Description

Control method for multi-split air conditioning system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides a control method for a multi-split air conditioner system.
Background
One of the multiple on-line air conditioning system central air conditioning systems, commonly known as "one drives multiple", refers to that one outdoor unit is connected with a plurality of indoor units through pipelines, and the multiple on-line air conditioning system central air conditioning system has very wide application in small and medium-sized buildings and part of public buildings.
The existing multi-split air conditioning system can simultaneously comprise a refrigerating indoor unit and a heating indoor unit, all the indoor units are connected with an outdoor unit, and the structure of the air conditioning system has the disadvantages that: the outdoor unit can only select one of the cooling mode and the heating mode to operate, so that the multi-split air conditioning system is prone to generating the problem of unbalanced cooling and heating effects.
In the prior art, the capacity of a refrigerating indoor unit and the capacity of a heating indoor unit are generally compared, and then the operation mode of an outdoor unit is judged. However, a low capacity of the cooling indoor unit does not indicate a low cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, and a high capacity of the cooling indoor unit does not indicate a high cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit. That is to say, the cooling and heating conditions of the indoor unit cannot be accurately determined by separately determining the capacity of the cooling indoor unit and the capacity of the heating indoor unit, and before the outdoor unit is opened, because the cooling and heating effects of the indoor unit cannot be accurately determined, that is, whether the cooling and heating effects of the indoor unit are balanced or not cannot be known, the outdoor unit cannot be opened according to a correct opening mode, and further the cooling and heating effects of the indoor unit are more unbalanced.

In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the load balance index of the refrigerating and heating effect is greater than the tenth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, increasing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred technical solution of the present invention, before the outdoor unit is turned on, by obtaining the total cooling load and the total heating load of the indoor unit, it can be determined whether the cooling effect and the heating effect of the indoor unit are balanced, and the relationship between the total cooling load and the total heating load of the indoor unit can be determined, so that the outdoor unit is turned on in a correct turning-on mode, and it is ensured that the cooling effect/heating effect of the indoor unit can be maintained or improved after the outdoor unit is turned on, i.e. when the cooling effect of the indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the indoor unit, the outdoor unit is turned on in a cooling mode, so that the cooling effect of the indoor unit is improved by dissipating heat through the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, and when the heating effect of the indoor unit is inferior to the cooling effect of the indoor unit, the outdoor unit is turned on in a cooling mode, so that the heat is absorbed from the outside through the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit to improve the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
Further, before the outdoor unit is opened, a refrigerating and heating effect load balancing index can be calculated through the ratio of the total refrigerating load to the sum of the total refrigerating load and the total heating load, and then the opening mode of the outdoor unit is selected through the refrigerating and heating effect load balancing index; on the contrary, if the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effects is smaller than the first preset value, it indicates that the total cooling load of the indoor units is smaller than the total heating load, that is, the heating effect of the heating indoor units is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor units, and the outdoor unit should be opened in the heating mode. Alternatively, a refrigeration and heating effect load balancing index obtained by calculating the ratio of the total heating load to the sum of the total refrigeration load and the total heating load can be used, and then the opening mode of the outdoor unit is selected through the refrigeration and heating effect load balancing index; on the contrary, if the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effects is smaller than the second preset value, it indicates that the total heating load of the indoor units is smaller than the total cooling load, that is, the cooling effect of the cooling indoor units is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor units, and the outdoor unit should be opened in a cooling mode. Besides the way of comparing the refrigeration and heating effect load balance index with the preset value, the way of directly comparing the total refrigeration load with the total heating load can be adopted, that is, if the total cooling load of the indoor unit is greater than the total heating load, it means that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not as good as the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, and at this time, the outdoor unit should be opened in the cooling mode to improve the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, if the total refrigerating load of the indoor units is equal to the total heating load, the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor units and the heating effect of the heating indoor units are balanced, at the moment, the outdoor units can be directly opened in a refrigerating mode, if the total refrigerating load of the indoor units is less than the total heating load, the heating effect of the heating indoor units is not better than that of the refrigerating indoor units, and at the moment, the outdoor units should be opened in a heating mode, so that the heating effect of the heating indoor units is improved. By the control mode, the optimal opening mode is selected by judgment before the outdoor unit is opened, and after the outdoor unit is opened, the refrigerating/heating effect of the indoor unit can be improved immediately, so that the refrigerating and heating of the multi-split air-conditioning system are kept balanced or balanced at the highest speed, the energy consumption of the multi-split air-conditioning system is reduced, the multi-split air-conditioning system is more energy-saving, and the user experience is improved.
