Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The manifest format switching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. When receiving a list format switching instruction triggered by the operation of a user, the terminal 102 determines a list currently performing format switching, acquires a target header identifier selected by the user, determines a corresponding format switching rule according to the selected target header identifier when receiving the determination instruction, and further switches the format of the target list according to the obtained format switching rule to obtain a new list after switching. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for switching a manifest format is provided, which is described by taking the example that the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, when receiving a list format switching instruction, acquiring a target list item identifier selected in a target list.
The list is a project amount list, is a list table for counting project information contained in the building project, at least comprises a header and a tab, and the header is the head part of the list and is used for classifying the properties of some problems. As shown in table 1 below, in table 1, the head of the table is the item number, labor cost, main material cost, auxiliary material cost and total price, and the tab is the standard fee, tax fund, tentatively listed fund, tentatively estimated material, tentatively estimated professional, and daily work. The list format switching instruction is an instruction for switching the format of a header and a tab of a list table. The identification may be words, numbers, etc.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001784821900000051
Specifically, when a list format switching instruction is received, a target list item identifier selected by a user is acquired. Actually, when receiving a list format switching instruction triggered by a user based on a corresponding operation of the user, the control target list is put into an editable state, that is, the user can edit and switch the format of the list, and at this time, the user selects a corresponding list identifier according to the requirement of the user, that is, the target list identifier described in this embodiment, and then performs corresponding list format switching.
In practical application, when the list format is switched, the method mainly comprises adding and deleting the column item in the list, adding the column item identifier existing in the tab to the list table, or deleting the column identifier already existing in the list table. Specifically, the operation is performed according to the requirement of the user, when the user needs to switch the list format, the target list enters a format editable state at this time, then the user selects the list identifier which the user wants to switch, and at this time, the switching at least comprises deleting the selected list identifier from the target list and adding the selected list identifier to the target list from the list tab.
It should be noted that, when the target list enters the editable format state, the user may add the required column identifier to the target list in a customized manner, in addition to directly selecting the column identifier that the user wants to add or delete.
And step 204, determining a corresponding format switching rule according to the target column item identifier.
The format switching rule is a switching manner of the list format, and includes, but is not limited to, addition and deletion of column identifiers.
Specifically, when a target column item identifier selected by a user is obtained, a format switching rule corresponding to the current format switching rule is determined according to the target column item identifier selected by the user, wherein the format switching rule at least comprises addition and deletion of column items. In practical application, a list format switching instruction is triggered according to corresponding operation of a user, so that a target list is controlled to enter an editable state, and then whether list addition or list deletion is performed on the target list is determined according to a target list identifier selected by the user, namely, a current format switching rule is determined.
And step 206, when the determining instruction is received, switching the format of the target list based on the format switching rule to obtain a new list after switching.
Specifically, when a determination instruction is received, and a format switching rule for switching the format of the list is obtained based on the target list item identifier, the format of the target list is directly switched according to the obtained format switching rule, and a new list after switching is obtained. After determining the format switching rule and the target column identifier for switching the list format, directly switching the list format to obtain the list format desired by the user. When the obtained format switching rule is to add the list item in the target list, adding the target list item identification to the corresponding position in the target list, and deleting the target list item identification existing in the tab; and when the obtained format switching instruction is to delete the target list, deleting the target list item identifier from the list items of the target list, and displaying the target list item identifier in the tab.
In the above list format switching method, when a list format switching instruction is received, a target list item identifier selected by a user is received, and a currently corresponding format switching rule is determined according to the received target list item identifier, and further, when the determination instruction is received, the format of the target list is switched according to the obtained format switching rule, so that a new list after switching is obtained. The partial switching of the list format is realized, the format of the whole list does not need to be replaced, and the list format is quickly switched according to the requirements of a user when the list format is switched so as to check the list.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step 202, when receiving a manifest format switching instruction, acquiring the selected target list item identifier includes:
step 302, when a list format switching instruction is received, acquiring candidate list item identifiers and displaying the candidate list item identifiers in an edit box of a display interface, wherein the candidate list item identifiers comprise a first list item identifier contained in a target list tab and a second list item identifier contained in a target list header.
Step 304, based on the received selection instruction, determining the selected target column item identifier in the candidate column item identifiers.
The selectable column identifier is a column identifier which can be added or deleted when the list format is switched.
Specifically, when a list format switching instruction is received, a list item identifier which is currently available for a user to select is acquired and displayed in an edit box of a display interface, and then the user performs corresponding operation to select a target list item identifier, wherein the selectable list item identifier at least comprises a first list item identifier contained in a target list tab and a second list item identifier contained in a target list header.
