Pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating sheep lithangiuria and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical medicines, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating sheep lithangiuria and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The urinary tract calculus of sheep, also called urolithiasis, is a disease which is generated or remained in renal pelvis, ureter, bladder and urethra, and is caused by the salt crystallization mainly comprising calcium carbonate and phosphate, so that sheep have difficulty in micturition and urinary organs are inflamed due to calculus. After the disease occurs, the sick sheep have abnormal spirit, weak screaming voice, abdominal distension, uneasy rising and lying, two hind limbs alternately kick the hind abdomen and the arch back, and can not normally urinate or have the phenomenon of dripping urine, the position of the calculus has enhanced sensitivity, blood is in the urine, the sick sheep like lying, do not want to exercise, have tachycardia and irregular rhythm, and can quickly cause peritonitis.
At present, when fattening sheep are fed in domestic sheep farms, coarse feed and fine feed are generally mixed uniformly to be made into complete ration, the feeding mode is good in effect of feeding and breeding ewes, however, as the fine feed is mainly used in the ration of the fattening sheep, the coarse feed is used as an auxiliary feed, when the sheep flocks are too high in density and too large in quantity, the phenomenon of snatching is easily caused when the sheep flocks are not uniform in size, so that the fine feed eaten by some sheep is too much, the fine feed eaten by other fat sheep is less, the sheep flocks are not uniform in thinness after long-term use, the sheep flocks are out of the pens irregularly, and the probability that part of sheep get stones is increased. In addition, due to lack of scientific management, the ingestion of nutrients by sheep flocks is incomplete, and when the ingested calcium and phosphorus proportion is unbalanced, sheep calculus is easy to occur.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field need to solve the problems that the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating sheep lithangiuria and the preparation method thereof can effectively prevent and treat the lithangiuria of fattening sheep and reduce the economic loss of the fattening sheep caused by the lithangiuria.
