The bottom plate 13 is also supported and provided with a cover plate 14, and the cover plate 14 is supported by the ratchet shaft 9 and the ratchet shaft 7.

In the working process, the first transmission gear convex shaft 5-1 and the second transmission gear convex shaft 5-2 in the product alternately play a role in limiting and transmission.
