S24: and displaying the running condition of the wall-mounted furnace so that a user can timely know the running condition of the wall-mounted furnace.
In the actual execution of the maintenance method, the actual backwater temperature is collected through a backwater temperature sensing bulb arranged at the backwater position of the wall-mounted furnace; collecting the actual outlet water temperature through an outlet water temperature sensing bulb arranged at the outlet water position; when the actual water flow is the actual water flow at the backwater position, acquiring the actual water flow through a water flow sensor arranged at the backwater position (it can be understood that when the actual water flow is the actual water flow at the effluent position, acquiring the actual water flow through the water flow sensor arranged at the effluent position); then, judging the operation condition of the wall-mounted furnace according to the actual return water temperature, the actual outlet water temperature and the actual water flow; and finally, displaying the judged running condition so that a user can timely know the running condition of the wall-hanging furnace and timely maintain the wall-hanging furnace, and avoiding serious blockage of the wall-hanging furnace.
Judging the operation condition of the wall-mounted furnace according to the actual return water temperature, the actual outlet water temperature and the actual water flow, wherein the adopted theoretical basis is as follows:
through the actual return water temperature and the actual outlet water temperature of collection, the output power of hanging stove itself is combined again, can obtain the estimated value of theoretical discharge, with this estimated value with actual discharge compares, just can obtain the running condition information of hanging stove. Specifically, each wall-mounted boiler has a heating output power P, and the output power P has a conversion relation with the water flow Q, the water outlet temperature T1 and the water return temperature T2. The conversion formula is as follows:
P=CρQ(T1-T2)
wherein C is the specific heat capacity of water; ρ is the density of water.
Therefore, under the rated output power of the wall-mounted boiler, when the water flow of the whole wall-mounted boiler heating system is larger, the temperature rise is smaller; on the contrary, the larger the temperature rise is, the smaller the water flow of the whole wall-mounted furnace heating system is. In hanging stove in-service use process, conditions such as scale deposit, jam can appear in hanging stove heating system, lead to discharge to diminish, when discharge is little to a certain extent, the hanging stove will be very fast will flow through the water of main heat exchanger (hanging stove inside module) and boil the settlement temperature (be target temperature), lead to hanging stove to shut down, and in fact does not boil the settlement temperature with the water of whole heating system the inside, just so can bring bad use to experience for the user. Therefore, the present embodiment determines the operating condition of the wall-hanging stove by the following processing:
when the absolute value of the difference value between the return water temperature and the set temperature is larger than a preset temperature deviation value, judging that the operation condition of the wall-mounted furnace is a poor operation condition;
when the absolute value of the difference value between the return water temperature and the set temperature is smaller than or equal to a preset temperature deviation value, and the absolute value of the difference value between the actual water flow and the preset water flow is larger than a preset water flow deviation value, judging that the operation condition of the wall-hanging furnace is general;
and when the absolute value of the difference value between the return water temperature and the set temperature is smaller than or equal to the preset temperature deviation value, and the absolute value of the difference value between the actual water flow and the preset water flow is smaller than or equal to the preset water deviation value, judging that the operation condition of the wall-hanging furnace is good.
It should be noted that the preset temperature deviation value and the preset water amount deviation value are set during factory debugging, and are not modifiable during later use by a user; the preset water flow can be set during factory debugging and also can be calculated according to the target water outlet temperature, the target water inlet temperature, the output power of the wall-mounted furnace, the density of water and the specific heat capacity of the water. When the preset water flow is set during factory debugging, the specific setting form is as follows: each target outlet water temperature value or each target outlet water temperature range corresponds to a preset water flow, namely the preset water flow is changed according to different target outlet water temperatures, wherein the target outlet water temperatures are also selected and set by a user according to the requirements of the user before the wall hanging machine operates.
The method of this embodiment is through gathering hanging stove operating parameter information, and according to operating parameter information, judge the running condition of hanging stove, and will the running condition shows for the user, makes the user can audio-visually know the running condition of hanging stove, can in time remind the user to maintain when hanging stove takes place slight jam to avoid hanging stove to take place serious jam, influence user's normal use, solved the user and not clear when should will maintain the hanging stove difficult problem among the prior art, be favorable to improving user's heating quality, the life of extension hanging stove.

further, the operation parameter information may include:
the actual backwater temperature, the actual water outlet temperature and the actual water flow during the operation of the wall-mounted furnace.
S32: judging the operation condition of the wall-mounted furnace according to the operation parameter information;
further, the operating conditions of the wall-hanging stove include:
the running condition is good, the running condition is general and the running condition is poor.
