The invention provides a plate film press production system and a production method, wherein an MES control system is arranged in the plate film press production system, so that the automation degree is high, the glue spraying process, the drying process and the film press process are all automatically completed under the control of the MES control system, the phenomenon of damage to the surface of a plate caused by human factors in the process of transferring and processing the plate is effectively avoided, the production quality of the plate film press is greatly improved, and the waste of film is reduced; meanwhile, the first scanner and the second scanner are arranged in the plate film pressure production system, the control system can pre-arrange the plates according to the scanning information of the first scanner, and the utilization rate of resources is effectively improved in the glue spraying process, the drying process and the film pressure process, so that the production cost of the plate film pressure is reduced; the control system can display the finishing number of the film pressing plates in real time through the display according to the scanning information of the second scanner and compare the finishing number with the preset number, and when the actual finishing number is not matched with the preset number, the control system can carry out supplementary operation according to the display plate information of the control system, so that the plate film pressing efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A panel membrane is pressed production system is located the low reaches of belt material loading machine, its characterized in that: the device comprises a glue spraying device, a drying device and a film pressing device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the film pressing device is positioned at the downstream of the glue spraying device and the drying device, and the glue spraying device, the drying device and the film pressing device are connected through at least one buffer belt conveyor; the film pressing device comprises a feeding tray, a discharging plate turnover machine, a film press and a film paving mechanism which are sequentially and sequentially connected through power rollers, wherein the power rollers below the feeding tray are connected with the buffer belt conveyor, a film pressing completion outlet and a film pressing opening are formed in the discharging plate turnover machine, the film pressing completion outlet is formed in one side of the discharging plate turnover machine, the outlet direction of the film pressing completion outlet is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the plate, and the film pressing opening is formed between the discharging plate turnover machine and the film press; one end of the film press is connected with the discharging plate turnover machine through a film press feeding port, the other end of the film press is connected with the film laying mechanism, and a sensor for sensing whether the plate exists or not is further arranged on the film press; a first scanner and a second scanner for scanning plate information are respectively arranged on the belt feeding machine and the film pressing finishing outlet; the sheet material film pressure production system also comprises a control system for controlling the overall operation of the system, wherein the control system is connected with a display, and is an MES system, an industrial control computer or a PLC software system;
under the control of a control system, the plate material subjected to the drying process enters a feeding tray through a buffer belt conveyor, is conveyed to a discharging plate turnover machine through a power roller, and enters a film press from one side of the film press through a film press feeding port; after the plate reaches the film press, the control system controls the film laying mechanism to finish film laying on the film laying tray; the film skin which is subjected to film laying is conveyed to the film press from the other side of the film press, and film pressing of the top surface of the plate is finished in the film press; then, the plate subjected to top surface film pressing enters a discharging plate turnover machine through a film pressure feeding port to be turned over; then, the turned plate with the upward bottom surface enters a film press through a film press feeding opening, the film skin with the film laid is conveyed to the film press from the other side of the film press, and the film press of the bottom surface of the plate is completed in the film press; the plate is discharged from the film press through a film press finishing outlet, so that the film press working procedure of the plate is finished.

A sheet film press production system as defined in claim 1, wherein: the glue spraying device is internally provided with a glue spraying room, a plate chain conveyor and a glue spraying mechanism connected with the plate chain conveyor are arranged in the glue spraying room, and the plate chain conveyor is positioned in the middle of the glue spraying room and is communicated with an inlet and an outlet of the glue spraying room; the outside of spouting the gluey room is connected with buffering belt feeder through entry and export respectively.

The sheet film press production system according to claim 4, wherein: one end of the drying channel is connected with the buffer belt conveyor at the outlet, the other end of the drying channel is connected with one end of the polishing machine, and the other end of the polishing machine is connected with the buffer belt conveyor.

A sheet film press production system as defined in claim 1, wherein: the film spreading mechanism comprises a film leather material frame for bearing film leather and a film spreading tray connected with the film leather material frame, wherein the film spreading tray is arranged between the film leather material frame and the film press, and the film leather enters the film press through the film spreading tray.
7. The sheet film press production system of claim 6, wherein: the size of the upper film skin of the film laying tray is matched with the size of the upper plate of the feeding tray.
8. A production method using the sheet material film press production system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: setting a control system; setting the number of plates to be processed, the information of the plates to be processed and the operation parameters of a dust remover, a buffer belt conveyor, a power roller, a glue spraying device, a drying device and a film pressing device through a control system, and sequentially completing a glue spraying process, a drying process and a film pressing process of the plates according to the set operation parameters;
s2: a glue spraying procedure; under the control of the control system, the plate enters the glue spraying room through the inlet of the glue spraying room to spray glue, and then comes out through the outlet of the glue spraying room, so that the glue spraying of the plate is completed;
s3: a drying procedure; under the control of the control system, the plate material subjected to the glue spraying process enters a drying channel through a buffer belt conveyor, is dried through a plurality of drying channels and enters a grinding machine for grinding, and when the plate material is conveyed out of the grinding machine, the drying process is finished;
s4: a film pressing procedure; under the control of the control system, the plate material subjected to the drying process sequentially enters a feeding tray, a discharging plate turnover machine and a film press through a buffer belt conveyor, and the film pressing process of the plate material is completed under the cooperation of a film laying mechanism.
9. The method for producing the plate film pressing production system according to claim 8, wherein: the step S2 includes the steps of:
s21: feeding a plate; the method comprises the steps that a plate coming out of a belt feeder is subjected to plate information scanning through a first scanner, and scanning information is sent to a control system;
s22: feeding in a glue spraying process; under the control of a control system, sequentially passing the plate scanned by the first scanner through a dust remover and a buffer belt conveyor, and enabling the plate to enter a glue spraying room from an inlet of the glue spraying room for glue spraying;
s23: discharging in the glue spraying process; and under the control of the control system, the plate entering the glue spraying room is conveyed out from the outlet of the glue spraying room through the plate link chain conveyor, so that the glue spraying process is completed.

s41: film pressing and feeding; under the control of a control system, the plate material subjected to the drying process enters a feeding tray through a buffer belt conveyor, is conveyed to a discharging plate turnover machine through a power roller, and enters a film press from one side of the film press through a film press feeding port;
s42: film laying; after the plate reaches the film press, a sensor on the film press sends sensing information to a control system, and the control system controls a film laying mechanism to finish film laying on a film laying tray;
s43: pressing a plate top surface; under the control of the control system, conveying the film skin with the film laid to the film press from the other side of the film press, and finishing film pressing of the top surface of the plate in the film press;
s44: turning plate; under the control of a control system, the plate subjected to top surface film pressing enters a discharging plate turnover machine through a film pressing opening to perform plate turnover;
s45: pressing a plate bottom surface; under the control of a control system, the turned plate with the upward bottom surface enters a film press through a film press feeding opening, the step S42 is repeated, the film skin with the film laid is conveyed to the film press from the other side of the film press, and the film press of the bottom surface of the plate is completed in the film press;
s46: pressing and blanking a film; the sheet material in the step S45 is scanned by a second scanner at the outlet of the film pressing completion and then comes out of the film pressing machine, so that the film pressing process of the sheet material is completed;
s47: comparing the plate information; after the whole batch of plates finish the film pressing procedure, the control system displays the finishing number of the film pressing plates in real time and compares the finishing number with the set number of the plates to be processed, and when the actual finishing number is not matched with the number of the plates to be processed, the control system performs the supplementary operation according to the display plate information of the control system.
