Abstract
The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, in particular to a construction method for a reinforced upright post for concrete chimney reconstruction and application thereof. Each reinforcement upright post consists of an inner upright post and an outer upright post, and each reinforcement upright post uses 2 sets of templates during construction; in the construction process, a first section of template is firstly installed, a second section of template is installed after the first section of upright post is poured, the first section of template is removed and installed on the second section after the second section of upright post is poured, and the construction is repeated until the pouring of the whole reinforcing upright post is completed, and each section of template is movably connected. According to the invention, the weight of poured concrete is borne by the chimney body during the reconstruction construction of the concrete chimney, so that a formwork support system is reduced, the construction of the reinforced upright column is more convenient, and the investment of construction measure cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
The concrete chimney built at early stage in China is severely corroded, local bulging, falling and steel bar corrosion occur, the safety performance of the chimney wall and the supporting structure of the chimney wall is greatly reduced, and the working effect of the chimney wall cannot meet the environmental protection requirement. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the chimney body is utilized to bear the weight of poured concrete during the reconstruction construction of the concrete chimney, so that a formwork support system is reduced, the construction of the reinforced upright column is more convenient, and the investment of construction measure cost is reduced;

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are only for the purpose of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a construction method for reforming a reinforced upright post of a concrete chimney is disclosed, specifically, wherein each reinforced upright post consists of an inner upright post 4 and an outer upright post 9, and each reinforced upright post uses 2 sets of templates 2 during construction;
in the construction process, a first section of template is firstly installed, a second section of template is installed after the first section of upright post is poured, the first section of template is removed and installed on the second section after the second section of upright post is poured, and the construction is repeated until the pouring of the whole reinforcing upright post is completed, and each section of template is movably connected. An elevation view of the chimney reinforcement is shown in fig. 1, and fig. 2 is an enlarged partial view of section a of fig. 1.
The templates include a vertical template 22, a long side template 21 and a short side template 23.
Before the first section stand is pour, at first install the die block, as shown in fig. 3, the die block includes two arc steel plates 6 that connect through a plurality of bolt 5 pair pull, and bolt 5 runs through the section of thick bamboo wall 3 of concrete chimney, and the top of arc steel plate 6 is provided with roof 8, the below of roof 8 is provided with the stud.
The stud comprises five stud blocks 7.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the vertical formwork 22 is a rectangular steel plate, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical formwork are respectively welded with an angle steel 221 for butt joint of the upper and lower formworks, and the upper part of the vertical formwork is provided with a lifting lug 222 for lifting when the formworks are disassembled;
the side surface of the vertical formwork 22, which is attached to the long side formwork 21, is provided with a plurality of bolt holes.
As shown in fig. 6, the long side template 21 is a parallelogram steel plate, and the included angle between the vertical edge and the bottom edge is determined according to the inclination of the outer wall of the chimney; in the figure, the included angle between the vertical edge and the bottom edge is 88 ℃.
A plurality of long holes 211 are formed in one side, far away from the chimney wall, of the long side template 21, and the positions of the long holes 211 correspond to the bolt holes of the vertical templates 22 one by one and are used for connecting and fixing the long side template and the vertical templates;
a first connecting plate movably connected with the chimney wall is arranged at the joint of the long side template 21 and the chimney wall; the first connection plate is attached to the chimney wall and fixedly connected to the upright form 22.
Five fixing strips 223 are arranged on the outer side of the long side template 21 from top to bottom. The upper part of the long side form 21 is also provided with lifting lugs.
As shown in fig. 7, the short side template 23 is a parallelogram steel plate, and the included angle between the vertical edge and the bottom edge is determined according to the inclination of the outer wall of the chimney; in the figure, the included angle between the vertical edge and the bottom edge is 88 ℃.
A plurality of long holes are formed in one side, far away from the chimney wall, of the short side template 23, and the positions of the long holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the bolt holes of the vertical template and are used for connecting and fixing the short side template and the vertical template;
a second connecting plate movably connected with the chimney wall is arranged at the joint of the short side template 23 and the chimney wall; the second connecting plate is tightly attached to the chimney wall and fixedly connected with the short side template.
The upper portion of short side form board is provided with the lug for hoist and mount usefulness when the template dismouting.
