Abstract
The invention discloses a method for detecting the dynamic wind pressure waterproof performance of a combined external wall panel, which comprises the following steps: A. selecting a water spraying air supply pipe with a proper length according to the size of the corresponding wallboard; adjusting to the required wind speed and spraying speed according to the design requirement; B. the water spraying and air supplying pipe is vertically arranged, water spraying and air supplying are started at the edge position, and the water spraying and air supplying pipe is slowly moved along the horizontal direction until the whole test piece is covered; C. the water spraying and air supplying pipe is horizontally arranged, water spraying and air supplying are started at the edge position, and the water spraying and air supplying pipe is slowly moved along the vertical direction until the whole test piece is covered; D. carefully observing or adopting other detection modes in the process, and checking the indoor water seepage condition. The test device comprises an air supply system, a water supply system, a connecting hose, a water spraying air supply pipe and a traveling mechanism. The testing method and the testing device have the advantages of simple and quick testing, full coverage of area and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting the dynamic wind pressure waterproof performance of a combined external wall panel.
Background
At present, building industrialization is greatly promoted in China, and one important concept is that industrial production technology of modern bodies is used for prefabricating building components such as columns, beams, walls, plates, roofs, even whole toilets, whole kitchens and the like in factories to form building parts, so that the building parts can be transported to a building construction site to be assembled and installed simply in a building block building mode to complete construction.
The combined external wall panel is usually two or more combinations of common walls, doors and windows, heat-insulating layers, waterproof layers and the like, and has the functions of the components, such as structure, heat insulation, sound insulation, lighting, water resistance and the like.
At present, no detection method specially aiming at the waterproof performance of the combined external wall panel under the dynamic wind pressure exists. A static wind pressure waterproof detection method generally forms static pressure difference on the inner side and the outer side of a combined wallboard, and meanwhile, water spraying is greatly different from the actual working condition, especially the state that wind-wrapped rainwater impacts the wallboard under the condition that the storm can not be simulated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for detecting the waterproof performance of a combined external wall panel by adopting high-speed airflow to generate dynamic pressure difference to simulate wind pressure and outdoor spraying to simulate precipitation aiming at the current situation of a dynamic wind pressure waterproof detection method and testing equipment of the temporarily-free combined external wall panel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for detecting the dynamic wind pressure waterproof performance of a combined external wall panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. mounting the combined external wall panel on a test box body, and selecting a water spraying air supply pipe with the adaptive length according to the size of the corresponding external wall panel; adjusting to the required wind speed and spraying speed according to the design requirement;
B. firstly, a water spraying and air supplying pipe is vertically placed, the initial position of the water spraying and air supplying pipe is positioned at the edge position of the left vertical side and the right vertical side of the external wall panel, a water spraying and air supplying system of the water spraying and air supplying pipe is started, the water spraying and air supplying pipe slowly moves to the edge of the other side of the external wall panel along the horizontal direction of the external wall panel on a travelling mechanism, and therefore water sprayed by the water spraying and air supplying pipe covers the whole external wall panel test piece;
C. then horizontally placing the water-spraying air-supplying pipe on the travelling mechanism, wherein the initial position of the water-spraying air-supplying pipe is positioned at the lower side edge position of the external wall panel, starting a water-spraying and air-supplying system of the water-spraying air-supplying pipe, and slowly moving the water-spraying air-supplying pipe to the upper side edge of the external wall panel along the lower side edge of the external wall panel on the travelling mechanism so that water sprayed by the water-spraying air-supplying pipe covers the whole external wall panel test piece again;
D. carefully observing or adopting other detection modes in the process, checking the water seepage condition of the inner side of the external wall panel and determining whether the external wall panel seeps water or not.
The water spray air supply pipe comprises a square outer pipe, wherein a long-strip-shaped air outlet which is arranged along the length direction of the outer pipe is arranged on one side of the outer pipe, which is just opposite to the external wall panel test piece, the inner part of the outer pipe is provided with an inner water supply pipe, the inner water supply pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlets along the length direction of the inner water supply pipe, a plurality of water spray pipes are correspondingly connected to the water outlets, and the water outlet ends of the plurality of water spray pipes extend out of the long-strip-shaped air outlet.
The water outlet end of the water spray pipe is preferably in a trumpet shape.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the test device can fully simulate the state of stormy weather in nature by simultaneously spraying and blowing water through the water spraying and air supplying pipe, ensures that the test environment is close to that in severe weather in actual use, can completely cover the surface of the whole test piece by spraying and blowing water in the horizontal and vertical directions, and has the characteristics of simple structure, reasonable design, convenient operation and the like.

D. carefully observing or adopting other detection modes in the process, checking the water seepage condition of the inner side of the external wall panel and determining whether the external wall panel seeps water or not.
The concrete structure of the water-spraying air-supplying pipe used in the steps of the method of the invention is shown in fig. 1-3, the water-spraying air-supplying pipe 4 comprises a square outer pipe 8, a long strip-shaped air outlet 10 arranged along the length direction of the outer pipe 8 is arranged on one side surface of the outer pipe 8 opposite to the external wall panel test piece 9, an internal water supply pipe 6 is arranged inside the outer pipe 8, a plurality of water outlets are arranged along the length direction of the internal water supply pipe 6, a plurality of water-spraying pipes 7 are correspondingly connected to each water outlet, and the water outlet ends of the plurality of water-spraying pipes 7 extend out of the long strip-shaped air outlet 10 and. The water outlet end of the spray pipe 7 is preferably in a trumpet shape, so that the coverage area of sprayed water flow is wider. A. mounting the combined external wall panel on a test box body, and selecting a water spraying air supply pipe with the adaptive length according to the size of the corresponding external wall panel; the water spray air supply pipe comprises a square outer pipe, a long-strip-shaped air outlet arranged along the length direction of the outer pipe is arranged on one side surface of the outer pipe, which is opposite to the external wall panel test piece, an internal water supply pipe is arranged in the outer pipe, a plurality of water outlets are arranged on the internal water supply pipe along the length direction of the internal water supply pipe, a plurality of water spray pipes are correspondingly connected to the water outlets, and the water outlet ends of the plurality of water spray pipes extend out of the long-strip-shaped air outlet and face the external wall panel test; adjusting to the required wind speed and spraying speed according to the design requirement;

D. carefully observing or adopting other detection modes in the process, checking the water seepage condition of the inner side of the external wall panel and determining whether the external wall panel seeps water or not.
2. The method for detecting the dynamic wind pressure waterproof performance of the combined external wall panel according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the water outlet end of the water spray pipe is in a horn shape.
