Background
Most of multi-connected indoor units in the current market are only provided with 3-5 air speeds for adjusting air quantity, and 3 temperature sensing bags are used for controlling the units, namely an inlet pipe temperature sensing bag, an outlet pipe temperature sensing bag and a return air inlet return air temperature sensing bag of an indoor unit heat exchanger. Different air volume requirements of users are realized through the control of different windshields, so that the requirement of visual comfort of human bodies is met. Although the unit can be effectively and reliably controlled through the 3 temperature sensors, the requirements of a user on cold consumption and heat consumption are met, and the control requirement of the user on the indoor environment temperature is met, in the above control mode, different wind gears correspond to constant motor rotating speeds, namely, different wind amounts, and if the selection of the user is limited to 3-5 wind amounts and can be adjusted, the control mode is not the best control mode from the perspective of user experience and comfort. Particularly, when the air conditioner has the condition that the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is too high or too low due to the fact that the evaporating temperature is suddenly high and suddenly low in the cooling operation process, or the air conditioner has the condition that the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is too high or too low due to the fact that the condensing temperature is suddenly high and suddenly low in the heating operation process, the air conditioner is adjusted only through limited-grade components, and finally the user experience is poor and uncomfortable.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit generally includes a liquid inlet pipe communicated with the outdoor unit, the liquid inlet pipe is provided with a filter 1, an electronic expansion valve 2, an indoor heat exchanger 5, a fan 6 and a dc motor 7, the indoor heat exchanger is provided with an inlet pipe temperature bulb 3, an outlet pipe temperature bulb 4, and the indoor unit is further provided with a return air temperature bulb 8.
The return air humidity sensor 9 is additionally arranged on the basis of the existing indoor unit, so that the evaporation temperature of the indoor unit and the relative humidity of the indoor environment can be monitored in real time, and the monitored data is fed back to the whole indoor unit for control in real time, as shown in figure 2.
The variable air volume control method of the indoor unit comprises the steps of detecting the temperature of the indoor unit in real time, comparing the detected temperature with a set temperature range, and correcting the air exhaust volume of the indoor unit according to a comparison result. In the refrigeration running mode, the temperature comprises the evaporating temperature and the return air humidity of the indoor unit; in the heating operation mode, the temperature is a condensing temperature of the indoor unit.
When the unit is in refrigeration operation, if the evaporation temperature of the unit is lower than the set range of the unit, the circulating air volume is increased on the basis of the current air volume (realized by increasing the rotating speed of a fan of an indoor unit), and if the monitored humidity is higher than the set value of the unit, the air volume is continuously increased on the basis of the increased air volume according to a certain correction coefficient; if the evaporation temperature of the unit is higher than the set range, the circulating air volume is reduced on the basis of the current air volume (realized by reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit), and if the monitored humidity is lower than the set value of the unit, the air volume is reduced according to a certain correction coefficient on the basis of the increased air volume.
when the unit is in heating operation, if the condensation temperature of the unit is higher than the set range of the unit, the circulating air volume is increased on the basis of the current air volume (realized by increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit). And if the condensation temperature of the unit is lower than the set range of the unit, reducing the circulating air quantity on the basis of the current air quantity (realized by reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit).
The invention corrects the air exhaust quantity of the fan to different degrees by simultaneously comparing the evaporation temperature and the return air humidity with the set range of the unit or comparing the condensation temperature with the set range of the unit, thereby achieving the purposes of bringing better and more comfortable use experience to users and improving the comfort of the use of the air conditioner.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a time-varying air volume control method in a cooling state according to the present invention.
