Description

Bamboo-inserted collar, manufacturing method and shirt
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of shirt manufacturing, in particular to a bamboo-inserted collar, a manufacturing method and a shirt.
Background
The collar stay is the trade term of textile industry, namely, a sheet with a slightly hard texture is inserted into the collar of a shirt. Common collar stays have the styles of movable and fixed collar stays, so-called movable collar stays and fixed collar stays. The used collar stays are hard thin sheets, and the collar stays are positioned near collar corners to play a role in reinforcing the collar and keeping the collar tip stiff and smooth. The existing method for manufacturing the collar with bamboo inserts comprises the following steps:
(1) inserting the collar in the sewing forming process on the appearance surface of the collar, and fixing the sharp corner of the collar in the collar corner through the line between the collar surfaces. However, the method only fixes the head tip of the pinny, but does not fix the tail of the pinny, so that the tail of the pinny is easy to bend or even break when the pinny is worn and washed, thereby bringing negative effects.
(2) Firstly, the collar is fixed on the accessory by a suture line along the approximate axis line of the bamboo inserting stick, and the accessory is fixed and hidden in the finished collar when the collar is made. The method fixes the bamboos, but stitches along the central axes of the bamboos, and the sewing needles penetrate the bamboos repeatedly, so that the bamboos are easy to break along the central axes in the wearing and washing process, and negative effects are brought.
(3) A narrow and long bamboo inserting bag is obliquely arranged on the back of the collar corner of the shirt, and the inserting bamboo is inserted into the bamboo inserting bag. The collar is easy to move out of the collar pocket and lose the supporting function of the collar.

Specifically, the bamboo collar may include: a neck collar top layer 10, and a neck collar bottom layer 20. Wherein the accessory 1 is sewed between the collar top layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20. A collar 2 which is fixed on the accessory 1 in an adhesive way is arranged between the collar surface layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20.
As shown in fig. 6. In an embodiment of the present application, there is also provided a method of manufacturing a bamboo collar, including: s100, adhering and fixing the bamboos 2 on the accessories 1; s200, sewing the accessory 1 between the collar top layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20.
The sequence of the step S100 and the step S200 is not limited in this application, for example, the step S200 may be executed first and then the step S100 may be executed, the attachment 1 is sewn between the collar top layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20, then the collar 2 is adhered to the attachment 1, and finally other sewing or collar making procedures are performed to form a finished collar product.
Of course, the steps S100 and S200 can also be performed sequentially, the collar 2 is firstly fixed on the accessory 1 by adhesion, and then the accessory 1 is sewn between the collar top layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20; finally, other sewing or collar making procedures are carried out to form the finished product of the bamboo collar. In consideration of the simplicity of the manufacturing process of sequentially executing steps S100 and S200, and the convenience of positioning production, it is a preferred embodiment to sequentially execute steps S100 and S200.
According to the collar with the bamboo inserts provided by the embodiment, the bamboo inserts 2 are fixed on the accessories 1 in an adhering mode and sewn between the collar surface layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20 through the accessories 1, so that the structure of the bamboo inserts 2 is not damaged, and the structural strength of the bamboo inserts 2 is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the accessory 1 is sewn between the collar surface layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20, so that the collar insert 2 is not easy to lose, the position of the collar insert 2 can be fixed by sewing the accessory 1, a better supporting effect is realized on collar corners, and the collar is very convenient to manufacture.
In the present embodiment, the bamboo collar insert includes a collar base (also referred to as a collar base, a base collar in the present application) and a lapel (also referred to as a collar band in the present application). The collar seat vertically surrounds the neck part for a circle relatively, and the lapel is sewn on the collar seat (in some embodiments, the collar seat and the lapel can be of an integrated structure and are designed without seams).
Wherein, the collar surface layer 10 is one or more layers of cloth for displaying at the outside of the lapel, and the collar bottom layer 20 is one or more layers of cloth for covering the inside of the lapel by the collar surface layer 10. The neck collar top layer 10 and the neck collar bottom layer 20 are identically shaped to be coupled with each other to form a main body portion of the neck collar. The neck collar under-layer 20 is on the inside of the neck collar, closer to the neck collar base than the neck collar face layer 10.
In the present embodiment, the collar 2 may also be referred to as a collar insert. The bamboo 2 is a strip-shaped sheet structure, and one end of the bamboo is provided with a vertex angle structure matched with the collar angle. The material of the bamboo insert 2 is different from that of the accessory 1. Specifically, the insert bamboo 2 is made of plastic or metal. Therefore, deformation can be avoided during flushing, and a better shape fixing effect can be kept. The accessory 1 is cloth. The hardness of the collar stay 2 is greater than that of the cloth, so that the collar stay 2 can provide support for the collar neck corner.
In the present embodiment, the inside of the neck collar top sheet 10 (the side facing the neck collar bottom sheet 20) is provided with an interlining 30. The bamboo runner 2 is located between the lining cloth 30 and the accessory 1. The lining cloth 30 may be a hot-melt lining cloth (may also be referred to as a bonding lining cloth). In other embodiments, the backing 30 may also be a non-rubberized backing. The neck collar is shaped and conformed by the interlining 30 to form a desired neck collar style. The insert cloth 30 may be adhered to the inside of the collar top 10 prior to sewing the attachment 1 with the insert bamboo 2 such that the insert bamboo 2 is located between the insert cloth 30 and the attachment 1.
