Abstract
The invention discloses a light assembly and a household appliance. The lamplight assembly comprises a lampshade, a control panel, a decorative lamp and an operation indicator lamp, wherein the decorative lamp and the operation indicator lamp are connected with the control panel; the lampshade is at least positioned between the operation indicator lamp and the decorative lamp. The invention increases the integration level of the light component, can simplify the assembly process of the light component and improves the assembly efficiency; the reliability of the light assembly can be improved, and the normal use of the household appliance is ensured; meanwhile, the invention can also reduce the mutual interference of the light rays of the decorative lamp and the operation indicator lamp.

The present application provides a light assembly that may be used in household appliances, such as humidifiers and the like. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the light assembly includes a lamp housing 1, a control board 2, a decorative lamp 3 and an operation indicator lamp 4, and the number of the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 may be one or plural. The decorative lamp 3 is used for playing a decorative role when being lighted, the operation indicator lamp 4 is lighted when an operation key such as a button is pressed to remind a user that the household appliance has executed the operation, the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 are both connected to the control board 2, various circuits and electrical elements are arranged on the control board 2 for driving and controlling the lighting and extinguishing of the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4, when the light assembly is applied to the household appliance, the control board 2 can be a control circuit board of the household appliance, and the control board 2 can be in a flat plate-shaped structure. The lamp shade 1 is located at least between the operation indication lamp 4 and the decoration lamp 3, i.e. at least a part of the lamp shade 1 is located between the operation indication lamp 4 and the decoration lamp 3.
The light assembly connects the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 on the same control board 2, obviously, the integration level of the light assembly is higher, the number of wires is reduced in the assembly process, the signal connection wires between the two control boards are omitted, the assembly process of the light assembly can be simplified, and the assembly efficiency is improved; and because the light assembly is integrated into a control board 2, the wire can be prevented from being pulled in the installation process, so that the reliability of the light assembly is improved, and the normal use of the household appliance is ensured; meanwhile, considering that the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 are arranged on the same control board 2, the lights of the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp may interfere with each other, especially when the light of the decorative lamp 3 irradiates to the irradiation area of the operation indicator lamp 4, misjudgment of an operator may be caused, and normal use of the household appliance is affected.
The lampshade 1 can be of a flat plate structure or a bending structure and can be only arranged between the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 so as to play a role in blocking the mutual illumination of the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4.
In one embodiment, the lamp housing 1 has a reflective portion 11 and a decorative transparent area 12, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the reflective portion 11 is disposed between the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4, so that the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4 are separated by the reflective portion 11, the reflective portion 11 has a first end 111 close to the operation indicator lamp 4 and a second end 112 far away from the operation indicator lamp 4, the first end 111 is closer to the control board 2 than the second end 112, that is, the reflective portion 11 has the first end 111 and the second end 112 in a direction pointing to the operation indicator lamp 4 along the decorative lamp 3, and the first end 111 is closer to the control board 2 and the operation indicator lamp 4 than the second end 112, so that the light irradiated to the reflective portion 11 is reflected toward the decorative transparent area 12, so that after the reflective portion 11 can not only block the light irradiated from the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4, but also can make the light emitted from the decorative lamp 3 emit according to a predetermined line, so as to further reduce the mutual influence of the light of the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indicator lamp 4.
Further, the decorative transparent area 12 is disposed on a side of the reflecting portion 11 away from the operation indicator lamp 4, so that the light emitted from the decorative lamp 3 is as far away from the operation indicator lamp 4 as possible, so as to further avoid the light of the decorative lamp 3 from irradiating the irradiation area of the operation indicator lamp 4.
Specifically, the reflecting portion 11 may have a curved structure as a whole, such as an arc-shaped structure; the whole body can also be in a bending structure, namely, the whole body comprises one or more straight sections; the reflecting portion 11 may also include both straight and curved sections. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the reflecting portion 11 includes an inclined section 113, where the inclined section 113 has a straight structure, such as a flat panel structure, and the inclined section 113 is disposed obliquely with respect to the control board 2, and by adopting the structure of the inclined section 113, the reflected light can be emitted in one direction, so that the light of the decorative lamp 3 is more controllable; and the adoption of the straight structure is convenient for processing and manufacturing the lampshade 1.
The inclined section 113 may be provided at a side of the decorative lamp 3, and the decorative light-transmitting region 12 is provided at a top of the decorative lamp 3 (i.e., a portion of the decorative lamp 3 away from the control board 2). In a preferred embodiment, the inclined section 113 is located at the top of the decorative lamp 3, and the decorative light-transmitting area 12 is disposed at the side of the decorative lamp 3 (i.e. the portion of the decorative lamp 3 located between the top and the control panel), as shown in fig. 3, so that the light of the decorative lamp 3 is emitted from the side of the decorative lamp 3, so that the light at the top of the decorative lamp 3 is prevented from being emitted into the irradiation area of the operation indicator lamp 4, and interference of the light of the decorative lamp 3 on the irradiation area of the operation indicator lamp 4 is better avoided. Of course, other relative positions of the decorative light-transmitting region 12 and the inclined section 113 may be used.
Further, the reflecting portion 11 further includes a shielding section 114, at least part of the edge of the inclined section 113 is connected with the shielding section 114, for example, the part of the edge of the inclined section 113 close to the control panel 2 and the part of the edge on the opposite side of the control panel 2 are both connected with the shielding section 114, or the part of the edge of the inclined section 113 close to the control panel 2 is only connected with the shielding section 114, and the whole edge of the inclined section 113 is also connected with the shielding section 114, so that the reflecting portion 11 can better cover the decorative lamp 3 by adding the shielding section 114, thereby better reducing the influence of the light of the decorative lamp 3 on the irradiation area of the operation indicator lamp 4. Wherein, each shielding section 114 can be in a straight structure, and is obliquely arranged relative to the oblique section 113, especially, the shielding section 114 positioned at the top of the decorative lamp 3 and the shielding section 114 positioned between the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indication lamp 4 are basically parallel to the control panel 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the shielding section 114 positioned at the top of the decorative lamp 3 and the shielding section 114 positioned between the decorative lamp 3 and the operation indication lamp 4 is basically perpendicular to the control panel 2, and by arranging the shielding section 114 in a straight structure, the space of the whole lamp assembly can be saved, and the space utilization rate of the lamp assembly is improved.