Furthermore, the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect of the air conditioning system and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit are obtained firstly, and then the control operation of the air conditioning system is selectively adjusted through the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit, so that when the indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioning system has the problem of unbalanced refrigerating and heating, the indoor unit can be adjusted in real time, the effect balance of all the refrigerating indoor units and the heating indoor units is ensured, the heating effect of all the heating indoor units and the refrigerating effect of all the refrigerating indoor units are considered, the energy consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced as much as possible, and the multi-split air conditioning system is more energy-saving.
Furthermore, a refrigerating and heating effect load balancing index calculated by a ratio of the total refrigerating load to the sum of the total refrigerating load and the total heating load can feed back a heating effect of the heating indoor unit and a refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit, namely when the refrigerating and heating effect load balancing index is greater than a third preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a refrigerating mode, the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit at the moment, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve at the outdoor unit side of the air-conditioning system is required to be increased, the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit is required to be increased, and therefore the refrigerating effect of the air-conditioning system is improved; when the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect is less than or equal to the third preset value and greater than or equal to the fourth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the refrigerating mode, the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are relatively balanced and maintained at a better level at the moment, and the current control operation is maintained, namely the whole air conditioning system does not need to adjust the control operation; when the load balance index of the cooling and heating effect is smaller than the fourth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than that of the cooling indoor unit at the moment, firstly, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve at the outdoor unit side of the air conditioning system is reduced, the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit is reduced, the cooling effect of the air conditioning system is reduced, the heating effect is improved, if the electronic expansion valve is completely closed, the fan of the outdoor unit is completely stopped, and the load balance index of the cooling and heating effect is still smaller than the fourth preset value, the outdoor unit needs to be adjusted from the cooling mode to the heating mode, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is increased, and the heating effect of the air conditioning system is further improved. Similarly, when the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect is greater than the fifth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, which indicates that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor unit at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve on the outdoor unit side of the air conditioning system should be reduced and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be reduced first, so that the heating effect of the air conditioning system is reduced, and the cooling effect is improved; the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect is less than or equal to a fifth preset value and greater than or equal to a sixth preset value, and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, which shows that the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are relatively balanced and maintained at a better level at the moment, and the current control operation is maintained, namely the whole air conditioning system does not need to adjust the control operation; and when the load balance index of the cooling and heating effect is smaller than the sixth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, and the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve at the side of the outdoor unit of the air-conditioning system should be increased and the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the heating effect of the air-conditioning system is improved. Through foretell control mode, can guarantee air conditioning system's the refrigeration and heat the equilibrium all the time, the refrigeration effect of the indoor set of refrigeration promptly and the equilibrium of the effect of heating of the indoor set of heating to reach the purpose of taking into account all indoor set effects, reduce many online air conditioning system's energy consumption, make many online air conditioning system more energy-conserving, promote user experience.
