Abstract
本发明公开了一种切割设备,包括支撑体、支撑座、上密封槽、下密封槽、上密封盖、下密封盖、固定座、刻度盘、转孔、转体、切割刀、转轴、滑槽、转角体、压缩弹簧、顶圈、存放槽,所述支撑体为矩形体,所述支撑体底部四角固定有支撑座,所述支撑体顶面设有两上密封槽,所述支撑体底面设有一下密封槽,所述上密封盖、下密封盖分别和上密封槽、下密封槽滑动连接,所述支撑体中部上下贯穿有存放槽,所述支撑体两上密封槽之间前后设有两固定座。本发明的保护切割刀在存放槽内,不被粉尘覆盖,能够实现切割刀旋转角度的精准控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割机,尤其涉及一种切割设备。
背景技术
在工业生产中,切割机多种多样且用途广泛,由于车间环境粉尘多,无法较好的保护切割刀片,切割机的刀片易粘粉尘,需时常清理,而切割机的刀片在工作中无法随意改变切角,会使生产效率受到一定影响,变相的增加了劳动工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切割设备,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种切割设备,包括支撑体、支撑座、上密封槽、下密封槽、上密封盖、下密封盖、固定座、刻度盘、转孔、转体、切割刀、转轴、滑槽、转角体、压缩弹簧、顶圈、存放槽,所述支撑体为矩形体,所述支撑体底部四角固定有支撑座,所述支撑体顶面设有两上密封槽,所述支撑体底面设有一下密封槽,所述上密封盖、下密封盖分别和上密封槽、下密封槽滑动连接,所述支撑体中部上下贯穿有存放槽,所述支撑体两上密封槽之间前后设有两固定座,所述支撑体前侧固定座外壁固定有刻度盘,所述两固定座和刻度盘前后贯穿有转孔,所述转体设于两固定座之间,所述转体内部设有电机,所述转体顶部设有圆形切割刀,所述电机与切割刀通过轴带动,所述转体两端分别与转轴键连接,所述转体前端转轴端部开有矩形滑槽,所述带有滑槽的转轴与固定有刻度盘的转孔连接,所述另一转轴与另一固定座内的转孔连接,所述设有滑槽的转轴外端依次连接有转角体、压缩弹簧和顶圈,所述顶圈与所连接的转轴末端螺纹连接。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述刻度盘包括压槽、卡槽、转角刻度、复位槽,所述刻度盘开有圆形压槽,所述压槽上半部开有18个圆心等距分布的矩形卡槽,所述压槽与卡槽一体成型,所述每相邻两卡槽之间的夹角为10°,所述每个卡槽外对应有一转角刻度,所述转角刻度由竖直方向的卡槽外部向两侧扇形分布的刻度为0°-90°,所述压槽底部竖直方向开有矩形复位槽。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述转角体包括滑块、压环、卡体、转柄,所述转角体内壁设有矩形滑块,所述滑块与滑槽滑动连接,所述转角体前后分别设有压环和转柄,所述压环与压槽滑动连接,所述压环顶部固定有矩形卡体,所述卡体与卡槽扣接,所述转柄外径大于压环外径。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述转体能够360°旋转,所述卡体与复位槽扣接时,切割刀置于存放槽内;所述卡体与标有0转角刻度的卡槽扣接时,切割刀与水平面平行。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明的上、下密封盖保护切割刀在存放槽内,不被粉尘覆盖,增加了切割刀的使用寿命,上、下密封盖能够与支撑体拆分,便于切割作业后存放槽内部的清理,转体能够根据卡体与卡槽的扣接实现旋转角度的精准控制,进而改变了切割刀对物体的切割角度,增加了整体结构的实用性。

如图1-6所示,一种切割设备,包括支撑体1、支撑座2、上密封槽3、下密封槽4、上密封盖5、下密封盖6、固定座7、刻度盘8、转孔9、转体10、切割刀11、转轴12、滑槽13、转角体14、压缩弹簧15、顶圈16、存放槽25,所述支撑体1为矩形体,所述支撑体1底部四角固定有支撑座2,所述支撑体1顶面设有两上密封槽3,所述支撑体1底面设有一下密封槽4,所述上密封盖5、下密封盖6分别和上密封槽3、下密封槽4滑动连接,所述支撑体1中部上下贯穿有存放槽25,所述支撑体1两上密封槽3之间前后设有两固定座7,所述支撑体1前侧固定座7外壁固定有刻度盘8,所述两固定座7和刻度盘8前后贯穿有转孔9,所述转体10设于两固定座7之间,所述转体10内部设有电机,所述转体10顶部设有圆形切割刀11,所述电机与切割刀11通过轴带动,所述转体10两端分别与转轴12键连接,所述转体10前端转轴12端部开有矩形滑槽13,所述带有滑槽13的转轴12与固定有刻度盘8的转孔9连接,所述另一转轴12与另一固定座7内的转孔9连接,所述设有滑槽13的转轴12外端依次连接有转角体14、压缩弹簧15和顶圈16,所述顶圈16与所连接的转轴12末端螺纹连接。