The inner side of the collar top layer 10 is provided with a lining cloth 30. Correspondingly, the position of the bamboo inserting plate 2 is fixed. As shown in fig. 1, the manufacturing method may further include: the neck collar top 10, the interlining 30, the attachment 1, and the neck collar bottom 20 are sewn together by a top sewing line 50. Wherein, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 5, the bamboo shoot 2 is positioned between the accessory 1 and the collar surface layer 10. In still other embodiments, the bamboo runner 2 may be located between the attachment 1 and the collar sub-layer 20. At this time, the insert bamboo 1 can provide a better shape-fixing supporting effect.
In the present embodiment, the attachment 1 is a cloth for facilitating sewing. Specifically, the gram weight of the fabric is 50-250 g/square meter. The width of the accessory 1 can be similar to the width of the lapel or slightly smaller than the width of the lapel. The length of the accessory 1 is less than the length of the lapel (along the circumference of the neck).
Wherein, the lapel is provided with two collar corners, and an accessory 1 can be arranged at the position close to each collar corner. The material of the accessory 1 can be the same as or different from the material of the collar top layer 10 and the collar bottom layer 20, and the application is not limited. The attachment 1 is disposed between the neck collar top layer 10 and the neck collar bottom layer 20 in a manner parallel to the neck collar top layer 10 and the neck collar bottom layer 20. Accordingly, the bamboo runner 2 is also adhesively fixed to the surface of the attachment 1 parallel to the attachment 1.
In one embodiment, the bamboo slips 2 are preferably glued and bonded together. The accessory 1 covers the entire area of the bamboo runner 2. Wherein, the width of annex 1 is greater than the width of picture peg 2, and annex 1 circumference length is greater than the length of picture peg 2.
In the embodiment of the application, the insert bamboo 2 is fixed on the accessory 1 through adhesion, and even if the insert bamboo 2 cracks or is damaged, the insert bamboo 2 can still keep a complete shape due to the action of the accessory 1 and adhesion, and a better supporting and fixing action is kept.
In the present embodiment, the bamboo runner 2 may be bonded to the attachment 1 by an adhesive. In manufacture, the attachment 1 may be laid flat and the bamboo runner 2 may then be bonded to the attachment 1 parallel to the attachment 1 so that there is a sufficient bonding area between the two. Preferably, the bamboo strip 2 is fixed on the accessory 1 by hot melt double faced adhesive tape 3.
Wherein, for better bonding effect, the thickness of the hot melt double-sided adhesive 3 is 0.001-0.5 mm. The hot melting point of the hot-melting double-sided adhesive tape 3 is 40-150 ℃. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the accessory 1 and the bamboo stick 2 form a sandwich structure, i.e., a "sandwich structure", with the hot melt double sided adhesive tape 3. The bamboo insert 2 is fixed on the accessory 1 by hot melting double-sided adhesive tape 3.
In the present embodiment, the hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3 can bond most of the area of (one side of) the bamboos 2 to the accessories 1. The area of the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape 3 is not larger than the surface area of one side of the bamboo slip 2 (also referred to as the projection area of the bamboo slip 2). In a preferred embodiment, the area of the hot melt double-sided adhesive 3 is greater than 0.5 times the surface area of one side of the collar 2, so as to provide a greater adhesive force for the collar 2 and ensure that the collar 2 is tightly adhered to the accessory 1.
Accordingly, in manufacturing the collar of the bamboo slip, the bamboo slip 2 may be adhesively fixed to the attachment 1 by the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape 3. Specifically, first, the hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3 is disposed between the bamboo runner 2 and the accessory 1. Then, energy is supplied to make the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape 3 tightly bond the bamboo runner 2 and the accessory 1. The hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3, the bamboo strip 2 and the accessory 1 can be subjected to energy treatment simultaneously, so that two bonding surfaces of the hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3 are bonded with the bamboo strip 2 and the accessory 1 more tightly.
In the embodiments of the present application, the energy processing means may be various. In a specific embodiment, the energy treatment is an ultrasonic treatment of the bamboo runner 2, the hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3, and the accessory 1. Wherein the ultrasonic treatment is carried out under the conditions of frequency of 20-120KHz and time of 0.01-10S.
In another specific embodiment, the energy treatment is a hot air treatment of the bamboo runner 2, the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape 3, and the accessory 1. The hot air treatment is carried out at 40-300 deg.C for 0.01-120S and under 0.01-10kgf/cm2
In another specific embodiment, the energy treatment is a pressing treatment of the collar 2, the hot-melt double-sided adhesive tape 3, and the accessory 1. The pressing treatment is carried out at 40-200 deg.C under 0.01-10kgf/cm2 for 1-50S.
In the present embodiment, the processing method of ultrasonic treatment, hot air treatment, or pressing treatment is not limited to one of the processing methods of ultrasonic treatment, hot air treatment, and pressing treatment when bonding the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape 3, and the present invention does not exclude any two or more of the processing methods in combination.