Still further, as another alternative to the above-mentioned method, the cooling and heating effect load balancing index calculated by the ratio of the total heating load to the sum of the total cooling load and the total heating load may feed back the heating effect of the heating indoor unit and the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, that is, when the cooling and heating effect load balancing index is smaller than the seventh preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode, it indicates that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor unit at this time, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve on the outdoor unit side of the air conditioning system should be increased and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so as to improve the cooling effect of the air conditioning system; when the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect is greater than or equal to the seventh preset value and less than or equal to the eighth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the refrigerating mode, the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are relatively balanced and maintained at a better level at the moment, and the current control operation is maintained, namely the whole air conditioning system does not need to adjust the control operation; when the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect is greater than the eighth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode, it is indicated that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is inferior to the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit at this time, firstly, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve on the outdoor unit side of the air conditioning system should be reduced and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be reduced, so as to reduce the cooling effect of the air conditioning system and improve the heating effect, and if the electronic expansion valve is completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is completely stopped and the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect is still greater than the eighth preset value, the outdoor unit needs to be adjusted from the cooling mode to the heating mode, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is increased, so as to further improve the heating effect of the air conditioning system. Similarly, when the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect is smaller than the ninth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, it indicates that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor unit at this time, firstly, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve on the outdoor unit side of the air conditioning system should be reduced and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be reduced, so as to reduce the heating effect of the air conditioning system and improve the cooling effect, if the electronic expansion valve is completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is completely stopped and the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect is still smaller than the ninth preset value, the outdoor unit needs to be adjusted from the heating mode to the cooling mode, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is increased, so as to further improve the cooling effect of the air conditioning system; the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect is greater than or equal to a ninth preset value and less than or equal to a tenth preset value, and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, which indicates that the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are relatively balanced and maintained at a better level at the moment, and the current control operation is maintained, namely the whole air conditioning system does not need to adjust the control operation; the load balancing index of the heating and cooling effect is larger than the tenth preset value, and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, which shows that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the heating indoor unit, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve at the outdoor unit side of the air-conditioning system should be increased and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the heating effect of the air-conditioning system is improved. Similarly, through the control mode, the refrigeration and heating balance of the air conditioning system can be always ensured, namely the balance between the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is ensured, so that the aim of taking all indoor unit effects into consideration is fulfilled, the energy consumption of the multi-split air conditioning system is reduced, the multi-split air conditioning system is more energy-saving, and the user experience is improved.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", "third", "fourth", "fifth", "sixth", "seventh", "eighth", "ninth", and tenth "are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the problem that the existing multi-split air conditioning system cannot accurately judge the refrigeration and heating conditions of the indoor unit and further cannot open the outdoor unit according to a correct opening mode, the invention provides a control method for the multi-split air conditioning system, aiming at enabling the outdoor unit to judge the relation between the total refrigeration load and the total heating load of the indoor unit before opening, so that the outdoor unit is opened in the correct opening mode, and ensuring that the refrigeration effect/heating effect of the indoor unit can be maintained or improved after the outdoor unit is opened.
Specifically, the multi-split air conditioning system of the present invention includes an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units connected to the outdoor unit, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes: acquiring the total refrigerating load and the total heating load of all indoor units; and selecting the starting mode of the outdoor unit according to the total refrigerating load and the total heating load. In practical application, the sum of the total refrigerating load and the total heating load of the indoor units can be calculated first, and then the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect can be obtained through the ratio of the total refrigerating load to the sum, or the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect can be obtained through the ratio of the total heating load to the sum. In addition, in the present invention, the total cooling load of the indoor unit is calculated by: calculating the refrigeration load of each refrigeration indoor unit in all the refrigeration indoor units, wherein the refrigeration load of each refrigeration indoor unit is the capacity (number of pieces) HP x (actual temperature CurTe mp-set temperature SetTemp) of the indoor unit, so that the total refrigeration load Coolload of all the refrigeration indoor units is sigma [ (CurTemp-SetTemp) x HP ]; similarly, the calculation mode of the total heating load of the indoor unit is as follows: heating load of each heating indoor unit in all the heating indoor units is calculated, and the heating load of each heating indoor unit is the indoor unit capacity (number) HP x (set temperature SetTemp-actual temperature CurTe mp), so that the total heating load of all the heating indoor units is ∑[ (SetTemp-CurTe mp) × HP ]. The technical scheme of the present invention is elaborated in detail in two aspects, namely, a cooling and heating effect load balancing index (i.e., a cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate ═ CoolLoad/(CoolLoad + HeatLoad)) obtained by a ratio of a total cooling load CoolLoad to a sum of the total cooling load and the total heating load, and a cooling and heating effect load balancing index (i.e., a cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate ═ HeatLoad/(CoolLoad + HeatLoad)) obtained by a ratio of a total heating load HeatLoad to a sum of the total cooling load and the total heating load.
