Abstract
The invention discloses a data carding system and a data carding method, which are used for carding data of application scenes such as government affairs from top to bottom, and comprise the steps of carding the relation of information resources according to preset rules on the collected information data, determining and generating business layer relations of all levels after the information resource relation is carded, and carding technical layer relations of all levels on the other hand, wherein the information resource relation is associated with the business layer relation and the technical layer relation. The method and the device can effectively solve a series of problems of unclear data quantity, lack of planning and standards and the like in scene data in the prior art.
