本发明公开了一种用于测量身体素质的系统及其使用方法，包括第三测试仪、服务平台，第三测试仪包括第三控制模块、运行导轨、第一反射红外传感器、第二反射红外传感器，第一反射红外传感器和第二反射红外传感器下方均固定有与运行导轨匹配的滑块，两个滑块还对应连接有驱动相应滑块在运行导轨上移动的驱动机构，第一反射红外传感器和第二反射红外传感器在运行导轨上上下设置；所述第三控制模块获得的数据传输至服务平台内处理。该发明的优点在于：用户通过第三测试仪获得用户的身高和坐位体前屈、纵跳、仰卧起坐或俯卧撑的结果，为给出训练指导方案提供依据，第三测试仪可以用于多种测试项目，这样就节省了测试仪种类，也减少了测试用的占地面积。