Example one
The step of selecting the opening mode of the outdoor unit according to the total refrigerating load and the total heating load comprises the following steps: calculating the sum of the total refrigerating load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad; calculating the ratio of the total refrigeration load CoolLoad to the sum to obtain a refrigeration and heating effect load balancing index Rate (the calculation method is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again); and selecting the starting mode of the outdoor unit according to the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate. Specifically, the step of "selecting the open mode of the outdoor unit according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate" includes: if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than or equal to a first preset value, the outdoor unit is started in a refrigerating mode; and if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is smaller than a first preset value, the outdoor unit is started in a heating mode. The first preset value can be 50%, that is, when the Rate is greater than 50%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is greater than the total heating load HeatLoad, which indicates that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not as good as the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, and at this time, the outdoor unit should be opened in a cooling mode, so that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is improved; and when the Rate is less than 50%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is less than the total heating load HeatLoad, which indicates that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than that of the cooling indoor unit, and at this time, the outdoor unit should be opened in a heating mode, so that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is improved. In addition, the first preset value is not limited to 50%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the first preset value in practical applications, as long as the dividing point determined by the first preset value can determine and compare the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit. It should be noted that, when the Rate is equal to 50%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is equal to the total heating load HeatLoad at this time, and in principle, the outdoor unit may be opened in the cooling mode or in the heating mode.
Example two
The step of selecting the opening mode of the outdoor unit according to the total refrigerating load and the total heating load comprises the following steps: calculating the sum of the total refrigerating load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad; calculating the ratio of the total heating load HeatLoad to the sum to obtain a refrigerating and heating effect load balancing index Rate (the calculation method is the same as that in the embodiment, and is not described herein again); and selecting the starting mode of the outdoor unit according to the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate. Specifically, the step of "selecting the open mode of the outdoor unit according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate" includes: if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than or equal to a second preset value, the outdoor unit is started in a heating mode; and if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is smaller than a second preset value, the outdoor unit is started in a refrigerating mode. The second preset value can be 50%, that is, when the Rate is greater than 50%, the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is greater than the total cooling load CoolLoad, which indicates that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, and at this time, the outdoor unit should be opened in a heating mode, so that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is improved; and when the Rate is less than 50%, the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is less than the total cooling load CoolLoad, which indicates that the cooling effect of the indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the indoor unit, and the outdoor unit should be opened in a cooling mode at this time, so as to improve the cooling effect of the indoor unit. In addition, the second preset value is not limited to 50%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the second preset value in practical applications, as long as the dividing point determined by the second preset value can determine and compare the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit. It should be noted that, when the Rate is equal to 50%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is equal to the total heating load HeatLoad at this time, and in principle, the outdoor unit may be opened in the cooling mode or the heating mode.
EXAMPLE III
In addition to the technical solutions of the first and second embodiments, the outdoor unit opening mode may be determined by directly comparing the total cooling load and the total heating load. Specifically, the step of "selecting the open mode of the outdoor unit according to the total cooling load and the total heating load" includes: if the total refrigerating load is greater than or equal to the total heating load, the outdoor unit is started in a refrigerating mode; and if the total refrigerating load is less than the total heating load, the outdoor unit is started in a heating mode. By directly comparing the total heating load and the total refrigerating load of the indoor unit, the refrigerating effect of the indoor unit can be directly compared with the heating effect of the indoor unit, so that the corresponding starting mode can be directly selected.
Preferably, in the operation process of the outdoor unit, the control method of the present invention further includes: acquiring a load balancing index of a refrigerating and heating effect of an air conditioning system and a current operation mode of an outdoor unit; and selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the load balancing index of the refrigerating and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit. The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by two examples below.
Example four
The step of obtaining the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect of the air conditioning system specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring a total refrigerating load CoolLoad and a total heating load HeatLoad of all indoor units; calculating the sum of the total refrigerating load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad; and calculating the ratio of the total refrigerating load CoolLoad to the sum (CoolLoad + HeatLoad) to obtain the load balancing index Rate of the refrigerating and heating effect.
