Abstract

本发明涉及一种方坯输送辊,它包括辊轮(2),所述辊轮(2)外周上开设有环形的V型槽(3),所述V型槽(3)的左右两工作面均由上下两段构成,其中上段为圆弧段(3.1),下段为直线段(3.2)。本发明一种方坯输送辊,辊子的淬火面积相较于常规的92°V型辊、弧形面辊更小,加工工艺相较于弧形面辊更易加工,更经济;并且增大了辊子与钢坯的接触点位置下方的空间,保证一定弯曲度的情况下,辊子能顺利通过,且对辊子的冲击性更小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种方坯输送辊,主要功能是满足较大弯曲度的方坯输送,主要应用于冶金设备中,属于冶金机械技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁企业在进行方坯生产时,针对弯曲度较大的方坯(尤其是液压剪定尺)的输送,对辊子的冲击性、耐磨性的要求比较高。
目前国内采用的是92°V型辊、弧形面辊(参见图1、图2),在输送方坯过程中,由于受钢坯弯曲度影响,或多或少都会导致钢坯输送过程中的卡阻,对整个生产线造成一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种新型的、可靠性高的、经济型的方坯输送辊,它能够满足较大弯曲度方坯的生产,大大提高了生产线的稳定性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种方坯输送辊,它包括辊轮,所述辊轮外周上开设有环形的V型槽,所述V型槽的左右两工作面均由上下两段构成,其中上段为圆弧段,下段为直线段。
所述圆弧段的高度高于直线段。
所述V型槽底部设置有弧形凹槽,所述直线段与弧形凹槽连接处通过圆弧过渡。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、辊子的淬火面积相较于常规的92°V型辊、弧形面辊更小,加工工艺相较于弧形面辊更易加工,更经济;
2、增大了辊子与钢坯的接触点位置下方的空间,保证一定弯曲度的情况下,辊子能顺利通过,且对辊子的冲击性更小。

参见图3,本发明一种方坯输送辊,它包括辊轴1,所述辊轴1上设置有辊轮2,所述辊轮2外周上开设有环形的V型槽3,所述V型槽3的左右两工作面均由上下两段构成,其中上段为圆弧段3.1,下段为直线段3.2,所述圆弧段3.1的高度高于直线段3.2,所述V型槽3底部设置有弧形凹槽3.3,所述直线段3.2与弧形凹槽3.3连接处通过圆弧过渡。

1.一种方坯输送辊,它包括辊轮(2),所述辊轮(2)外周上开设有环形的V型槽(3),其特征在于:所述V型槽(3)的左右两工作面均由上下两段构成,其中上段为圆弧段(3.1),下段为直线段(3.2),所述圆弧段(3.1)向上凸起,所述圆弧段(3.1)的高度高于直线段(3.2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方坯输送辊,其特征在于:所述V型槽(3)底部设置有弧形凹槽(3.3),所述直线段(3.2)与弧形凹槽(3.3)连接处通过圆弧过渡。
