The elastic reed 12 is fixedly installed on the end face of the support column 3, the elastic reed 12 is adjacent to the pre-positioning clamp block 7, the elastic reed 12 is a hard V-shaped sheet made of spring steel, one side of the elastic reed 12 is fixed on the support column 3 and is located at the groove edge of the accommodating groove 31, the other side of the elastic reed is tangentially attached to the side surface of the special-shaped pipe, the special-shaped pipe is inserted in an included angle of the elastic reed 12, when the special-shaped pipe in the pre-positioning clamp block 7 is clamped and inserted into the accommodating groove 31, the supporting column 11 is abutted against the surface of the special-shaped pipe, and the special-shaped pipe is pressed in the accommodating groove 31 by the elastic reed 12.

Preferably, the end face of the pressing block 17 attached to the special-shaped pipe is fixedly provided with a buffer block 18, the buffer block 18 is made of elastic soft materials (such as rubber), the adjacent surfaces of the buffer block 18 and the special-shaped pipe are corresponding to the appearance of the special-shaped pipe, and as can be understood, when the fixed cylinder 4 drives the pressing block 17 to press the special-shaped pipe, the buffer block 18 deforms between the pressing block 17 and the special-shaped pipe, so that overload pressure of the fixed cylinder 4 is counteracted, and the surface of the special-shaped pipe is prevented from being damaged by pressing.
Preferably, a rotating hole is formed in the positioning inclined block 5 and at a position corresponding to the abutting hole 10, and the abutting column 11 in the abutting hole 10 is controlled through the rotating hole to rotate and abut against the surface of the special-shaped pipe.