The step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit specifically comprises the following steps: and if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than a third preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a cooling mode, increasing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit. The third preset value may be set to 55%, that is, when the Rate is greater than 55%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total heating load HeatLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not as good as the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, and at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit should be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is improved by using the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit. The rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be adjusted by referring to the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit. In practical applications, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably increased by 5% each time (the full opening is 100%), the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is correspondingly increased along with the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate, and if the Rate is still greater than 55%, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased again and the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is increased. Of course, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is not limited to be increased by 5% each time, but may be increased by 10%, 15%, etc., or the percentage value of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit increased each time is different, and even in an extreme case, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit may be directly increased to 100% once (i.e., the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is fully opened), and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve increased each time in practical applications, and such an adjustment or change of the specific percentage value of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve increased each time does not constitute a limitation to the present invention. In addition, the third preset value is not limited to 55%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the third preset value in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the third preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate is less than or equal to a third preset value and greater than or equal to a fourth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a cooling mode, maintaining the control operation of the air conditioning system. Still take the third preset value as 55% as an example, where the fourth preset value may be set to 45%, that is, when the Rate is greater than or equal to 45% and less than or equal to 55%, the difference between the total cooling load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is not great, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are substantially in a balanced state, so that the multi-split air conditioning system does not need to perform any control operation, and the multi-split air conditioning system is always kept in the balanced state. In addition, the fourth preset value is not limited to 45%, and may also be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the fourth preset value in practical application, as long as the boundary interval determined by the third preset value and the fourth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are in a balanced state.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is smaller than a fourth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a refrigerating mode, continuously acquiring the current states of the electronic expansion valve and a fan of the outdoor unit; and selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit. Specifically, the step of "selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit" includes: if the electronic expansion valve is not completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is in a non-stop state, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is reduced; and if the electronic expansion valve is completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state, switching the running mode of the outdoor unit into a heating mode, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit. Still take the fourth preset value of 45% as an example, that is, when Rate is less than 45%, total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is higher than total cooling load CoolLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, because the outdoor unit is in the cooling mode at this time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (full-closed is 0%) and the cooling performance of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is decreased by decreasing the fan speed of the outdoor unit, so as to improve the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, in practical application, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is decreased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the load balancing index Rate of the cooling and heating effects, if the Rate is still less than 45%, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced again and the fan rotating speed of the outdoor unit is reduced. Of course, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is not limited to be reduced by 5% each time, but may be reduced by 10%, 15%, etc., or the percentage value of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit per each reduction is different, and even in an extreme case, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve per each reduction may be directly reduced to 0% once (i.e., the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is fully closed). After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced to 0%, that is, the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed (since the fan of the outdoor unit performs rotation speed adjustment along with the opening degree ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, when the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed, the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state in principle), if the Rate is still less than 45%, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit cannot be improved by reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and reducing the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit, at this time, the outdoor unit needs to be switched from a cooling mode to a heating mode, and then the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is improved by increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and improving the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit.
The step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit specifically comprises the following steps: if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than a fifth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, continuously acquiring the current states of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and a fan of the outdoor unit; and selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit. Specifically, the step of "selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit" includes: if the electronic expansion valve is not completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is in a non-stop state, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, and the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is reduced; and if the electronic expansion valve is completely closed and the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state, switching the running mode of the outdoor unit into a cooling mode, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit. Taking the fifth preset value of 55% as an example, that is, when Rate is greater than 55%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total heating load HeatLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, because the outdoor unit is in the heating mode at this time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (the full-closing is 0%) and the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is decreased to improve the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, in practical application, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (the full-closing is 0%), the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is correspondingly decreased along with the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is decreased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate, if the Rate is still greater than 55%, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced again and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is reduced. After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced to 0%, that is, the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed (since the fan of the outdoor unit performs rotation speed adjustment along with the opening degree ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, when the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed, the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state in principle), if the Rate is still greater than 55%, the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration indoor unit cannot be improved by reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and reducing the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit, at this time, the outdoor unit needs to be switched from a heating mode to a refrigeration mode, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is increased to improve the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration indoor unit. In addition, the fifth preset value is not limited to 55%, and may also be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the fifth preset value in practical applications, as long as the demarcation point determined by the fifth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate is less than or equal to a fifth preset value and greater than or equal to a sixth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, maintaining the control operation of the air conditioning system. Still taking the fifth preset value as 55% as an example, wherein the sixth preset value may be set to 45%, that is, when the Rate is greater than or equal to 45% and less than or equal to 55%, the difference between the total cooling load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is not great, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are basically in a balanced state, so that the multi-split air conditioning system does not need to perform any control operation, and the multi-split air conditioning system is always kept in the balanced state. In addition, the sixth preset value is not limited to 45%, and may also be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the sixth preset value in practical application, as long as the division interval determined by the fifth preset value and the sixth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are in a balanced state.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is less than a sixth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, increasing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit. Still taking the sixth preset value as 45% as an example, that is, when the Rate is less than 45%, the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total cooling load CoolLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit should be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the heat absorption of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is utilized to improve the heating effect of the heating indoor unit. The rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be adjusted by referring to the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit. In practical applications, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably increased by 5% each time (the full opening is 100%), and the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is correspondingly increased along with the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate, and if the Rate is still less than 45%, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased again and the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is increased.
