Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mop and a cleaning device thereof, which can reduce the water resistance of a wiping object when the wiping object is cleaned in a mop bucket, save labor, reduce the abrasion of the rotation between a screw rod and a screw sleeve on a mop rod and prolong the service life of the mop bucket.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a mop and its cleaning device, the mop includes the mop pole that can be lengthened and pressed short and mop head with wiping material; the cleaning device comprises a mop bucket, a dehydration basket and a supporting seat arranged on the mop bucket; a positioning part is arranged on the mop rod of the mop, a positioning part matched with the positioning part is arranged on the supporting seat, and when the mop is cleaned, the positioning part is matched with the positioning part to enable the mop head of the mop to be erected in the mop barrel; the mop bucket is also internally provided with a slide rail, and the supporting seat is arranged on the slide rail and can move along the slide rail; an anti-friction device for reducing the friction force between the positioning piece and the rod body of the mop rod is arranged between the positioning piece and the rod body of the mop rod, and a blocking part matched with the anti-friction device is arranged on the mop rod; the mop rod is connected with the mop head in a matching way through a connecting piece, and a rotation stopping structure is arranged between the connecting piece and the mop head; the rotation stopping structure comprises a rotation stopping convex part or a rotation stopping concave part arranged on the connecting piece and a matching part which is arranged on the mop head and is matched with the rotation stopping convex part or the rotation stopping concave part.
Preferably, the friction reducing device is a plane bearing, a vertical axis or a ball which is sleeved in the positioning piece.
Preferably, the blocking part abuts against the end face of the plane bearing, and the surface of the blocking part is contacted with the ball in the plane bearing; or the blocking part is abutted against the end face of the vertical bearing, and the surface of the blocking part is contacted with the ball in the vertical bearing.
Preferably, a support frame is arranged in the mop bucket, and the slide rail is arranged on the support frame; the slide rail is provided with a first positioning part and a second positioning part which are matched with the supporting seat; the mop barrel is provided with an assembling part matched with the supporting frame.
Preferably, the connecting piece is provided with a positioning opening, and the mop head is provided with a positioning convex part clamped in the positioning opening.
Preferably, the positioning protrusion is an elastic member, and the positioning protrusion is extended and contracted by pressing.
Preferably, the connecting piece is further provided with a barb, and the barb abuts against the bottom surface of the supporting seat.
Preferably, the connecting piece is a connecting sleeve, the wall surface of the connecting sleeve is composed of a plurality of ribs, and a gap is formed between every two adjacent ribs.

Preferably, the bottom of the mop bucket is provided with a containing cavity, a connecting piece is arranged in the containing cavity, one end of the connecting piece is connected with a roller through an articulated piece, a supporting rod is arranged at the bottom of the mop bucket and positioned on one side of the articulated piece, one end of the supporting rod is movably connected onto the roller, the supporting rod can be turned over to the position corresponding to the articulated piece and clamped with the roller, and a sliding chute for sliding the supporting rod is formed in the bottom of the mop bucket.