If the lamp ring 5 is not aligned accurately with the operation indicator lamp 4 and the operation light transmission area 131, the light emitted by the lamp ring 5 may be too weak to be easily identified by an operator, and in order to solve the problem, the light assembly further comprises a positioning structure 6, and the lamp shade 1 and the control panel 2 are positioned by the positioning structure 6; the lamp ring 5 and the lamp shade 1 are positioned by a positioning structure 6. The positioning structure 6 may include a positioning post 61 and a positioning hole 62, one of the lamp ring 5 and the lamp shade 1 is provided with the positioning post 61, and the other is provided with the positioning hole 62; one of the lamp shade 1 and the control panel 2 is provided with a positioning column 61, and the other is provided with a positioning hole 62, for example, the lamp ring 5 is provided with the positioning hole 62, the lamp shade 1 is provided with the positioning column 61, and the positioning column 61 is inserted into the positioning hole 62; or the lamp shade 1 is provided with a positioning column 61, the control panel 2 is provided with a positioning hole 62, and the positioning column 61 is inserted into the positioning hole 62. Of course, the positioning structure 6 may also be a protrusion and groove structure, and is not limited to the positioning posts 61 and the positioning holes 62.
It should be noted that, the connection between the lamp ring 5 and the lamp shade 1, and the connection between the lamp shade 1 and the control board 2 may all adopt the above-mentioned clamping structure, or may only adopt a clamping structure for one group of connection, and in each group of connection, a group of clamping structures may be set, or a plurality of groups of clamping structures may be set. In the same way, the positioning of the lamp ring 5 and the lamp shade 1, and the positioning of the lamp shade 1 and the control panel 2 can be performed by adopting the positioning structure 6, or only one group of the lamp rings can be performed by adopting the positioning structure 6, and in each group, the positioning structure 6 can be provided with only one positioning structure 6, or a plurality of positioning structures 6 can be provided.
In addition, the invention also provides a household appliance which can be a humidifier and comprises the light assembly in any embodiment.
When the household appliance is a humidifier, the household appliance further comprises a water tank 7, when the lamp cover 1 is provided with the key part 14, the key part 14 is exposed out of the water tank 7, as shown in fig. 4, a through hole 71 is formed in the wall of the water tank 7, and the key part 14 is exposed out of the water tank 7 through the through hole, so that the user can operate conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the home appliance further includes a base 8, and a light assembly is installed between the tub 7 and the base 8 to protect the light assembly.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above preferred embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.