所述刻度盘8包括压槽17、卡槽18、转角刻度19、复位槽20,所述刻度盘8开有圆形压槽17,所述压槽17上半部开有18个圆心等距分布的矩形卡槽18,所述压槽17与卡槽18一体成型,所述每相邻两卡槽18之间的夹角为10°,所述每个卡槽18外对应有一转角刻度19,所述转角刻度19由竖直方向的卡槽18外部向两侧扇形分布的刻度为0°-90°,所述压槽17底部竖直方向开有矩形复位槽20。
所述转角体14包括滑块21、压环22、卡体23、转柄24,所述转角体14内壁设有矩形滑块21,所述滑块21与滑槽13滑动连接,所述转角体14前后分别设有压环22和转柄24,所述压环22与压槽17滑动连接,所述压环22顶部固定有矩形卡体23,所述卡体23与卡槽18扣接,所述转柄24外径大于压环22外径。
所述转体10能够360°旋转,所述卡体23与复位槽20扣接时,切割刀11置于存放槽25内;所述卡体23与标有0转角刻度的卡槽18扣接时,切割刀11与水平面平行。
本发明的工作原理:将上密封盖5和下密封盖6从支撑体1中滑出,拉动转角体14将卡体23从复位槽20中拉出,使压缩弹簧15产生弹性形变,对应切割刀11所需转角度,转动转柄24使卡体23与对应转角刻度19的卡槽18扣接,从而进行切割作业,待作业完成后,将卡块23转至复位槽20内,同时切割刀置于存放槽25中,避免发生意外事故。

1.一种切割设备,包括支撑体(1)、支撑座(2)、上密封槽(3)、下密封槽(4)、上密封盖(5)、下密封盖(6)、固定座(7)、刻度盘(8)、转孔(9)、转体(10)、切割刀(11)、转轴(12)、滑槽(13)、转角体(14)、压缩弹簧(15)、顶圈(16)、存放槽(25),其特征在于:所述支撑体(1)为矩形体,所述支撑体(1)底部四角固定有支撑座(2),所述支撑体(1)顶面设有两上密封槽(3),所述支撑体(1)底面设有一下密封槽(4),所述上密封盖(5)、下密封盖(6)分别和上密封槽(3)、下密封槽(4)滑动连接,所述支撑体(1)中部上下贯穿有存放槽(25),所述支撑体(1)两上密封槽(3)之间前后设有两固定座(7),所述支撑体(1)前侧固定座(7)外壁固定有刻度盘(8),所述两固定座(7)和刻度盘(8)前后贯穿有转孔(9),所述转体(10)设于两固定座(7)之间,所述转体(10)内部设有电机,所述转体(10)顶部设有圆形切割刀(11),所述电机与切割刀(11)通过轴带动,所述转体(10)两端分别与转轴(12)键连接,所述转体(10)前端转轴(12)端部开有矩形滑槽(13),所述带有滑槽(13)的转轴(12)与固定有刻度盘(8)的转孔(9)连接,所述另一转轴(12)与另一固定座(7)内的转孔(9)连接,所述设有滑槽(13)的转轴(12)外端依次连接有转角体(14)、压缩弹簧(15)和顶圈(16),所述顶圈(16)与所连接的转轴(12)末端螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割设备,其特征在于:所述刻度盘(8)包括压槽(17)、卡槽(18)、转角刻度(19)、复位槽(20),所述刻度盘(8)开有圆形压槽(17),所述压槽(17)上半部开有18个圆心等距分布的矩形卡槽(18),所述压槽(17)与卡槽(18)一体成型,所述每相邻两卡槽(18)之间的夹角为10°,所述每个卡槽(18)外对应有一转角刻度(19),所述转角刻度(19)由竖直方向的卡槽(18)外部向两侧扇形分布的刻度为0°-90°,所述压槽(17)底部竖直方向开有矩形复位槽(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割设备,其特征在于:所述转角体(14)包括滑块(21)、压环(22)、卡体(23)、转柄(24),所述转角体(14)内壁设有矩形滑块(21),所述滑块(21)与滑槽(13)滑动连接,所述转角体(14)前后分别设有压环(22)和转柄(24),所述压环(22)与压槽(17)滑动连接,所述压环(22)顶部固定有矩形卡体(23),所述卡体(23)与卡槽(18)扣接,所述转柄(24)外径大于压环(22)外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割设备,其特征在于:所述转体(10)能够360°旋转,所述卡体(23)与复位槽(20)扣接时,切割刀(11)置于存放槽(25)内;所述卡体(23)与标有0转角刻度的卡槽(18)扣接时,切割刀(11)与水平面平行。
