Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the integrated device for transporting and labeling the mobile intelligent shore-based fish further includes a tag scanning and confirming mechanism 15 for scanning tag information on the fish tray 4, wherein the tag scanning and confirming mechanism 15 is disposed near the fourth conveyor belt 22 and is electrically connected to the main control device 1.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid failure of labeling of a part of the fish plate 4, the label scanning confirmation mechanism 15 with a label scanning confirmation function is added on the fourth conveyor belt 22, and is controlled by the main control device 1, the fish plate 4 enters into the label scanning area of the fourth conveyor belt 22 within 10 seconds after labeling, the main control device 1 sends a scanning instruction to the label scanning confirmation mechanism 15, so as to read label information and send the label information to the main control device 1, and the main control device 1 checks the scanned information with the label information just printed; if the checking fails, the main control computer controls the transmission belt to pause so as to facilitate the abnormal processing of operators, thereby being beneficial to avoiding the missing sticking of the tag of the fish tray 4 and further ensuring that the data of the fish in and out of the warehouse and the sales bill are correct.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, transporting and labeling integrated device further includes a housing 3, wherein the housing 3 is mounted on the base 2; the outer cover 3 is provided with a touch device 16, and the touch device 16 is electrically connected with the main control device.
In this embodiment, an operator can set a program in the main control device 1 through the touch control device 16 to adjust the operation program according to the condition of the fishing operation, thereby being beneficial to improving the portability and the operation efficiency of the equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile intelligent shore-based fish-harvesting, conveying and labeling integrated device further comprises a bill printer, wherein a paper outlet of the bill printer is formed in the outer cover 3, the paper outlet of the bill printer is communicated with the paper outlet of the bill printer, and the bill printer is electrically connected with the main control device 1.
The invention has the functions of bill generation and data submission, after all the fish plates 4 are transmitted, the main control device 1 generates a fishing and warehousing bill, a delivery bill and a sales bill, provides the inquiry printing function of the bills, prints the bills by the bill printer, and submits the bill data to a data center server.
In summary, the invention provides a mobile intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, conveying and labeling integrated device, which comprises a base 2, a main control device 1, a conveying mechanism 11, a labeling mechanism 12, a pulley 5 mechanism and a water slag removing mechanism 18, wherein the main control device 1, the conveying mechanism 11, the labeling mechanism 12, the pulley 5 mechanism and the water slag removing mechanism 18 are arranged on the base 2; the pulley 5 mechanism comprises at least four pulleys 5, and each pulley 5 is mounted on the bottom of the base 2 through a pulley 5 support; the transmission mechanism 11 comprises a transmission belt driving device 17 and a transmission belt controlled by the transmission belt driving device 17, wherein the transmission belt driving device 17 is electrically connected with the main control device 1; the water slag removing mechanism 18 comprises a pump 182, an air knife and a first position sensor 181, wherein the compressed air output end of the pump 182 is connected with the air input end of the air knife, the air output end of the air knife faces to the water slag removing area on the conveying belt, and the pump 182 is electrically connected with the main control device 1; when the fish plate 4 moves to the water slag removing area on the conveyor belt and is sensed by the first position sensor 181, and the water slag removing mechanism 18 receives a water slag removing instruction sent by the main control device 1, the pump 182 is started to enable the air knife to remove water slag from the fish plate 4; the labeling mechanism 12 comprises a labeling machine 13 and a second position sensor 14 for sensing that the fish plate 4 enters a labeling area, and the second position sensor 14 is electrically connected with the main control device 1; the labeling machine 13 comprises a label printing device and a labeling push rod assembly for attaching the label printed by the label printing device to the fish plate 4, wherein the labeling push rod assembly comprises a labeling palm, a push rod driving motor and a push rod controlled by the labeling driving motor, the push rod driving motor is electrically connected with the main control device 1, and the labeling palm is connected to the end part of the push rod; when the labeling area is triggered and the labeling instruction sent by the main control device 1 is received by the labeling machine 13, the push rod driving motor controls the push rod to move towards the fish plate 4, so that the labeling palm attaches the label printed by the label printing device to the fish plate 4.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) Position adjustment work: the intelligent fish-harvesting transmission and labeling integrated device provided by the embodiment is applied to fishing operation, and because of the pulley 5 mechanism, an operator pushes the base 2 to the position where the fishing boat is parked, so that the operation difficulty of moving the intelligent fish-harvesting transmission and labeling integrated device is reduced, the whole structure is light, and the intelligent fish-harvesting transmission and labeling integrated device can move between different fishing boat parking positions in a fishing port by one to two people;
(2) Fish dish 4 water slag cleaning: the operator places the fish tray 4 containing fish on the conveyor belt, and when the fish tray 4 is placed on the water slag removing area of the conveyor belt, the first position sensor 181 sends a detected signal to the main control device 1, so that the main control device 1 sends a water slag removing instruction to the water slag removing mechanism 18, so that the pump 182 is started and compressed air is conveyed to the air knife, and the water slag removing operation of the air knife on the fish tray 4 is realized.