EXAMPLE five
The step of obtaining the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect of the air conditioning system specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring a total refrigerating load CoolLoad and a total heating load HeatLoad of all indoor units; calculating the sum of the total refrigerating load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad; and calculating the ratio of the total heating load HeatLoad to the sum (CoolLoad + HeatLoad) to obtain the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate.
The step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit specifically comprises the following steps: and if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is less than a seventh preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a cooling mode, increasing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit. The seventh preset value may be set to 45%, that is, when the Rate is less than 45%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total heating load HeatLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not as good as the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, and at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit should be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is improved by using the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit. In addition, the seventh preset value is not limited to 45%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the seventh preset value in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the seventh preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate is greater than or equal to the seventh preset value and less than or equal to the eighth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode, maintaining the control operation of the air conditioning system. Still take the seventh preset value as 45% as an example, wherein the eighth preset value may be set to 55%, that is, when the Rate is greater than or equal to 45% and less than or equal to 55%, the difference between the total cooling load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is not great, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are basically in a balanced state, so that the multi-split air conditioning system does not need to perform any control operation, and the multi-split air conditioning system is always kept in the balanced state. In addition, the eighth preset value is not limited to 55%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the eighth preset value in practical application, as long as the boundary interval determined by the seventh preset value and the eighth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are in a balanced state.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: if the refrigerating and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than the eighth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the refrigerating mode, continuously acquiring the current states of the electronic expansion valve and a fan of the outdoor unit; and selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit. Taking the eighth preset value as 55% as an example, that is, when Rate is greater than 55%, total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is higher than total cooling load CoolLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not better than the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, because the outdoor unit is in the cooling mode at this time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (full-closed is 0%) to decrease the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, thereby improving the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, in practical application, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time, the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is correspondingly decreased along with the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is decreased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the load balancing index Rate of the cooling and heating effects, if the Rate is still greater than 55%, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced again and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is reduced. After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced to 0%, that is, the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed (since the fan of the outdoor unit performs rotation speed adjustment along with the opening degree ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, when the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed, the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state in principle), if Rate is still greater than 55%, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit cannot be improved by reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and reducing the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit, at this time, the outdoor unit needs to be switched from the cooling mode to the heating mode, and then the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is improved by increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit.
