to the first end, and a lower end of the first slot wall 213 is connected to a lower end of the second slot wall 214.
Further, the upper end of the first groove wall 213 is lower than the upper end of the second groove wall 214.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the first slot wall 213 is lower than the upper end of the second slot wall 214, so that the elastic buckle 11 can enter the first slot wall 213 first and then be clamped between the first slot wall 213 and the second slot wall 214.
Further, the first groove wall 213 and the second groove wall 214 are disposed in a V shape.
In this embodiment, the first groove wall 213 and the second groove wall 214 are disposed in a V shape, that is, the locking groove 212 is a V-shaped groove, and one side of the V-shaped groove is lower than the other side of the V-shaped groove, so that the elastic buckle 11 can slide into the V-shaped groove.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic buckle 11 includes a connecting portion 112 and a clamping portion 111, one end of the connecting portion 112 is connected to the panel 10, the other end is connected to the clamping portion 111, and the shape of the clamping portion 111 matches the shape of the clamping slot 212.
In this embodiment, the shape of the engaging portion 111 matches the shape of the engaging groove 212, so that the engaging groove 212 is more uniformly stressed, and the pre-tightening force applied to the display box 20 is increased, so that the display box is better attached to the panel 10.
Furthermore, in order to increase the pre-tightening force of the elastic buckle 11 on the guide slot 21, the clamping portion 111 is in interference fit with the clamping slot 212.
In some optional embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 6, the upper surface of the guiding portion 211 includes a first surface 215 and a second surface 216, the first surface 215 is disposed near the first end, the second surface 216 is disposed near the second end, and the first surface 215 is connected to the second surface 216 by an arc transition.
In this embodiment, a certain angle may be preset between the first surface 215 and the second surface 216, so that the elastic clip 11 is easily slid into the slot 212 along the first surface 215 and the second surface 216, and meanwhile, the first surface 215 and the second surface 216 may be connected by an arc transition manner, so that the joint between the two is more smooth and convenient for guiding.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a limit stop 22 is further disposed on the panel 10, and when the guide slot 21 is snapped into the elastic latch 11, the limit stop 22 abuts against an end surface of the display box 20 close to the second edge.
In this embodiment, the limit stopper 22 is disposed to limit the display box 20 to move toward the second side of the panel 10 when the display box 20 is assembled to the predetermined installation position, thereby improving the assembly reliability of the product.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, four elastic buckles 11 are disposed on the panel 10, two elastic buckles 11 are disposed on a first side of the display box 20, and two elastic buckles 11 are disposed on a second side of the display box 20, where the first side and the second side are disposed opposite to each other; two guide slots 21 are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the display box 20, each guide slot 21 includes a guide portion 211 and a slot 212, a first end of the guide portion 211 is connected with the slot 212, an upper surface of the guide portion 211 gradually decreases from the first end to a second end thereof, the slot 212 includes a first slot wall 213 and a second slot wall 214, an upper end of the first slot wall 213 is connected with the first end, a lower end of the first slot wall 213 is connected with a lower end of the second slot wall 214, an upper end of the first slot wall 213 is lower than an upper end of the second slot wall 214, the first slot wall 213 and the second slot wall 214 are arranged in a V shape, the elastic buckle 11 includes a connecting portion 112 and a clamping portion 111, one end of the connecting portion 112 is connected with the panel 10, the other end is connected with the clamping portion 111, and the shape of the clamping portion 111 matches the shape of the slot 212, the display box 20 moves along the left side to the right side of the panel 10, and the clamping portion 111 slides into the clamping groove 212 along the first surface 215 and the second surface 216 of the guiding portion 211, so that the clamping portion 111 and the clamping groove 212 are in interference fit, and the display box 20 is fixedly connected with the panel 10.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an indoor unit of an air conditioner;
in some optional embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit comprises a display box assembling structure of any one of the air conditioner panels optionally implemented.
The air conditioner indoor unit provided by the second aspect has the display box assembling structure of the air conditioner panel provided by the first aspect, so that all the beneficial effects of the display box assembling structure of the air conditioner panel provided by the first aspect are achieved, and redundant description is omitted here.

Claims (9)
1. A display box assembling structure of an air conditioner panel is characterized by comprising; a panel and a display box;
the panel is provided with at least two elastic buckles, one elastic buckle is positioned on the first side of the display box, the other elastic buckle is positioned on the second side of the display box, and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged;
at least one guide clamping groove is respectively formed in two opposite side walls of the display box, the display box moves to the second side along the first side of the panel to enable the guide clamping grooves to move to the positions of the buckles, and under the condition that the guide clamping grooves are clamped into the elastic buckles, the elastic buckles apply force to the front, the back and the lower portions of the guide clamping grooves to enable the display box to be fixedly connected with the panel;
the guide clamping groove comprises a guide portion and a clamping groove, the first end of the guide portion is connected with the clamping groove, the upper surface of the guide portion is gradually reduced from the first end to the second end of the guide portion, and therefore the elastic buckle slides into the clamping groove from the first end to the second end of the guide portion.
2. The display box assembling structure of air conditioner panel according to claim 1,
the clamping groove comprises a first groove wall and a second groove wall, the upper end of the first groove wall is connected with the first end, and the lower end of the first groove wall is connected with the lower end of the second groove wall.

the upper end of the first slot wall is lower than the upper end of the second slot wall.
4. The display box assembling structure of air conditioner panel according to claim 2,
the first groove wall and the second groove wall are arranged in a V shape.
5. The display box assembling structure of air conditioner panel according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the elastic buckle comprises a connecting portion and a clamping portion, one end of the connecting portion is connected with the panel, the other end of the connecting portion is connected with the clamping portion, and the shape of the clamping portion is matched with that of the clamping groove.

the clamping portion is in interference fit with the clamping groove.