When the air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode, the evaporation temperature Te of the unit is kept within the range of a set interval [ Te.min, Te.max ] when the unit operates normally.
if the increase emission temperature Te is detected to be low in the air conditioner refrigeration operation process, namely Te is less than Te.min, the air outlet temperature of the internal unit can be lower than the normal range of the unit, at the moment, no matter what rotating speed the internal fan is currently operated, the rotating speed of the current indoor fan is increased by a times, and a is a power function of the difference value between the set minimum value and the evaporation temperature. If the return air humidity value monitored by the humidity sensor is larger than the set value of the unit, the air quantity is continuously increased, and a1 times is increased on the basis of the current rotating speed of the internal fan; if the monitoring value of the humidity sensor is smaller than the set value of the unit, the air quantity is reduced, and a2 times of the rotation speed of the current inner fan is reduced. a1 and a2 are correction coefficients, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Rtarget=Rc*a[Te.min-Te]*a1*a2,
Wherein Rtarget is the target rotating speed of the fan; rc is the initial rotation speed of the fan.
a. the value range of a1 is between [1, 2], and the value range of a2 is between [0, 1 ].
If the evaporation temperature Te is higher in the refrigeration operation process of the air conditioner, namely Te is more than Te.max, the air outlet temperature of the inner machine is possibly higher than the normal range of the machine set, no matter what rotating speed the inner fan is currently operated, the rotating speed of the inner fan is reduced by b times, and b is a power function of the difference value between the evaporation temperature and the set maximum value. If the return air temperature value monitored by the humidity sensor is smaller than the set value, the air quantity is continuously reduced, and b1 times are reduced on the basis of the current rotating speed of the internal fan; if the return air humidity value monitored by the humidity sensor is larger than the set value, the b2 times is increased on the basis of the current rotating speed of the inner fan. b1 and b2 are calculated as follows:
Rtarget=Rc*b[Te-Te.max]*b1*b2,
wherein Rtarget is the target rotating speed of the fan; rc is the initial rotation speed of the fan.
b. the value range of b1 is between [0, 1], and the value range of b2 is between [1, 2 ].
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for controlling a time-varying air volume in a heating state according to the present invention.
When the air conditioner is in heating operation, the normal operation of the condensation temperature Tc of the unit is maintained within the set interval range [ Tc.min, Tc.max ].
if the condensation temperature Tc is higher in the heating operation process of the air conditioner, namely Tc is more than Tc.max, the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is possibly higher than the normal range of the unit, no matter what rotating speed the indoor fan is currently operated, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is increased by c times on the basis of the rotating speed of the current indoor fan, c is a power function of the difference value of the condensation temperature and the set maximum value, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Rtarget=Rc*c[Tc-Tc.max],
Wherein Rtarget is the target rotating speed of the fan; rc is the initial rotation speed of the fan. The value range of c is between [1, 2 ].
If the condensation temperature Tc is lower in the heating operation process of the air conditioner, namely Tc is less than Tc.min, the air outlet temperature of the inner machine is possibly lower than the normal range of the machine set, and at the moment, no matter what rotating speed the inner fan is currently operated, the rotating speed of the inner fan is reduced by d times on the basis of the rotating speed of the current inner fan; d is a power function of the difference between the set minimum value and the condensing temperature, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Rtarget=Rc*d[Tc.min-Tc],
wherein Rtarget is the target rotating speed of the fan; rc is the initial rotating speed of the fan, and the value range of d is between [0 and 1 ].
The indoor unit and the air conditioner using the variable air volume control method provided by the invention solve the common problems in the control process of the existing air conditioning unit, namely the air conditioner sometimes causes the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit to be over or over low due to the sudden rise and fall of the evaporation temperature in the refrigeration running process; or the air conditioner sometimes can lead to indoor set air-out temperature too high or low because of the condensation temperature is suddenly high suddenly low in the heating operation process, finally lead to user to use and experience very poor, uncomfortable sensation, can bring better more comfortable use experience for the user.
The variable air volume control method proposed by the present invention may be stored in a memory of a computer device or in a separate storage medium as a computer program, and implemented when the program is executed by a processor of the computer device.
the above examples are intended only to illustrate specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the inventive concept, and these modifications and variations shall fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
