本发明公开了一种管材切割装置,包括底座、支撑架、推杆电机和刀片,所述底座侧面贯通,设置一圆孔,在底座上与所述圆孔平行的一侧面上设置一紧固旋钮,所述紧固旋钮连接一螺栓至圆孔的内部;在所述支撑架的顶端设置所述推杆电机,推杆电机下部固定连接所述刀片,刀片的竖直位置紧贴圆孔最外侧,推杆电机带动刀片垂直上下往复运动。本发明的有益效果为:设置底座上的圆孔,可以将管材伸入吗,用紧固旋钮紧固,在使用推杆电机带动刀片向下运动对管材进行切割,更加适合尺寸较小的塑料管材的切割作业。

本发明涉及一种切割装置,具体是一种管材切割装置,属于管材加工领域。
背景技术
在塑料管材的应用过程中,经常需要对其进行切割处理,以取得合适的长度,现有的一些管材切割装置的结构复杂,对于使用要求的空间也较大,不太适合小型管材的切割作业。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种管材切割装置,以优化切割装置的结构,且适用于小型管材的切割处理。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种管材切割装置,包括底座、支撑架、推杆电机和刀片,所述底座侧面贯通,设置一圆孔,在底座上与所述圆孔平行的一侧面上设置一紧固旋钮,所述紧固旋钮连接一螺栓至圆孔的内部;在所述支撑架的顶端设置所述推杆电机,推杆电机下部固定连接所述刀片,刀片的竖直位置紧贴圆孔最外侧,推杆电机带动刀片垂直上下往复运动。
更进一步的,在所述底座上表面设置刻度尺。
更进一步的,所述紧固旋钮上设置凹槽。
本发明的有益效果为:设置底座上的圆孔,可以将管材伸入吗,用紧固旋钮紧固,在使用推杆电机带动刀片向下运动对管材进行切割,更加适合尺寸较小的塑料管材的切割作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种管材切割装置,包括底座1、支撑架2、推杆电机3和刀片4,所述底座1侧面贯通,设置一圆孔5,在底座1上与所述圆孔5平行的一侧面上设置一紧固旋钮6,所述紧固旋钮6连接一螺栓至圆孔5的内部;在所述支撑架2的顶端设置所述推杆电机3,推杆电机3下部固定连接所述刀片4,刀片4的竖直位置紧贴圆孔5最外侧,推杆电机3带动刀片4垂直上下往复运动。
为了更精确的对塑料管材进行切割,在所述底座1上表面设置刻度尺7,可以对切割的管材的长度进行精确测量,避免切割的长度出现误差,影响后续使用。
所述紧固旋钮6上设置凹槽8,可有效的避免再旋拧的时候打滑,更好地方便对塑料管材的拧紧。
本发明装置在使用时,首先将塑料管材由圆孔5插入底座1内,在使用紧固旋钮6对其紧固,使连接的螺栓抵住塑料管材,由此将塑料管材牢牢的固定在底座1内,使用推杆电机3带动刀片4对管材进行切割。

1.一种管材切割装置,其特征在于,包括底座(1)、支撑架(2)、推杆电机(3)和刀片(4),所述底座(1)侧面贯通,设置一圆孔(5),在底座(1)上与所述圆孔(5)平行的一侧面上设置一紧固旋钮(6),所述紧固旋钮(6)连接一螺栓至圆孔(5)的内部;在所述支撑架(2)的顶端设置所述推杆电机(3),推杆电机(3)下部固定连接所述刀片(4),刀片(4)的竖直位置紧贴圆孔(5)最外侧,推杆电机(3)带动刀片(4)垂直上下往复运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管材切割装置,其特征在于,在所述底座(1)上表面设置刻度尺(7)。
