转弯滚筒输送机主要材质为碳钢、不锈钢、铝,用于物品输送,滚筒输送机之间易于衔接过滤,可用多条滚筒线及其它输送设备或专机组成复杂的物流输送系统以及分流合流系统,完成多方面的工艺需要,应用非常广泛。

本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型消音转弯滚筒输送机,包括本体,在本体内设置传送滚筒,在传送滚筒外设置护栏,在本体内圈设置分线箱和电机,在本体下设置支撑架,在支撑架下设置轮子,在轮子上设置消音三角带,作为优选,所述传送滚筒为加强复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理,结构简单。该新型消音转弯滚筒输送机在工作时,将达到预期效果,大多转弯滚筒输送机都需要有高强度要求配置,而此发明从材料上达到了要求,传送滚筒采用加强复合材料,使其加固提高使用安全性,轮子的设置是为了方便输送机的搬移,消音三角带的设置是为了在轮子移动时起到消音作用,提高稳定性。