In practical application, when a user switches the list format, the user needs to select how to switch, and when determining how to switch the list, the user needs to determine the list identifier selected by the user, so when the user switches the list format, that is, when receiving a list format switching instruction, the user displays the list identifier selectable by the user on a display interface, and then the user selects the corresponding list identifier according to the self requirement on the list format. Generally, for a certain project, a user needs a plurality of different project amount lists to describe the project, but for the plurality of different project amount lists, the difference between the plurality of different project amount lists is usually only a few places, and most of data information is the same, so when the user switches the list format, corresponding list identifiers are added or deleted according to different requirements, the list format is switched, and different project amount lists are obtained.
It should be noted that, when the user switches the format of the target list, the custom list addition may be performed in addition to directly selecting the list identifier that is to be added or deleted, taking table 1 as an example, if the list information corresponding to the list identifier that the user wants to add is the total contract and other expenses, but there are no two items of list information in the tab, so the user may perform the custom addition, that is, there is a custom edit option in the edit box, and when the user needs to perform the custom addition, the user performs the custom setting of the list identifier by selecting the custom edit option.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, step 204, determining the corresponding format switching rule according to the target column entry identifier includes:
step 402, determining the category of the target list item identifier, wherein the category comprises a first list item identifier and a second list item identifier.
Step 404, obtaining a corresponding format switching rule according to the category to which the target column item identifier belongs; wherein,
when the category to which the target list belongs is the first list item identifier, the format switching rule is a first rule for adding the target list item identifier to the target list;
and when the category to which the target list item belongs is the second list item identifier, the format switching rule is a second rule for deleting the target list item identifier from the target list.
The position information refers to whether the target list item identification exists in a header or a tab of the list.
Specifically, when a target list identifier selected by a user is obtained, firstly, the position information to which the target list identifier belongs is determined, and then, a corresponding format switching rule is obtained according to the position information to which the target list identifier belongs, wherein when the target list identifier exists in the first list identifier, the format switching rule is a first rule for adding the target list identifier to a target list; when the target column item identification exists in the second column item identification, the format switching rule is a second rule for deleting the target column item identification from the target list.
In practical application, when a user switches the format of the list, the target list item identifier is selected based on requirements, and the format switching rule for switching the format of the list is determined according to the target list item identifier selected by the user. Specifically, the position information to which the target list item identifier belongs is determined first, because when the list format is switched, the list item in the list is usually added or deleted, and the position to which the target list item identifier selected by the user belongs determines the format switching rule for currently switching the list format, when the list item identifier selected by the user is determined to be in the tab of the target list, it indicates that the target list item identifier needs to be added to the header of the target list currently, that is, the current format switching rule is to add the target list item identifier to the target list; similarly, when the target list identifier selected by the user is present in the header of the target list, the current format switching rule is to delete the target list identifier from the header of the target list.
In one embodiment, the step of switching the format of the target list based on the format switching rule to obtain a new list after switching includes:
step a, when the format switching rule is a first rule, determining a corresponding generating position of the target list item identification in the target list, and displaying the target list item identification at the generating position to obtain a new list after switching.
And step b, when the format switching rule is a second rule, deleting the target header identifier from the target list to obtain a new list after switching.
The first rule is that the target list item identifier is added into the target list, and the second rule is that the target list item identifier is deleted from the target list. It should be noted that the actual format switching rule includes, but is not limited to, the first rule and the second rule.
Specifically, when the format switching rule is determined to be a first rule, a corresponding generation position of the target list item identifier in the target list is determined, and then the target list item identifier is displayed at the determined generation position, so that a new target list after switching is obtained; when the format switching rule is determined to be the second rule, the selected column identifier is directly deleted from the target list, that is, the target column identifier is deleted in the header of the target list. It should be noted that, step a and step b are not in sequence, and in practical application, step a and step b are parallel schemes, and are two independent schemes, and step b is not performed when step a is performed, and step a is not performed when step b is performed.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, step a, when the format switching rule is the first rule, determining a corresponding generation position of the target list item identifier in the target list, and displaying the target list item identifier at the generation position to obtain a new target list after switching, includes:
step 502, when the format switching rule is the first rule, obtaining a reference list corresponding to the target list, and obtaining a reference list item identifier corresponding to the reference list.
Step 504, querying from the reference column item identifier, determining the position information of the target column item identifier in the reference column item identifier, marking the position corresponding to the position information in the reference list, and determining the position information of the target column item identifier in the target list.
