Claims (9)
1. The rootstock slicing machine is characterized by comprising a blanking device, a slicing device and a separating device;
the blanking device comprises at least one poking wheel group, each poking wheel group comprises a first poking wheel and a second poking wheel which rotate relatively, the slicing device comprises at least one cutter group which is arranged corresponding to the poking wheel group, each cutter group comprises a first cutter part and a second cutter part which rotate relatively, each first cutter part and each second cutter part comprise a plurality of cutter blades which are arranged at intervals, each cutter blade is arranged between the corresponding first poking wheel and the corresponding second poking wheel, each separation device comprises at least one separation group which is arranged corresponding to the cutter group, each separation group comprises a plurality of separation sheets, and each separation sheet is arranged between two adjacent cutter sheets;
the separating sheet comprises a first separating sheet and a second separating sheet which are connected with each other, the first separating sheet and the second separating sheet are arranged between two adjacent cutting blades, the connection part of the first cutting blade and the second separating sheet protrudes towards the direction of the second cutting blade to form a C-shaped separating sheet, and therefore the sheet-shaped object between the two adjacent cutting blades is pulled out.
2. The rootstock slicer of claim 1, wherein said cutter blade is exposed at both an end of said first segment remote from said second segment and an end of said second segment remote from said first segment.
3. The rootstock slicer of claim 1, wherein said blanking device further comprises a first dial shaft and a second dial shaft, said first dial wheel is disposed on said first dial shaft, said second dial wheel is disposed on said second dial shaft, said first dial shaft and said second dial shaft are connected by two meshed first gears.
4. A rootstock slicer as claimed in claim 3 wherein said first cutter section further comprises a first cutter shaft and said second cutter section further comprises a second cutter shaft, a plurality of said cutter blades each being disposed in spaced relation to either said first cutter shaft or said second cutter shaft, said first cutter shaft and said second cutter shaft being connected by two meshed second gears.
5. A rootstock slicer as claimed in claim 3 wherein said blanking means further comprises a blanking drive means, an output shaft of said blanking drive means being connected to said first dial shaft.
6. The rootstock slicer of claim 4, further comprising a slicing drive having an output shaft connected to said first cutter shaft.
7. A rootstock slicer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising a frame, said frame comprising a frame body and a feed plate, said first thumb wheel and said second thumb wheel both being disposed on said frame body, said feed plate being disposed on said frame body and having a feed inlet, said feed inlet being located above said first thumb wheel and said second thumb wheel.
8. The rhizome slicer of claim 7 wherein the frame further includes a hopper disposed in the frame, the hopper being positioned below a plurality of the cutter blades.
9. The rhizome slicer of claim 7 wherein the divider set further comprises a cross bar, two ends of the cross bar being disposed in the frame, one end of each divider being disposed in the cross bar.