Compared with the prior art, the mop and the cleaning device thereof adopting the technical scheme have the following beneficial effects:
when cleaning the cleaning material on the mop, the positioning piece on the mop rod is in adaptive connection with the positioning part on the supporting seat, when cleaning, the positioning piece is arranged on the positioning part to make the mop head of the mop overhead in the mop bucket, on one hand, when the mop rod is pressed down, the positioning piece can block the whole mop rod from displacing when the upper rod of the mop rod is pressed down, so that when the mop rod is pressed down, the mop rod and the mop head are in rotary motion, quantitative cleaning liquid is put into the mop bucket, and the water level of the cleaning liquid is ensured to be lower than 1/2-2/3 of the cleaning material on the mop head, therefore, when the mop head is rotated, the cleaning material can drive the cleaning liquid to form a vortex flow, the water level of the cleaning liquid on the outer ring of the vortex flow can be raised, thereby the cleaning material can be completely submerged, the whole cleaning material can be cleaned, and the water resistance of the cleaning material in the mop bucket is reduced, labor is saved, the abrasion of rotation between the screw rod and the screw sleeve on the mop rod can be reduced, and the service life of the mop bucket is prolonged; the supporting seat is arranged on the sliding rail to slide, the supporting seat can be pulled out and positioned when needed, and when the supporting seat is stored, the supporting seat slides to the appointed end along the sliding rail to complete storage. Plane bearing's terminal surface and mop pole contact, set up the fender portion on the mop pole, through the ball contact on fender portion and the plane bearing terminal surface, reduce the friction connection between mop pole and the setting element, the mop pole receives the ball influence when rotatory, the coefficient of friction is little, the resistance of mop pole when rotatory is just little, can reduce the water resistance of wiper when wasing in the mop bucket, and can reduce face and face direct contact, noise and wearing and tearing that the friction brought, increase the life of mop bucket.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22, a mop and a cleaning device thereof, the mop includes a mop rod 1 capable of being elongated and shortened and a mop head 3 with a wiping material 2, the mop rod includes a rod body and a connecting member sleeved outside the rod body, the inner rod includes an inner rod and an outer rod, the inner rod and the outer rod can relatively extend and retract, and the inner rod can be driven to rotate during the process that the outer rod moves downwards relative to the inner rod, the specific structure of the mop is the prior art, and is not described again; the cleaning device comprises a mop bucket 4, a dewatering basket 5, a cleaning seat 6 arranged on the mop bucket 4 and a slide rail 15 matched with the cleaning seat 6; the mop rod 1 of the mop is provided with a positioning piece 7 which can be made of metal or plastic; a support frame 41 made of plastic is arranged in the mop bucket 4, a slide rail 15 is arranged on the support frame 41, and the cleaning seat 6 is arranged on the slide rail 15 and can move along the slide rail 15; one end of the slide rail 15 can extend to the lower part of the dewatering basket 5, and the middle part of the slide rail 15 can be provided with an opening, so that the cleaning seat 6 can be conveniently installed in the slide rail; the cleaning seat 6 is provided with a positioning part 600 matched with the positioning part 7, and when the mop is cleaned, the positioning part 7 is matched with the positioning part 600 to make the mop head 3 of the mop overhead in the mop bucket 4; in this embodiment, the cleaning seat 6 is a plate body, and can be made of plastic; the positioning part 600 is a groove arranged on the cleaning seat 6, the positioning part 7 can be clamped into the groove, and after the positioning part 7 is clamped into the groove, the positioning part 7 is in rotating fit with the groove;
further, a first positioning portion 151 and a second positioning portion 152 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the slide rail 15, and sliding blocks are arranged at the two ends of the cleaning seat 6; when the mop is used, the cleaning seat 6 can be moved to one end far away from the dewatering basket 5 along the slide rail 15, and the wiping materials 2 on the mop head 3 are normally cleaned through the positioning of the clamping piece and the clamping part; when the mop head is stored, the cleaning seat 6 is moved to the lower part of the dehydration basket 5 along the slide rail 15 to complete storage, the rail can be set into a parallel rail or a curve rail with a bend in the middle, the plane rail slides more easily and smoothly, the rail surface below the dehydration basket 5 is higher than the opposite end, so that the cleaning seats 6 at the two ends of the curve rail are positioned more stably, the cleaning seat 6 is prevented from separating from the rail after being positioned, when the mop head 3 is cleaned, the cleaning seat 6 arranged on the lower rail surface is loosened, but the bend end between the curve rails limits the movement of the cleaning seat 6, only the cleaning seat 6 needs to be adjusted and arranged on the clamping part of the rail by people, if the mop head 3 is cleaned, the cleaning seat 6 is pushed to the opposite side along the rail by the force of the mop head 3 to collide with the dehydration basket 5, once the cleaning seat 6, the mop rod 1 assembly and the like are damaged, and unnecessary economic loss is caused, inconvenience is brought to the user.
