Claims (10)
1. A remote control device, comprising: a portable master device and a slave device; the portable main device comprises a main control module; the slave device has an accommodating portion accommodating the portable master device; the main control module is used for controlling the portable main equipment or the slave equipment to acquire control information according to the matching state of the portable main equipment and the accommodating part.
2. The remote control apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control information comprises: voice control information and input control information;
the controlling the portable main device or the slave device to acquire control information according to the fitting state of the portable main device with the accommodating part includes:
when the portable main equipment is separated from the accommodating part, the portable main equipment is controlled to acquire control information;
when the portable main device is arranged in the accommodating part, the auxiliary device is controlled to acquire the voice control information, and the portable main device is controlled to acquire the input control information and/or the auxiliary device is controlled to acquire the input control information.
3. The remote control apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the master control module is further configured to generate a control command according to the control information, and control the portable master device or the slave device to send the control command.
4. The remote control apparatus of claim 3, wherein said controlling said portable master device or said slave device to send control instructions comprises:
generating a control instruction according to the control information;
controlling the portable main equipment to send the control instruction;
or,
generating a control instruction according to the control information;
and when the portable main device is separated from the accommodating part, the portable main device is controlled to send the control instruction, and the slave device is controlled and controlled to send the control instruction when the portable main device is arranged in the accommodating part.
5. A remote control apparatus as recited in claim 3, wherein said portable master device further comprises: and the first communication module is used for connecting with the controlled equipment before the portable main equipment or the slave equipment sends a control instruction.
6. A remote control apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein said portable master device comprises: and the first control information acquisition module is used for acquiring the control information.
7. The remote control apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first control information acquisition module comprises a voice acquisition module, further comprising: a key module and/or a touch screen module.
8. The remote control apparatus of claim 2, wherein the slave device comprises: and the second control information acquisition module is used for acquiring the control information.
9. The remote control apparatus according to claim 8, wherein said second control information acquisition module includes a voice acquisition module.
10. The remote control apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the second control information acquisition module further comprises a key module and/or a touch screen module.
