3. A safety redundant mechanism according to claim 1 or 2 wherein a sleeve is also sleeved over said fastening connection, said sleeve being supported between said cover plate and said knife housing.
4. The safety redundant mechanism of claim 1 wherein said fastening links are attached to the top and bottom of said cover plate.
5. The safety redundant mechanism of claim 1, wherein the cover plate is sized larger than the end of the knife bucket distal from the knife.
6. A method for installing a safety redundancy mechanism for preventing a replaceable cutter from falling off at normal pressure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a cover plate, blocking the cover plate at the end part, far away from the cutter, of the cutter barrel, and reserving a gap between the cover plate and the end part, far away from the cutter, of the cutter barrel; and
and providing a fastening connecting piece, and fastening and connecting the cover plate with a knife box provided with the knife barrel by using the fastening connecting piece.
7. The mounting method of claim 6, wherein the tightly connecting the cover plate with a knife box to which the knife cartridge is mounted using the fastening connector comprises:
a flange plate is arranged at the end part, far away from the cutter, of the cutter box, and a connecting hole is formed in the flange plate;
through holes are formed in the cover plate corresponding to the connecting holes in the flange plate;
the fastening connecting piece is a connecting bolt, and the connecting bolt penetrates through the through hole in the cover plate and the connecting hole in the flange plate and is in threaded connection with a connecting nut so as to be fastened and connected with the cover plate and the flange plate.
8. The mounting method according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising:
and providing a sleeve, sleeving the sleeve on the fastening connecting piece, and enabling the sleeve to be supported between the cover plate and the knife box.
9. The method of installation according to claim 6, wherein the fastening connections are attached to the top and bottom of the cover plate.
10. The method of mounting of claim 6, wherein the cover plate is of a size greater than the end of the knife bucket distal from the knife.
