Therefore, a simple and efficient method for casting and molding a multilayer polymer composite sheet is needed to solve the above problems.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a two-plate mold for casting molding of a multilayer polymer composite sheet, which has a simple structure, and can realize the composite casting molding of up to five layers of polymer sheets by combining the upper surface or the lower surface of an upper template and the upper surface and the lower surface of a lower template in different forms under the condition of carrying out multiple bonding and compounding without using any bonding agent.

The upper surface or the lower surface of the upper template 1 and the upper surface or the lower surface of the lower template 2 are oppositely arranged and combined to form a molding cavity of the sheet, so that mold cavities with different thicknesses are formed, and the casting molding of the polymer sheets with different thicknesses is realized.
The formed sheet is fixed between the upper template 1 and the lower template 2 through a bolt fastener 3, and the composite forming of the multilayer sheet is realized by utilizing a cavity between the sheet and the inner surface of the die cavity through a casting forming method.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts a two-plate type casting mould with simple structure to cast and mold the multilayer polymer composite sheet, can realize the composite casting and molding of five layers of polymer sheets under the condition of not using any binder to carry out multiple composite bonding, greatly simplifies the production process, improves the production efficiency, and simultaneously effectively eliminates the defect that the intermediate bonding layer influences the product performance.
