Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. when the high-voltage wire clamping device is used, the barrel is sleeved on a high-voltage wire, the barrel is annularly clamped on the outer side of the high-voltage wire through the clamping device in the barrel and used for supporting the barrel to move on the high-voltage wire, the electromagnet plate is arranged in the clamping device, the magnetic force can be controlled by controlling the electrifying current of the electromagnet plate, and therefore the state of adjusting the first spring is achieved.
2. The snow eliminating devices arranged at the two ends of the cylinder body can eliminate the accumulated snow on the high-voltage line through the hot air drum between the outer cover and the inner cover in rainy and snowy weather, so that the accumulated snow cannot crush the line, and the outer cover and the inner cover are obliquely arranged, so that hot air can be gathered in the center, the snow is eliminated conveniently, the air resistance is reduced, and the inspection device can move conveniently.
3. The invention can drive the inspection device to move on the high-voltage line through the arranged driving device, periodically inspect, drive the first rotor wing to rotate through the first motor in the driving device to generate thrust, and the two driving devices at the two ends of the base are in different directions, when in use, only the driving device at the same side needs to be continuously started, and the driving device at the other side needs to be closed, so that the purpose of changing the direction of the inspection device on the high-voltage line can be achieved.
4. The ice slip removing device removes ice slips under a high-voltage wire in ice and snow weather, so that the ice slips cannot crush a circuit, and the ice slips cannot fall from the high altitude to cause potential safety hazards after the weather is heated. And starting the fourth motor according to the driving direction, and driving the deicing slide device to rotate by the rotating shaft so that the front side of the deicing slide device is consistent with the driving direction. The slide block is pushed by the pushing mechanism, and the pushing direction is consistent with the driving direction of the driving device. Through the deicing swift current device that sets up, there is the skating in the place ahead when the inductor senses, drive arrangement stop work, the shrink of drive regulating part draws the stay cord to the lifting, the stay cord drives the tail end of bearing sleeve and the swift current board upwards holds in the palm and rolls over the skating swift current, the swift current board upwards rolls over and the contained angle between the connecting plate becomes littleer and more from 180 degrees, when contained angle between swift current board and the connecting plate is 120 and adds 135 degrees, the bearing sleeve can roll over the skating, fall on the swift current board after the skating is rolled over, the bearing sleeve can prevent that the skating from landing from the swift current board. The adjusting piece is continuously contracted to lift the pull rope upwards, and when the included angle between the slide carriage and the connecting plate is 45-70 degrees, the ice skate can slide into the collecting box from the support sleeve and the slide carriage. The ice slips are collected in the collecting box, so that the phenomenon that the ice slips directly fall to accidentally injure pedestrians and damage vehicles is avoided, and potential safety hazards are caused. The driving device continues to work and drives forwards to detect the high-voltage wire. The function of the clapboard is to prevent ice scraps from entering the driving device and the weight reduction device when the ice is removed.
5. The cylindrical grinding block is arranged in the collecting box, the third motor is started, and the third motor drives the cylindrical grinding block to grind or convert ice slips in the collecting box into water to be discharged from a hole in the bottom of the collecting box. The design can accelerate the speed of ice slips in the collecting box to be discharged out of the box, reduce the weight of the collecting box and ensure that the equipment can be recycled.
6. The temporary storage bag can be used for temporarily storing the ice slips folded by the supporting plate, when the ice slips are removed, the included angle between the sliding plate and the connecting plate only needs to be adjusted to be 120-plus 135 degrees from 180 degrees, and the supporting plate can drop the ice slips downwards when the stay cord is put down downwards due to the extension of the adjusting piece because the included angle between the sliding plate and the connecting plate is smaller than a right angle. Therefore, the driving device does not need to stop working when the deicing slips are arranged, and the deicing slips can be driven at the same time, so that the working efficiency is improved. The driving adjusting piece shrinks and pulls the pull rope upwards, when the included angle between the slide carriage and the connecting plate is 120-degree, the supporting plate can support and fold the ice skate, some ice skate directly falls into the temporary storage bag after being folded, some ice skate falls onto the slide carriage, and when the driving adjusting piece extends and falls down the pull rope, the ice skate can slide into the temporary storage bag along the slide carriage. When the ice slips in the temporary storage bag need to be poured into the collection box, the adjusting piece is driven to contract to lift the pull rope upwards, when the included angle between the slip and the connecting plate is 45-70 degrees, the electric inflating pump starts to inflate the air bag, the air bag is inflated to slowly fill the temporary storage bag, so that the ice slips are extruded out of the temporary storage bag by the inflated air bag, and then the ice slips into the collection box along the slip. The included angle between the supporting plate and the extension rod is 30-45 degrees. After the supporting plate is arranged to support and fold the ice and slide, the supporting plate can prevent the folded ice and slide. The slide carriage is provided with a buffer layer. Thus, the skate falling on the skateboard is prevented from being popped up by the reaction force of the skateboard and falling. The sliding rack can be detached from the sliding rail through the sliding block. The design is that the carriage and the deicing swift current device of connecting under the carriage can be dismantled to the weather of ice and snow not like this, and ice and snow weather is loaded again.
7. The invention can detect the state of the high-voltage line and the voltage of the high-voltage line, due to the structure of the power transmission conductor and the skin effect of current, when the steel-cored aluminum strand is broken and the strand is broken, the temperature field of the aluminum strand at the broken strand can be suddenly changed, the magnetic field gradient change after the magnetization is very small, the magnetic field change of the steel strand at the strand breaking position after the magnetization is just opposite, the infrared sensor can effectively detect the change of the temperature field of the aluminum strand, the infrared sensor and the electromagnetic sensor are adopted to respectively detect the strand breaking conditions of the steel core and the aluminum strand, the voltage sensor is used to detect the voltage condition of the wire, therefore, the line fault position can be quickly inspected, the fault position is determined through the GPS module, the infrared sensor is PM622, the electromagnetic sensor is SW-1924H1, the temperature sensor is WZP-PT100, and the voltage sensor is TBV 025A.