The side part of the supporting frame 41 is provided with a clamping part protruding outwards, the inner wall of the mop bucket 4 is provided with an assembling part 42 for clamping the clamping part, the assembling part is a groove, and the supporting frame is positioned through the matching of the clamping part and the assembling part; the lower part of the supporting frame can be fixedly connected with the bottom of the mop bucket through a screw and can also be fixed in a clamping mode of the clamping part and the groove.
When cleaning the wiping material 2 on the mop, the positioning part 7 on the mop rod 1 is clamped into the positioning part 600 on the cleaning seat 6, thereby when cleaning the mop, the positioning part 7 can make the mop head 3 of the mop overhead in the mop bucket 4, on one hand, when pressing down the mop rod 1, the positioning part 7 can block the upper rod of the mop rod 1 from pressing down, the whole mop rod 1 is displaced, when ensuring that the mop rod 1 is pressed down, the mop rod 1 and the mop head 3 are in rotary motion, quantitative cleaning liquid is put in the mop bucket 4, the water level of the cleaning liquid is ensured to be higher than 1/2-2/3 of the wiping material 2 on the mop head 3, thus, when the mop head 3 is rotated, the wiping material 2 can drive the cleaning liquid to form a swirling flow, the water level of the cleaning liquid on the outer ring of the swirling flow can be raised, thereby the wiping material 2 can be completely submerged, and the whole wiping material 2 can be cleaned, the water resistance of the cleaning material 2 in the mop bucket 4 is reduced, the labor is saved, meanwhile, the abrasion of the rotation between the screw rod and the screw sleeve on the mop rod 1 can be reduced, and the service life of the mop bucket 4 is prolonged.
The mop rod 1 is connected with the mop head 3 in a matching way through a connecting piece 10, the connecting piece 10 is provided with a positioning opening 11, the mop head 3 is hinged with a joint, the joint can be inserted into the connecting piece, and the joint is provided with a positioning convex part 12 clamped in the positioning opening 11; the positioning convex part 12 is an elastic part, and can be a metal column, a metal head, a plastic column, a plastic head and the like, and the positioning convex part 12 is telescopic by pressing, and the specific implementation principle and structure are the prior art, so the description is omitted; when the mop is installed, the positioning convex part 12 is pressed until the position of the positioning convex part 12 is consistent with that of the positioning opening 11, the positioning convex part 12 is loosened, and the positioning convex part 12 is elastically reset and automatically buckled in the positioning opening 11 to realize the fixed connection between the mop head 3 and the mop rod 1.
The connecting piece 10 is also provided with a barb 100, and the barb 100 is abutted against the bottom surface of the positioning piece 7; when the mop rod 1 is pressed down to move, the upward resetting movement can be naturally performed, the upward resetting movement of the mop rod 1 can form an upward acting force, the barb 100 abuts against the bottom surface of the positioning part 7 to prevent the positioning part from displacing relative to the mop rod 1, and the stable installation of the positioning part 7 on the mop rod is ensured.
The connecting piece 10 is a connecting sleeve made of plastic, the wall surface of the connecting sleeve is composed of a plurality of ribs 101, and gaps are formed between the adjacent ribs 101; because the connecting piece 10 is used for connecting the mop rod 1 and the mop head 3, when the installation sleeve is established, a plurality of sections of ribs 101 formed by enclosing on the connecting piece can be moderately inwardly folded to facilitate installation, then, the joints installed in the connecting piece can unfold the folded ribs 101, so that the connection between the connecting piece 10 and the positioning piece 7 is firmer, the barb 100 arranged on the connecting piece 10 can better limit the position of the positioning piece 7, and the positioning piece 7 is prevented from falling out of the connecting piece.
The positioning opening 11 is formed in the connecting piece 10, the positioning convex part 12 is formed in the joint, or the positioning opening 11 is formed in the joint, and the positioning convex part 12 is formed in the mop rod 1; similarly, when the mop is installed, the positioning convex part 12 is pressed until the position of the positioning convex part 12 is consistent with that of the positioning opening 11, the positioning convex part 12 is loosened, and the positioning convex part 12 is elastically reset and automatically buckled in the positioning opening 11 to realize the fixed connection between the joint and the mop rod 1.
