Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the quantitative weighing and packaging machine for food according to the present invention, the outer sleeve 3 and the material containing barrel 41 are both rectangular structures, and the space at the bottom end inside the material containing barrel 41 decreases gradually from top to bottom, so that food can completely fall from the material containing barrel 41.
The food quantitative weighing and packaging machine provided by the invention has the following working principle:
firstly, the supporting structure 1 is placed at the right bottom of an automatic discharge port, so that food at the discharge port can just enter the material containing barrel 41, then the first switch 51 and the second switch 53 are electrically connected with a motor, the quantifying structure 5 is arranged between the outer sleeve 3 and the material containing structure 4, the quantifying structure 5 can be used for quantifying and controlling the food, the cushion block 54 is arranged at the bottom end of the inner part of the outer sleeve 3, the cushion block 54 is fixedly connected with the outer sleeve 3, the spring 55 is arranged at one end of the cushion block 54, which is far away from the outer sleeve 3, the cushion block 54 is respectively arranged at the top end of the inner part of the outer sleeve 3 and the top end of the outer part of the material containing barrel 41, the cushion block 54 provides a space for installing the spring 55, the installation of the spring 55 is convenient, and the deformation of the spring 55 is in direct proportion to the borne weight, therefore, the sliding structure 6 can control the weight change of food, the material containing barrel 41 can be controlled by the sliding structure 6 to be slidably connected inside the outer sleeve 3, the number of the second sliding rails 61 is two, the two second sliding rails 61 are arranged on the inner side wall of the outer sleeve 3, the two second sliding rails 61 are symmetrically distributed about the center line of the outer sleeve 3, the sliding rod 63 is arranged on the outer side wall of the material containing barrel 41, the ball 62 is arranged inside the second sliding rail 61, the sliding rod 63 is slidably connected with the second sliding rail 61, the first switch 51 is arranged on the inner side wall of the outer sleeve 3, the second switch 53 is slidably connected with the outer sleeve 3, the fixed block 52 is arranged on the outer side wall of the material containing structure 4, when the material containing barrel 41 is in an empty barrel state, the fixed block 52 touches the first switch 51, the first switch 51 is electrically connected with the motor to control the motor to feed, when the material containing barrel 41 is in a fixed amount, the material containing barrel 41 slides downwards, the fixed block 52 touches the second switch 53, the second switch 53 is electrically connected with the motor to control the motor to stop feeding.