(3) Transmission and labeling integration: when the fish plate 4 moves to the labeling area on the conveyor belt and is sensed by the second position sensor 14, and the labeling machine 13 receives the labeling instruction sent by the main control device 1, the push rod driving motor controls the push rod to move towards the fish plate 4, so that the labeling palm attaches the label printed by the label printing device to the fish plate 4.
When the second position sensor 14 detects that the fish plate 4 enters the labeling area and transmits a signal to the main control device 1, the main control device 1 sends a labeling instruction to the labeling machine 13, the push rod driving motor drives the push rod to move towards the fish plate 4, and a labeling palm on the push rod attaches a label of the label printing device to the fish plate 4, so that labeling operation is realized.
(4) And (3) label generation: the tag of the fish plate 4 comprises the information such as a seafood brand LOGO and the like, and also comprises the information such as unique code of the fish plate 4, a fishing boat, fish seeds, fishing date, a fishing port and the like, wherein each fish plate 4 is provided with a unique two-dimensional code and a unique bar code, and a unique tag needs to be generated for each fish plate 4 in real time; besides being used as a brand mark, the tag has an important function of seafood traceability. When the fish tray 4 enters the conveyor belt, the main control device 1 receives a fish tray 4 arrival signal through the second position sensor 14, so as to generate a unique number for the fish tray 4, generate a label with a two-dimensional code, a bar code and the like, and upload the label to the label printing device.
(5) The automatic fish conveying and automatic labeling functions of the intelligent fish conveying and labeling integrated device are realized through the fish tray 4 conveying of the conveying mechanism 11 and the labeling operation of the labeling mechanism 12, so that manual operation is replaced, the operation difficulty of fish conveying is effectively reduced, and the efficiency of fishing operation is improved.
(6) The embodiment also has a function of label scanning and confirming, in 10 seconds after labeling, the fish plate 4 enters a label scanning area of the fourth transmission belt 22, the main control device 1 sends a scanning instruction to the label scanning and confirming mechanism 15, so that label information is read and sent to the main control device 1, and the main control device 1 checks the scanned information with the label information just printed; if the checking fails, the main control computer controls the transmission belt to pause so as to facilitate the abnormal processing of operators, thereby being beneficial to avoiding the missing sticking of the tag of the fish tray 4 and further ensuring that the data of the fish in and out of the warehouse and the sales bill are correct.
(7) In this embodiment, the angle of the fish tray 4 entering the conveyor belt is corrected by the fish tray baffle 23, so that in the advancing process of the fish tray 4, the angle of the fish tray 4 is corrected by the fish tray 4 baffle, so that the side surface of the fish tray 4 is parallel to the direction of the conveyor belt, and preparation is made for the subsequent labeling operation.
(8) In this embodiment, the master control device 1 may also generate receipts and submit data, and after all the fish discs 4 are transmitted, generate a fishing and warehousing bill, a delivery bill and a sales bill, provide a query printing function of the bills, and submit the bill data to the data center server.

