Description

Conveying device with branch supports
Technical Field
The invention relates to a conveying device with a branch stent, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
Currently, aortic dissections and aneurysms are among the most serious cardiovascular diseases. With the development and wide application of interventional technology, the application of the stent graft is increasingly wide, the traditional stent graft is in a straight cylinder shape, the stent graft is compressed in a straight cylinder-shaped sheath when not in work, the sheath is drawn away towards the near end (the end of an operator) after being implanted into a target blood vessel, and the stent graft expands and supports a lesion. However, the aortic dissection and the aneurysm cover a large area, and many branch vessels are distributed in the artery, and in some cases, if a straight cylindrical stent graft is used to block important branch vessels, the blood supply of organs may be insufficient, and even patients may die.
To solve this problem, single-branch stents have appeared in recent years. The single branch stent is formed by adding a lateral branch small stent on a straight cylindrical stent, and theoretically solves the problem that a branch blood vessel is blocked. In practice, however, delivery of such a single-branch stent to the diseased vessel is another challenge, how it is released. The method of proximally withdrawing the sheath to release the stent is not feasible with a single-limb stent because the limbs of the single-limb stent block the proximal withdrawal of the sheath.
At present, most of the clinically used single-branch stents are delivered by opening blood vessels by hands of operators in clinic, the operation is extremely complicated, and the failure chance is high. The chinese patent 201110085820.1 discloses a method for binding and releasing the stent body with a wire harness, but the situation in the artery is complicated, the wire harness is tightly supported between the stent and the blood vessel by the stent after releasing the stent, the action of withdrawing the wire harness is likely to damage the blood vessel, and the wire harness is likely to hook the strut of the stent, which results in the failure of the operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention solves the above problems by controlling the release of the main branch and the branch, respectively.
The invention provides a conveying device with a branch stent, which comprises a branch stent and a sheath tube, wherein the branch stent is arranged on the branch stent; the sheath comprises a distal main branch sheath, a proximal main branch sheath and branch sheaths with the same number of branches; the distal main branch sheath tube restrains the distal end of the stent main branch in the distal main branch sheath tube, and when the distal main branch sheath tube is removed from the distal end of the stent main branch, the distal end of the stent main branch is unbounded and released; the branch sheath tube restrains branches of the stent in the branch sheath tube, and when the branch sheath tube is taken down from the branches of the stent, the branches of the stent are released and released; the proximal main sheath tube restrains the proximal end of the stent main leg in the proximal main sheath tube, and when the proximal main sheath tube is removed from the proximal end of the stent main leg, the proximal end of the stent main leg is unbound and released.
According to the invention, the material of the sheath tube is preferably at least one of polyether block amide, polyamide, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyether ether ketone and polyurethane.
The invention is preferably that the wall of the sheath tube is internally provided with a stainless steel wire, a titanium alloy wire or a polyether-ether-ketone wire.
The invention is preferably such that the distal end of the distal main sheath is pointed.
The invention preferably has the distal end of the branched sheath as a tip.
According to the invention, the sheath is preferably connected with a control element, and the sheath is taken down by pushing or pulling the control element.
According to the invention, the control piece is preferably made of stainless steel, titanium alloy, polyether ether ketone or a mixture of high polymers and metals.
The control element is preferably shaped as a tube or wire.
The invention is preferably that 1-5 control elements are connected to one sheath.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the stent conveying device with the branches can adopt the sheath to restrain and release the stent, and solves the problem that the stent with the branches is difficult to release. Compared with the prior art that the wire harness is adopted to bind the support, the surface of the sheath tube is smooth, the blood vessel is not easy to be damaged, the sheath tube is more safe to bind the support, and the support is not easy to fall off from the sheath tube in the support storage and transportation processes.
