Abstract
The invention discloses a petroleum pipeline thread cleaning device which comprises a chuck, wherein a plurality of scrubbing claws are arranged on the end face of the chuck, the scrubbing claws are connected with the chuck through end face threads, and a chuck shaft hub is connected with a motor. The motor drives the scrubbing claw to rotate, and the scrubbing cloth is arranged on the scrubbing claw to realize the scrubbing function. The radial distance can be adjusted by arranging the scrubbing claws, so that the cleaner can adapt to petroleum pipes with different specifications. The petroleum pipeline thread cleaning device is convenient to use and high in cleaning efficiency.

The technical scheme is that the petroleum pipeline thread cleaning device comprises a chuck, wherein a plurality of scrubbing claws are arranged on the end face of the chuck, the scrubbing claws are in threaded connection with the chuck through the end face, and a chuck shaft hub is connected with a motor.
The technical principle is as follows: the chuck is driven by the motor, a plurality of scrubbing claws are arranged on the chuck, the scrubbing claws are arranged on the end face of the chuck, and the radial positions of the scrubbing claws can be adjusted by the chuck, so that the radial distance of the scrubbing claws can be adjusted. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the petroleum pipeline thread cleaning device comprises a chuck 2 as seen from the general perspective, wherein the chuck 2 is connected with a motor through a shaft 4, the motor is hidden inside a handle 3, and the motor drives the chuck 2 to rotate through the shaft 4. A limiting block 23 is arranged, the limiting block 23 limits the radial movement of the scrubbing claw 1, a radial limiting groove 231 is arranged on the limiting block 23, and the scrubbing claw 1 is arranged in the radial limiting groove 231, so that when the turntable 22 rotates, the scrubbing claw 1 moves radially in the radial limiting groove 231 due to the cooperation between the end surface threads, and the radial opening and the radial contraction of the scrubbing claw 1 are realized. The rotary table 22 is realized by a rotary handle 25, the rotary handle 25 is screwed on the peripheral surface of the rotary table 22 by a screw head 254, a rotary handle main body 252 of the rotary handle 25 is arranged in a circumferential rotary groove 212 of the fixed disk 21, and the rotary table 22 can rotate in the fixed disk 21 when the rotary handle 25 is shifted. When in actual use, the radial distance of the scrubbing claws 1 is adjusted to enable the scrubbing claws 1 to be clung to the wall surface of the petroleum pipe 5, and when the internal threads of the pipeline need to be cleaned, the radial distances of the plurality of scrubbing claws 1 are adjusted to enable the scrubbing claws 1 to be clung to the inner wall; when the external thread of the pipeline needs to be cleaned, the radial distance of the plurality of scrubbing claws 1 is adjusted to enable the scrubbing claws 1 to be abutted against the outer wall. When the motor is started, the scrubbing claw 1 can rotate around the shaft 4, the scrubbing claw 1 attached to the pipeline wall has a friction effect on the pipeline wall, and the scrubbing function can be completed under the condition of high-speed rotation. The two sides of the scrubbing claw 1 are provided with scrubbing cloth 11, the scrubbing cloth 11 can be cloth or sponge, and can be soaked in a cleaning agent before scrubbing, so that the effect of wet friction is achieved during scrubbing.
Example two
The scrubbing cloth 11 can also be made of different materials, for example, one scrubbing cloth 11 of the scrubbing claws 1 is made of cloth, and the other scrubbing cloth 11 is made of a steel wire brush, so that friction force can be increased. In addition, a plurality of scrubbing claws, for example, 3, 4, may be provided.