1. The movable intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, conveying and labeling integrated device is characterized by comprising a base, a main control device, a conveying mechanism, a labeling mechanism, a pulley mechanism and a water slag removing mechanism, wherein the main control device, the conveying mechanism, the labeling mechanism, the pulley mechanism and the water slag removing mechanism are arranged on the base;
the pulley mechanism comprises at least four pulleys, and each pulley is mounted on the bottom of the base through a pulley support;
the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission belt driving device and a transmission belt controlled by the transmission belt driving device, and the transmission belt driving device is electrically connected with the main control device; the conveying belt comprises a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a third conveying belt and a fourth conveying belt which are sequentially connected; the transmission belt driving device comprises a first micro motor, a second micro motor, a third micro motor and a fourth micro motor which are respectively connected with the main control device; when a transmission control instruction of the main control device is received, the first micro motor controls the first transmission belt to move at a preset first speed, the second micro motor controls the second transmission belt to move at a preset second speed, the third micro motor controls the third transmission belt to move at a preset third speed, and the fourth micro motor controls the fourth transmission belt to move at a preset fourth speed;
the water slag removing mechanism comprises a pump, an air knife and a first position sensor, wherein the compressed air output end of the pump is connected with the air input end of the air knife, the air output end of the air knife faces to the water slag removing area on the conveying belt, and the pump is electrically connected with the main control device;
when the fish plate moves to the water slag removing area on the conveyor belt and is sensed by the first position sensor, and the water slag removing mechanism receives a water slag removing instruction sent by the main control device, the pump is started so that the air knife can remove water slag from the fish plate;
the labeling mechanism comprises a labeling machine and a second position sensor for sensing that the fish plate enters a labeling area, and the second position sensor is electrically connected with the main control device;
the labeling machine comprises a label printing device and a labeling push rod assembly used for attaching labels printed by the label printing device to a fish plate, wherein the labeling push rod assembly comprises a labeling palm, a push rod driving motor, a push rod controlled by the push rod driving motor and a label pressing assembly used for pressing the labels attached to the fish plate, the push rod driving motor is electrically connected with the main control device, the labeling palm is connected to the end part of the push rod, the label pressing assembly comprises a support rod and a label brush, the bottom of the label brush is rotatably connected to one end of the support rod, and the other end of the support rod is mounted on the base;
when the labeling area is sensed by the second position sensor and the labeling machine receives the labeling instruction sent by the main control device, the push rod driving motor controls the push rod to move towards the fish disc, so that the labeling palm attaches the label printed by the label printing device to the fish disc.

The integrated device for transporting and labeling mobile intelligent shore-based fish as in claim 1, wherein the transport belt is a drum-type transport device, the transport belt comprises a drum frame and a plurality of drums, the drums are rotatably connected to the drum frame, and the central axes of the drums are parallel.

The integrated device for transporting and labeling mobile intelligent shore-based fish as in claim 1, wherein one end of the first conveyor belt is connected to one end of the second conveyor belt by a hinge, and the side wall of the first conveyor belt is connected to the base by a first folding bar;
the other end of the second transmission belt is connected with one end of the third transmission belt;
one end of the fourth conveying belt is connected to the other end of the third conveying belt through a hinge, and the side wall of the fourth conveying belt is connected to the base through a second folding rod.
4. A mobile intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, transporting and labeling integrated device as in claim 3, wherein two fish tray baffles are arranged on the first conveyor belt for correcting the angle of fish tray entering the conveyor belt;
one end of one fish disc baffle plate and one end of the other fish disc baffle plate form a first fish disc correction opening, the other end of one fish disc baffle plate and the other end of the other fish disc baffle plate form a second fish disc correction opening, the caliber of the first fish disc correction opening is larger than that of the second fish disc correction opening, and the running direction of the first conveyor belt is along the direction from the first fish disc correction opening to the second fish disc correction opening;
the fish plate on the first conveying belt sequentially passes through the first fish plate correcting opening and the second fish plate correcting opening to enter the conveying mechanism.
5. A mobile intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, transporting and labeling integrated device as in claim 3, wherein the base is provided with an adjusting assembly for adjusting the width of the channel when the fish plate passes through the conveyor belt;
the adjusting assembly comprises a transverse adjusting rod, a pulley stop lever and two fixing rods, wherein the two fixing rods are connected to the base, one end of the transverse adjusting rod is connected to one fixing rod in a vertically movable mode, the other end of the transverse adjusting rod is connected to the other fixing rod in a vertically movable mode, two ends of the pulley stop lever are fixed to the transverse adjusting rod, and the pulley stop lever is located above the conveying belt.

The mobile intelligent shore-based fish gathering, transporting and labeling integrated device as recited in claim 1, further comprising a tag scanning and confirming mechanism for scanning tag information on the fish plate, wherein the tag scanning and confirming mechanism is disposed adjacent to the fourth conveyor belt and electrically connected to the master control device.
7. The mobile intelligent shore-based fish harvesting, transporting and labeling integrated device as recited in claim 1, further comprising a housing mounted on the base; the outer cover is provided with a touch device, and the touch device is electrically connected with the main control device.
8. The integrated device for transporting and labeling the mobile intelligent shore-based fish according to claim 7, further comprising a bill printer, wherein a paper outlet of the bill printer is formed in the outer cover, the paper outlet of the bill printer is communicated with the paper outlet of the bill printer, and the bill printer is electrically connected with the main control device.
