Along with the continuous increase of people to the dairy products demand, the quantity of raising of milk cow also is increasing gradually, consequently traditional artifical mode of feeding can't satisfy the demand of in time supplying water to the milk cow, and most pastures all use the trough to provide drinking water to the milk cow, and current animal husbandry aquaculture trough only adds water regularly and does not change water and clear up, leads to the water in the trough to dirty more and more influence the health of livestock.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a circulating cleaning type cow drinking trough device comprises an enclosure, wherein a double-layer hollow baffle is fixed at the upper end of the enclosure; a row of drinking water through holes which are arranged at intervals are formed in the double-layer hollow baffle; a sealing plate is arranged in the middle of the double-layer hollow baffle plate, a through hole opposite to the drinking through groove is formed in the sealing plate, and the lower side of the sealing plate is in rolling contact with the upper end of the enclosing wall; one end of the sealing plate is connected with a control oil cylinder, and the other end of the control oil cylinder is fixedly connected with a base frame; a row of carrier rollers are arranged on the back side of the enclosing wall, and a driving belt wheel and a driven belt wheel are arranged at two ends of the row of carrier rollers; a driving belt is arranged on the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel; the upper layer of the transmission belt is positioned on the carrier roller, and drinking troughs which are arranged at intervals are fixed on the transmission belt and are opposite to the drinking through grooves one by one; the back side of the enclosing wall is also provided with a water injection pipe, and water injection taps which are one-to-one opposite to the drinking troughs are arranged on the water injection pipe; a horizontal cleaning water faucet which is horizontally arranged is arranged on one side of the driven belt wheel, and an inclined cleaning water faucet which is obliquely arranged is arranged below the horizontal cleaning water faucet; when the water trough moves to the position of the driven belt wheel and is in a vertical state, the horizontal cleaning water tap and the inclined cleaning water tap are opposite to the bottom of the water trough in the vertical state.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the circulating cleaning type cow drinking trough device comprises an enclosing wall 1, wherein a double-layer hollow baffle 2 is fixed at the upper end of the enclosing wall 1, and a row of drinking water through holes 2-1 arranged at intervals are formed in the double-layer hollow baffle 2. The upper end of the enclosing wall 1 is provided with two parallel grooves, and the lower edge of the double-layer hollow baffle 2 is inserted into the groove at the upper end of the enclosing wall 1 in a matching way; a plurality of reinforcing plates 16 which are opposite to each other in the front and back are fixed on two sides of the double-layer hollow baffle 2; the lower end of the reinforcing plate 16 is provided with a connecting bolt 17, and the connecting bolt 17 penetrates through the fence 1 to connect the reinforcing plates 16 opposite to each other on two sides. The reinforcing plate 16 is arranged vertically, or obliquely; when the reinforcing plates 16 are obliquely arranged, the reinforcing plates 16 on the same side are grouped in pairs, and the upper ends of each group of reinforcing plates 16 are abutted. In addition, in order to protect the drinking trough 8, a livestock destruction drinking trough 8 is placed, and a protection plate 2-2 is arranged on the back side of the bottom of the drinking through hole 2-1 in the double-layer hollow baffle 2; the protective plates 2-2 are higher than the edges of the drinking troughs 8, and the protective plates 2-2 are staggered on the side edges, close to the double-layer hollow baffle plates 2, of the drinking troughs 8. The guard plate design has prevented that herd from colliding the trough when drinking water, and then destroying conveyer under trough or the trough.
A horizontal washing tap 11 is horizontally disposed at one side of the driven pulley 4, and an inclined washing tap 12 is obliquely disposed below the horizontal washing tap 11. The horizontal washing faucet 11 and the inclined washing faucet 12 are connected to the water supply pipe 10 through hoses, and a pressure water pump 13 is additionally provided in the hoses. then controlling a water injection faucet to inject a preset water quantity into the water trough;
then the closing plates are pulled open through the control oil cylinder, so that the through holes on the closing plates are opposite to the drinking water through holes one by one, and the livestock can drink water in the drinking water trough through the drinking water through holes;
when the drinking trough needs to be cleaned, the closing plate is pushed by the control oil cylinder, so that the through holes in the closing plate are staggered with the drinking through holes, namely the drinking through holes are closed by the closing plate;
then the speed reducing motor operates to finally drive the transmission belt, so that the drinking trough at the left end moves to a vertical state and is opposite to the horizontal cleaning water faucet and the inclined cleaning water faucet;
at the moment, a horizontal cleaning faucet, an inclined cleaning faucet and a pressure water pump are opened, and dirt adhered to the bottom of the drinking trough is washed away under the action of water flow pressurized by the pressure water pump;
the washing to all the trough is accomplished to the operation one by one, and at this moment, all troughs all arrange down, wait until the trough dries the back, gear motor operation finally drives the drive belt for trough and drinking water through-hole on the drive belt are relative one by one.