The step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the load balancing index of the cooling and heating effect and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit specifically comprises the following steps: if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is smaller than a ninth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, continuously acquiring the current states of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and a fan of the outdoor unit; and selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the current states of the electronic expansion valve and the fan of the outdoor unit. Taking the ninth preset value of 45% as an example, that is, when Rate is less than 45%, the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total heating load HeatLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is not better than the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, because the outdoor unit is in the heating mode at this time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (the full-closing is 0%) and the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is decreased to improve the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, in practical application, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is preferably decreased by 5% each time (the full-closing is 0%), the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit is correspondingly decreased along with the opening ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, that is, after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is decreased each time, the multi-split air conditioning system continues to obtain the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate, if the Rate is still less than 45%, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced again and the fan rotating speed of the outdoor unit is reduced. After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is reduced to 0%, that is, the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed (since the fan of the outdoor unit performs rotation speed adjustment along with the opening degree ratio of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, when the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is completely closed, the fan of the outdoor unit is in a stop state in principle), if the Rate is still less than 45%, the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration indoor unit cannot be improved by reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and reducing the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit, at this time, the outdoor unit needs to be switched from a heating mode to a refrigeration mode, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit is increased and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit is improved. In addition, the ninth preset value is not limited to 45%, and may also be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the ninth preset value in practical applications, as long as the demarcation point determined by the fifth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate is greater than or equal to a ninth preset value and less than or equal to a tenth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode, maintaining the control operation of the air conditioning system. Still take the ninth preset value as 45% as an example, wherein the tenth preset value may be set to 55%, that is, when the Rate is greater than or equal to 45% and less than or equal to 55%, the difference between the total cooling load CoolLoad and the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is not great, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are basically in a balanced state, so that the multi-split air conditioning system does not need to perform any control operation, and the multi-split air conditioning system is always kept in the balanced state. In addition, the tenth preset value is not limited to 55%, and may be other percentage values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the tenth preset value in practical application, as long as the boundary interval determined by the ninth preset value and the tenth preset value can determine that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit and the heating effect of the heating indoor unit are in a balanced state.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the step of selectively adjusting the control operation of the air conditioning system according to the cooling and heating effect load balancing index and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit further includes: and if the cooling and heating effect load balance index Rate is greater than a tenth preset value and the current operation mode of the outdoor unit is a heating mode, increasing the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit and increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit. Taking the tenth preset value as 55%, that is, when the Rate is greater than 55%, the total heating load HeatLoad of the indoor unit is higher than the total cooling load CoolLoad, and the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is not as good as the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit, at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit should be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the heat absorption of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is utilized to improve the heating effect of the heating indoor unit.
The above-described solution is illustrated below with reference to a specific embodiment.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outdoor unit is connected to all the cooling indoor units through the valve box 1, and the outdoor unit is connected to all the heating indoor units through the valve box 2, it should be noted that the modes of the valve box 1 and the valve box 2 may be different, but the modes of the indoor units connected to the same valve box must be the same, and continuing to refer to fig. 2 and 3, assuming that the 2# indoor unit and the 8# indoor unit are in the shutdown state, the 1# indoor unit, the 3# indoor unit and the 4# indoor unit are in the cooling mode, the 5# indoor unit, the 6# indoor unit and the 7# indoor unit are in the heating state, the parameters of the indoor units are detailed in fig. 3, before the outdoor unit is turned on (taking the case in the third embodiment as an example), the total cooling load CoolLoad and the total heating load of the indoor units are calculated first, in the present embodiment, the cooling and heating effect load balancing index Rate is calculated as Rate ═ CoolLoad/(CoolLoad + HeatLoad)), here, the total cooling load coolload ═ Σ [ (CurTemp-SetTemp) × HP ] (23.2 to 20) × 5.0+ (26.7 to 22) × 1.2+ (25.3 to 23) × 0.6 ═ 23.02, and the total heating load HeatLoad ═ Σ [ (SetTemp-CurTemp) × HP ] (30 to 26.5) × 4.0+ (25 to 24.2) × 1.5+ (24 to 23.5) × 2.0 × 16.2, so that the Rate ═ 23.02/(23.02+16.2) × 0.587 ═ 58.7%, for example, the first preset value is 50%, and the indoor unit should be turned on in the cooling mode at this time since the Rate is greater than 50%.
For another example, if the calculation result is after the outdoor unit is turned on, and the operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode (i.e., the situation in the first embodiment), the third preset value is still 55%, since the Rate is greater than 55%, which indicates that the total cooling load CoolLoad of the indoor unit is greater than the total heating load HeatLoad, the multi-split air conditioning system determines that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is inferior to the heating effect of the heating indoor unit, and at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit should be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan of the outdoor unit should be increased, so that the cooling effect of the cooling indoor unit is improved by using the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit.

Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