The positioning piece 7 can be arranged into two external pieces which are detachably connected with each other, and the two external pieces are fixedly connected with each other in a buckling manner; the buckling is firm, and the installation, the maintenance and the replacement are convenient through the buckling connection between the two external members; specifically, one of the sleeve members is provided with a clamping part which is a hook integrally formed with the sleeve member, and the other sleeve member is provided with an opening matched with the barb.
A limiting convex part 601 is arranged on the positioning part 600, a positioning groove 700 which is matched and connected with the limiting convex part 601 is arranged on the positioning part 7, and an opening for the mop rod 1 to pass through is arranged on the positioning part 600; the positioning convex part 12 can be an elastic part, the positioning convex part 12 can be stretched by pressing, when the positioning convex part 12 is pressed until the positioning convex part 12 is consistent with the positioning opening 11 in position during installation, the positioning convex part 12 is loosened, and at the moment, the positioning convex part 12 is elastically reset and automatically buckled in the positioning opening 11 to realize the fixed connection between the mop head 3 and the mop rod 1; the limiting convex part 601 is buckled and connected with the positioning groove 700 to fixedly connect the positioning part 7 on the cleaning seat 6, so that the positioning part 7 is positioned, and the positioning part 7 is prevented from being driven to move or displace when the mop rod 1 rotates.
Furthermore, the positioning piece 7 is rotatably arranged on the mop rod 1, and the mop also comprises an anti-friction device for reducing the friction force between the positioning piece 7 and the mop rod 1; in this embodiment, the friction reducing means is a flat bearing 8 or a ball; specifically, the connecting piece is provided with a blocking part 17 which can be an annular convex part directly extending outwards from the connecting piece, an annular groove arranged on the connecting piece or a step formed on the connecting piece; be equipped with the recess that supplies plane bearing to place on the setting element, fender portion 17 contradicts on plane bearing 8's terminal surface, and the ball contact in fender portion 17's surface and plane bearing 8, reduce the frictional connection between mop pole 1 and the setting element 7, mop pole 1 receives the ball influence when rotatory, the coefficient of friction is little, the resistance of mop pole 1 when rotatory is just little, can reduce the water resistance of wiper 2 when wasing in mop bucket 4, and can reduce face and face direct contact, noise and wearing and tearing that the friction brought, increase mop bucket 4's life.
In this embodiment, the friction reducing means is a vertical bearing 9; the vertical bearing 9 is sleeved outside the mop rod and positioned between the positioning piece 7 and the mop rod; this vertical bearing 9 is the antifriction bearing that directly purchases on the market and obtain, the ball of bearing and 1 body of rod surface contact of mop pole, and the resistance of mop pole 1 when rotatory is just little, can reduce the water resistance of wiper 2 when wasing in mop bucket 4 to can reduce face and face direct contact, noise and wearing and tearing that the friction brought increase mop bucket 4's life
When the friction reducing device is a ball, the ball which can roll can be directly embedded on the positioning piece 7 or the blocking part 17, and when the positioning piece 7 and the mop rod rotate relatively, the ball reduces the friction force of the two pieces; or, in other embodiments, a ball may be embedded in the inner wall of the through hole of the positioning member 7 through which the mop rod passes, and the friction force between the two members is reduced by the ball; as is known, the more the components are, the lower the relative connection precision and strength are, so that the balls replace the bearings arranged between the positioning piece 7 and the rod body of the mop rod 1, and the failure rate is reduced; and here can be with the direct and setting as an organic whole of setting of the inner and outer lane of bearing and setting element 7, can strengthen joint strength, so the water resistance when equally can reduce wiper 2 washs in mop bucket 4 to can reduce face and face direct contact, noise and wearing and tearing that the friction brought, increase mop bucket 4's life.
In order to prevent water from splashing out of the mop bucket during cleaning or dewatering, a water baffle is arranged on the mop bucket 4 and can be made of plastics.
