本发明涉及一种翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用,所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂包括以下重量份数的组分:6‑苄氨基嘌呤0.5~2份、硼酸0.5~1份、硼酸三戊酯1~3份、羊毛硫氨酸0.01~0.05份和钼酸铵0.5~1份,它包括以下步骤:(a)选择翠冠梨树无露水、含苞待放的花蕾或刚开的花朵,取其花粉摊于光洁纸上;(b)在20~28℃,对所述花蕾或花朵喷洒所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂以撒出花粉即可。通过将6‑苄氨基嘌呤、硼酸和硼酸三戊酯等进行复配以形成均一的混合溶液,这样能促进花药爆开以撒出花粉,提高花粉的收集率和利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于种植用化学制剂领域,具体涉及一种翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用。
背景技术
苗木是具有根系和苗干的树苗,凡在苗圃中培育的树苗不论年龄大小,在未出圃之前,都称为苗木。梨树苗木是果树苗木的一种。翠冠梨是国内最早成熟的蜜梨新品种,比北方的鸭梨及砀山酥梨早2至3个月上市。翠冠梨的平均单果重250克左右,在精细栽培的情况下平均单果重可达325克,果肉细嫩而松脆,耐贮运,是符合出口标准的早熟梨出口品种。现有的翠冠梨在育种过程中通常需要人工去雄、授粉、栽培修剪、性状鉴定筛选等工作,而授粉时通常需要使用暴粉促进剂以提高授粉成功的概率。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用,所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂包括以下重量份数的组分:6-苄氨基嘌呤0.5~2份、硼酸0.5~1份、硼酸三戊酯1~3份、羊毛硫氨酸0.01~0.05份和钼酸铵0.5~1份,它包括以下步骤:
(a)选择翠冠梨树无露水、含苞待放的花蕾或刚开的花朵,取其花粉摊于光洁纸上;
(b)在20~28℃,对所述花蕾或花朵喷洒所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂以撒出花粉即可。
优化地,所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂包括以下重量份数的组分:6-苄氨基嘌呤5~1份、硼酸0.8~1份;硼酸三戊酯1~1.5份、羊毛硫氨酸0.01~0.03份和钼酸铵0.5~0.8份。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用,通过将6-苄氨基嘌呤、硼酸和硼酸三戊酯等进行复配以形成均一的混合溶液,这样能促进花药爆开以撒出花粉,提高花粉的收集率和利用率。

采集翠冠梨树的上午10时以后无露水的含苞待放的花蕾或刚开的花朵,取其花粉摊于光洁纸上,将花粉均匀分成7份;分别喷洒实施例1-5、对比例1-2中的翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂,置于20~28℃室温下,观察其花药爆开时间(分别为7.0h、6.8h、6.5h、6.1h、5.9h、7.5h和8h)以撒出花粉即可。

1.一种翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用,所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂包括以下重量份数的组分:6-苄氨基嘌呤0.5~2份、硼酸0.5~1份、硼酸三戊酯1~3份、羊毛硫氨酸0.01~0.05份和钼酸铵0.5~1份,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(a)选择翠冠梨树无露水、含苞待放的花蕾或刚开的花朵,取其花粉摊于光洁纸上;
(b)在20~28℃,对所述花蕾或花朵喷洒所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂以撒出花粉即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂的应用,其特征在于,所述翠冠梨用暴粉促进剂包括以下重量份数的组分:6-苄氨基嘌呤5~1份、硼酸0.8~1份;硼酸三戊酯1~1.5份、羊毛硫氨酸0.01~0.03份和钼酸铵0.5~0.8份。
