weighing a proper amount of quartz sand, heating to 260 ℃ at a heating rate of 2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 2h, cooling to room temperature, grinding into 80-mesh powder, adding 0.02 per thousand times of sodium polystyrene sulfonate into the powder, mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing, and irradiating for 15min by using an ultraviolet lamp to obtain the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand; the quartz sand is broken quartz sand of gobi pebbles in the Aleptai area of Xinjiang, and the quartz sand with the particle size of 40 meshes and the quartz sand with the particle size of 100 meshes respectively account for 50 percent; the quartz sand is modified, so that the water resistance of the coating is effectively improved.

Compared with the example 7, the modified silicone-acrylate emulsion is replaced by the unmodified silicone-acrylate emulsion, and the rest is the same as the example 7.

In comparison with example 7, sodium polystyrenesulfonate modified quartz sand was replaced with unmodified quartz sand, and the rest was the same as example 7.
Comparative example 3
Compared with the example 7, the modified silicone-acrylic emulsion is replaced by unmodified silicone-acrylic emulsion, and the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand is replaced by unmodified quartz sand, and the rest is the same as the example 7.
Performance testing
The environment-friendly stone-like paint with high water resistance prepared in example 7 and comparative examples 1-3 was tested according to the China building industry Standard JG/T24-2000 synthetic resin emulsion Sand wall building Material, wherein the initial drying crack resistance was crack-free, the drying time (surface drying) was 4h or less, the water resistance was 96h, and the coating was free from swelling, cracking and peeling (slight color change allowed compared with the non-soaked part), and the specific test results are shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of example 7 and comparative example 1, the modified silicone-acrylic emulsion prepared by modifying the silicone-acrylic emulsion according to the invention can effectively improve the water resistance of the coating; as can be seen from the comparison of the data of example 7 and comparative example 2, the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand prepared by modifying quartz sand according to the present invention can effectively improve the water resistance of the coating layer.
In addition, as can be seen from the comparison of the data of the example 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 3, the invention has the synergistic effect by the cooperation of the modified silicone-acrylate emulsion and the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand, and can effectively improve the water resistance of the coating.

From the results, the real stone paint prepared by the invention has excellent water resistance, the condition that water-soluble or hydrophilic surfactant in the emulsion is left in the coating after the coating is formed into a film is effectively reduced by modifying the silicone-acrylate emulsion, and the water resistance of the coating is further effectively improved.

The environment-friendly real stone paint with high water resistance is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180 parts of deionized water 130-; weighing the silicone-acrylic emulsion, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate which is 0.4 thousandth of the weight of the silicone-acrylic emulsion into the silicone-acrylic emulsion, mechanically stirring the mixture for 20 to 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 65 to 75 ℃, adding aqueous solution of butyl acrylate and sodium persulfate into the mixture, mechanically stirring the mixture for 20 to 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 90 ℃, preserving the heat of the mixture, cooling the mixture to room temperature, and putting the mixture into a high-shear emulsifying machine to mechanically emulsify the mixture for 40 minutes to obtain the modified silicone-acrylic emulsion; the film-forming additive is one or a combination of more of alcohol ester dodeca, dibutyl phthalate or polyimide; the bactericide is an isothiazolinone bactericide; the defoaming agent is organic siloxane; the pH regulator is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; the preparation method of the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand comprises the steps of weighing quartz sand, heating to 260 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours, cooling to room temperature, grinding into powder, adding 0.02 per thousand times of sodium polystyrene sulfonate by weight into the powder, mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing, and then irradiating for 10-20min by using an ultraviolet lamp to obtain the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand.

The environment-friendly real stone paint with high water resistance as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 160 portions of deionized water 140-containing materials, 0.04-0.08 portion of polypropylene fibers, 2-4 portions of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 270 portions of modified silicone-acrylic emulsion, 5-7 portions of film-forming additives, 0.8-1.2 portions of propylene glycol, 0.6-1 portion of bactericide, 0.8-1.2 portions of defoaming agent, 0.6-1 portion of polyurethane thickening agent, 1.5-2 portions of pH regulator and 675 portions of sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand 625-containing materials.

The environment-friendly real stone paint with high water resistance as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 156 parts of deionized water, 0.06 part of polypropylene fiber, 3 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 260 parts of modified silicone-acrylic emulsion, 6 parts of film-forming additive, 1 part of propylene glycol, 0.8 part of bactericide, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.8 part of polyurethane thickener, 1.8 parts of pH regulator and 655 parts of sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand.

1) weighing deionized water and polypropylene fiber according to the weight parts, putting the deionized water and the polypropylene fiber into a pulping machine for pulping, then putting the deionized water and the polypropylene fiber into a dispersion machine together, adding a film-forming assistant, propylene glycol and a bactericide in sequence while stirring, uniformly mixing, and then performing ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30min to obtain a mixture A;
2) weighing the modified silicone-acrylic emulsion according to the weight parts, adding the mixture A obtained in the step 1) while stirring, slowly adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, a pH regulator, a defoaming agent and a polyurethane thickening agent in sequence after uniformly mixing, and mechanically stirring for 30-40min to obtain a mixture B;
3) putting the mixture B obtained in the step 2) into a stirrer, slowly adding the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand while stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain the sodium polystyrene sulfonate modified quartz sand.
5. The method for preparing environment-friendly real stone paint with high water resistance as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step 1), the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic dispersion is 10-20 kHz.
6. The method for preparing environment-friendly stone-like paint with high water resistance as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step 2), the stirring speed of the mechanical stirring is 300-500 r/min.