As shown in fig. 1 and 13, the bottom of the mop bucket 4 is provided with the anti-slip base, the anti-slip base comprises a metal fixing part fixedly connected with the bottom of the mop bucket 4 and an anti-slip damping layer contacted with the ground, and the anti-slip damping layer can be made of rubber, so that the mop bucket 4 is not driven to move under the action of force when a mop head in the mop bucket 4 is cleaned, and the mop bucket 4 is prevented from overturning.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the mop rod 1 is connected with the mop head 3 by the connecting member 10, and a rotation stopping structure is arranged between the connecting member 10 and the mop head 3, and includes a rotation stopping protrusion 26 or a rotation stopping recess arranged on the connecting member 10, and a matching portion 27 arranged on the mop head 3 and matching with the rotation stopping protrusion 26 or the rotation stopping recess; the condition that can not appear skidding between assurance mop pole 1 and the mop head 3, during the washing, mop pole 1 rotates and can enough drive mop head 3 and rotate.
As shown in fig. 14-19, in the embodiment, the connecting member 10 may further include an anti-pulling-off mechanism cooperating with the positioning member 7, the anti-pulling-off mechanism is an anti-pulling-off protrusion formed on the connecting member 10, or a threaded sleeve screwed on the connecting member 10, or an anti-pulling-off gasket sleeved on the connecting member 10, and the anti-pulling-off gasket has an outward protruding retaining edge; the anticreep piece is when taking shape the anticreep convex part on connecting piece 10, so, anticreep convex part and connecting piece 10 structure as an organic whole, and the anticreep convex part is contradicted on the terminal surface of setting element 7, when mop pole 1 gyration is risen, can prevent through the anticreep convex part of contradicting on the terminal surface of setting element 7 that mop pole 1 and mop head 3 break away from the washing seat to and prevent that inside bearing from droing, make mop head 3 can be steady settle wash wiper 2 on the washing seat.
As shown in fig. 18, when the anti-releasing member is the swivel nut screwed on the connecting member 10, and be equipped with the gasket between swivel nut and the setting element 7, the swivel nut is indirectly contradicted on the terminal surface of setting element 7, prevent that mop pole 1 and mop head 3 from breaking away from setting element 7, and prevent that the inside bearing of setting element 7 from droing, in addition, avoid setting element 7 bottom terminal surface and the last connection structure direct contact of mop head 3 to take place the puckery, make setting element 7 keep apart from mop head 3, when mop head 3 spin cleaning wiping article 2, the gasket separates the swivel nut and setting element 7 by certain distance, avoid both direct contacts to take place the puckery.
As shown in fig. 19, when the anticreep gasket on connecting piece 10 is located for the cover to the anticreep piece, this anticreep gasket has outside outstanding fender edge, in-service use, keep off along being used for contradicting on the terminal surface of setting element 7, break away from out from setting element 7 when preventing mop head 3 spin cleaning wiper 2, and prevent that the inside bearing of setting element 7 from droing, and anticreep gasket and connecting piece 10 directly can adopt the bolt, the connected mode of screw realizes linking firmly, connecting piece 10 and anticreep gasket are directly worn to locate by bolt or screw, it is convenient to maintain the replacement.
As shown in fig. 22, when in use, the roller 23 in the storage cavity 20 is taken out, the mop bucket is moved with less effort, when in storage, the support rod 24 is pushed, the support rod 24 moves away along the sliding groove, the support rod 24 drives the roller 23 to gradually enter the storage cavity 20, when the roller 23 is completely arranged in the storage cavity 20, the supporting rod 24 is clamped and connected with the hinge 22 to firmly fix the roller 23 in the accommodating cavity 20, so that the roller 23 is prevented from being dry and astringent with the ground, wherein, the fastening connection part of the support rod 24 is a limiting block, the fastening connection part of the hinge 22 is a limiting groove, the limiting block is fastened in the limiting groove to realize the fixed connection of the two, the surfaces of the limiting block and the limiting groove can be provided with rubber for increasing friction connection, so that the clamping connection and the looseness prevention of the limiting block and the limiting groove are further increased, the roller 23 is received to prevent the mop bucket 4 from moving when the mop head 3 is washed or dewatered.