Step 506, displaying the target list item identifier at the generating position corresponding to the position information to obtain a new target list after switching.
The reference list is a list containing all selectable column item identifiers. The reference column identifier is a column identifier corresponding to the reference list, that is, all column identifiers included in the reference list.
Specifically, when the format switching rule is the first rule, a reference list corresponding to the target list is obtained, a reference column identifier corresponding to the reference list is further obtained, then query is performed on the reference column identifier, the position information of the target column identifier in the reference column identifier is determined, the position information is marked in the reference column list, finally the position information of the target column identifier in the target list is determined according to the obtained mark, and the target column identifier is displayed at the generating position corresponding to the position information, so that a new list subjected to format switching is obtained.
In this embodiment, when determining a target list identifier selected by a user and determining that a format switching rule corresponding to the target list identifier is a first rule, how to display the selected target list identifier needs to be determined, so that when determining that the target list identifier needs to be added to a target list, a specific generation display position of the target list identifier in the target list needs to be determined. Specifically, a corresponding reference list is determined according to identification information of a target list to obtain a reference column identifier, then query is performed on the reference column identifier to determine position information of the target column identifier in the reference column identifier, corresponding marking is performed, finally the position information of the target column identifier in the target list is determined according to the obtained marking, and then the target column identifier is displayed at a generating position corresponding to the position information to obtain a new target list after format switching is performed. And comparing the target list item identification with the reference list item identification for inquiry, determining a corresponding generation position of the target list item identification in the target list, and further completing the switching of the list format.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step 502, determining, according to the mark, location information of the target list identifier in the target list, and displaying the target list identifier at a generation location corresponding to the location information, to obtain a new list after switching, includes:
step 602, obtaining a first list item identifier included in the target list, and numbering the first list item identifier according to a preset numbering rule to obtain a first sequence.
And step 604, numbering the reference column item identifications of the reference list according to a preset numbering rule to obtain a second sequence.
Step 606, compare the first sequence with the second sequence to determine the position information of the marker in the first sequence.
Step 608, displaying the target list item identifier at the generation position corresponding to the position information, and obtaining a new list after switching.
The preset numbering rule is used for numbering the included column items in sequence, and each column item corresponds to a unique number.
Specifically, when the generating position of the target column item identifier is determined, a first column item identifier included in the target list is obtained first, then the first column item identifier is numbered according to a preset numbering rule to obtain a first sequence, the reference column item identifier is numbered according to the preset numbering rule to obtain the first sequence, the first sequence is compared with a second sequence to determine position information marked in the first sequence, the target column item identifier is displayed at a generating position corresponding to the position information according to the determined position information, and a new list after format switching is obtained.
In practical application, the sequence of each column item is preset in the reference list, and when the corresponding list is generated, even if the adjacent relations between each column item are not necessarily the same, the sequence of each column item in the obtained list is the same as the sequence of each corresponding column item in the reference list. For example, the column identifier included in the reference list includes (1) labor cost, (2) principal material cost, (3) subsidiary material cost, (4) convention, (5) tax, (6) provisional listing, (7) provisional estimate of material, (8) provisional estimate of major and (9) daily labor, and the display sequence in the list is (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) from left to right, and if the list identifier included in the generated list is labor cost, convention, tax and daily labor, the sequence of the list identifier in the generated list is labor cost, convention, tax and daily labor, respectively, that is (1) (4) (5) (9), and the sequence relationships of the columns are the same.
Taking the above as an example, the sequence of each column item in the reference list is (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9), at this time, the column items included in the corresponding column item list in the target list are identified as (1) (4) (5) (9), and in the target list, the included column item identifications are actually that the first column item is (1), the second column item is (4), the third column item is (5), and the fourth column item is (9), if the user needs to add the temporary list to the target list, the generation position of the temporary list item in the target list needs to be determined, because the sequence of the temporary list item in the reference column item identification is (6), the position where the marked temporary list item is located is determined by marking the temporary list item, then comparing the column item identification of the target list with the reference column item identification, and the same column item corresponds to determine that the temporary list item is located, because the first column item corresponds to (1), the second column item corresponds to (4), the third column item corresponds to (5), and the fourth column item corresponds to the fourth column item (9), and the position where the temporary list is determined as the third column item (6), and the fourth column item is the new column item (6), and the information that the third column item is switched to the fourth column item (6), and the fourth column item is the fourth column item (6), and the new column item (6).
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-6 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