Claims (11)
1. The lamplight assembly is characterized by comprising a lampshade (1), a control panel (2), a decorative lamp (3) and an operation indicator lamp (4), wherein the decorative lamp (3) and the operation indicator lamp (4) are connected with the control panel (2); the lampshade (1) is at least positioned between the operation indicator lamp (4) and the decorative lamp (3);
the lampshade (1) is provided with a reflecting part (11) and a decorative light-transmitting area (12), the reflecting part (11) is arranged between the decorative lamp (3) and the operation indicator lamp (4), the reflecting part (11) is provided with a first end (111) close to the operation indicator lamp (4) and a second end (112) far away from the operation indicator lamp (4), the first end (111) is closer to the control panel (2) than the second end (112) so that the light irradiated to the reflecting part (11) is reflected to the decorative light-transmitting area (12), and the decorative light-transmitting area (12) is arranged on one side, far away from the operation indicator lamp (4), of the reflecting part (11);
the reflection part (11) comprises an inclined section (113), the inclined section (113) is obliquely arranged relative to the control panel (2), the inclined section (113) is located at the top of the decorative lamp (3), the decorative light-transmitting area (12) is arranged on the side of the decorative lamp (3), the reflection part (11) further comprises a shielding section (114), at least part of the edge of the inclined section (113) is connected with the shielding section (114), and the shielding section (114) is of a straight structure and is obliquely arranged relative to the inclined section (113).
2. A light assembly as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the edges of the inclined sections (113) are each connected to the shielding section (114), the reflecting portion (11) and the control panel (2) enclosing the decorative light-transmitting area (12).

A light assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decorative light-transmitting region (12) is hollow; the decorative transparent window also comprises a transparent window (9), wherein the transparent window (9) is arranged opposite to the decorative transparent region (12), and the hollow structure is sealed.

A light assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the lamp housing (1) is further provided with a covering portion (13), the covering portion (13) covering the operation indication lamp (4); the cover part (13) is provided with an operation light transmission area (131) so that the lamplight of the operation indicator lamp (4) is emitted through the operation light transmission area (131).
5. A light assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the lamp housing (1) is further provided with a key part (14); the control board (2) has a button (21), and the key portion (14) is provided so as to face the button (21).
6. The light assembly according to claim 5, further comprising a light ring (5), wherein the light ring (5) is disposed at an outer periphery of the key portion (14) and covers the operation light transmission region (131).
7. A light assembly as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the light ring (5) is snapped into the light shade (1); and/or the lampshade (1) is clamped with the control board (2).
8. A light assembly as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises a positioning structure (6),
the lampshade (1) and the control panel (2) are positioned through the positioning structure (6); and/or the lamp ring (5) and the lamp shade (1) are positioned by the positioning structure (6).
9. A household appliance comprising a light assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-8.
10. The household appliance of claim 9, wherein the household appliance is a humidifier.
11. The household appliance according to claim 10, wherein the lamp housing (1) is further provided with a key portion (14), the control board (2) has a button (21), and the key portion (14) is disposed opposite to the button (21);
the portable electronic device further comprises a water tank (7), and the key part (14) is exposed out of the water tank (7).
