Background
At present, when a plurality of drilling machines are connected with a next drill rod in the drilling process, a static connection method is adopted, and the drilling machine which has drilled into a coal seam needs to stop rotating, mainly because the existing drilling machine adopts a clamp holder mode, only plays the roles of fixing and limiting the drill rod and cannot drive the drill rod to rotate. The drilling tool part which has drilled the coal seam is frequently started and stopped, the collapse of the drilled coal hole wall is easily caused by the impact in the starting and stopping process, the drilling tool is locked and cannot be started, and the drilling tool is broken, lost, drilled holes cannot be used and other safety accidents are caused in serious cases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel automatic chuck which is arranged in front of a power head of a drilling machine, and the power head of the drilling machine does not need to be stopped when a drill rod is connected.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a novel automatic chuck which is arranged in front of a power head of a drilling machine and comprises a box body, a power gear, a speed regulating gear, a chuck rack, a wire coiling, a clamping jaw, a power source for respectively providing rotating power for the power gear and the speed regulating gear and a transmission gear for respectively transmitting torque for the power gear and the speed regulating gear; the power gear, the speed regulating gear, the chuck frame and the wire coil are all in annular structures, and the circle centers of the power gear, the speed regulating gear, the chuck frame and the wire coil are collinear; the power gear and the speed regulating gear are respectively and rotatably arranged in the box body; the chuck frame is positioned between the power gear and the speed regulating gear, the circular end surface fixedly connected with the power gear is a first end surface, the circular end surface opposite to the first end surface is a second end surface, at least three chuck jaw grooves are uniformly arranged on the first end surface along the circumferential direction, and a chuck frame boss is arranged on the second end surface along the inner edge; the wire coil is rotatably sleeved outside the boss of the chuck frame, the circular end face facing the second end face of the chuck frame is a first end face, the circular end face opposite to the first end face is a second end face, the first end face is provided with a spiral groove, and the second end face is fixedly connected with the speed regulating gear; the jack catch is arranged in the jack catch groove in a sliding mode, and the side face, facing the wire coiling, of the jack catch is provided with jack catch teeth meshed with the spiral groove of the wire coiling.
Further, a wire coiling accommodating groove is formed in the second end face of the chuck frame; the circular end face of the speed regulating gear, which faces the wire coiling, is a first end face, the circular end face opposite to the first end face is a second end face, and a first boss of the speed regulating gear is arranged on the first end face; the first boss of the speed regulating gear is rotatably sleeved outside the boss of the chuck frame, and the annular end face of the first boss of the speed regulating gear is fixed on the second end face of the wire coiling.
Further, first bearings are arranged between the first boss of the speed regulating gear and the boss of the chuck frame and between the wire coiling and the boss of the chuck frame.
Furthermore, the novel automatic chuck further comprises a clamping ring fixedly sleeved on the annular end face of the chuck rack boss.
Furthermore, the novel automatic chuck further comprises a clamping ring which is sleeved outside the boss of the chuck rack and is positioned between the two first bearings.
Furthermore, the novel automatic chuck also comprises a second bearing, wherein the outer ring of the second bearing is fixed on the box body; a second boss of the speed regulating gear is arranged on the second end surface of the speed regulating gear along the inner edge; the power gear deviates from the circular end face of the chuck rack and is a first end face, and a power gear boss is arranged on the first end face along the inner edge; the second boss of the speed regulating gear and the boss of the power gear are respectively fixedly sleeved in the inner ring of the second bearing.

Further, the clamping jaw extends out of the clamping jaw groove from the clamping jaw groove; a base plate is arranged between every two adjacent clamping jaws; the thickness of the pad plate is larger than that of the part outside the clamping jaw groove outside the clamping jaw, and the pad plate is fixed on the clamping chuck frame.

the novel automatic chuck replaces the prior holder to be installed in front of a power head of a drilling machine, a drill rod is installed, the drill rod passes through the novel automatic chuck, the drilling machine is started, the output value of a power source is adjusted, the rotating speed of a power gear and a speed regulating gear is the same as that of the drill rod, the power gear drives a chuck frame and a jaw to rotate, the speed regulating gear drives a wire coil to rotate, the relative speed between the jaw and the wire coil on the chuck frame and the jaw and the wire coil on the chuck frame are zero, the jaw keeps an initial state, the rotating speed of the power gear is kept unchanged when the drill rod is connected, the rotating speed of the speed regulating gear is adjusted to generate a forward speed difference between the wire coil and the chuck frame, the wire coil rotates forward relative to the chuck frame, the jaw meshed with a spiral groove of the wire coil extends inwards to clamp the drill rod, the drill rod to be connected is connected to the drill rod, the rotating speed of the, the wire rod rotates reversely relative to the chuck frame, the clamping jaws meshed with the spiral grooves of the wire rod extend outwards to realize the loosening of the drill rod, and in the process of clamping or loosening the drill rod, the chuck frame and the clamping jaws on the chuck frame are still in a synchronous rotating state with the drill rod, so that the power head of the drilling machine does not need to be stopped.

The embodiment provides a novel automatic chuck which is arranged in front of a power head of a drilling machine and comprises a box body 1, a power gear 2, a speed regulating gear 3, a chuck rack 4, a wire coiling 5, a clamping jaw 6, a power source for respectively providing rotating power for the power gear 2 and the speed regulating gear 3 and a transmission gear 7 for respectively transmitting torque for the power gear 2 and the speed regulating gear 3; the power gear 2, the speed regulating gear 3, the chuck frame 4 and the wire coiling 5 are all in annular structures, and the circle centers of the two structures are collinear; the power gear 2 and the speed regulating gear 3 are respectively and rotatably arranged in the box body 1; the chuck frame 4 is positioned between the power gear 2 and the speed regulating gear 3, the circular end face fixedly connected with the power gear 2 is a first end face, the circular end face opposite to the first end face is a second end face, at least three chuck jaw grooves 4.1 are uniformly arranged on the first end face along the circumferential direction, and a chuck frame boss 4.2 is arranged on the second end face along the inner edge; the wire coil 5 is rotatably sleeved outside the chuck frame boss 4.2, the circular end face facing the second end face of the chuck frame 4 is a first end face, the circular end face opposite to the first end face is a second end face, a spiral groove is formed in the first end face, and the second end face is fixedly connected with the speed regulating gear 3; the claw 6 is arranged in the claw groove 4.1 in a sliding mode, and a claw tooth meshed with the spiral groove of the wire coil 5 is arranged on the side face, facing the wire coil 5.

In the present embodiment, preferably, the second end face of the chuck holder 4 is provided with a wire coil accommodating groove 4.3 for mounting the wire coil 5 while limiting radial play of the wire coil 5; the circular end face of the speed regulating gear 3 facing the wire coil 5 is a first end face, the circular end face opposite to the first end face is a second end face, and a first boss 3.1 of the speed regulating gear is arranged on the first end face; the first boss 3.1 of the speed regulating gear is rotatably sleeved outside the boss 4.2 of the chuck rack, and the annular end face of the first boss 3.1 of the speed regulating gear is fixed on the second end face of the wire coiling 5 so as to drive the wire coiling 5 to rotate through the speed regulating gear 3.
Further, first bearings 8 are arranged between the first boss 3.1 of the speed regulating gear and the boss 4.2 of the chuck holder and between the wire coil 5 and the boss 4.2 of the chuck holder, so that the resistance of the speed regulating gear 3 and the wire coil 5 in rotation is reduced, and the rotation is smoother. Preferably, the first bearing 8 is a thin arm bearing.
Further, the novel automatic chuck further comprises a clamping ring 9 fixedly sleeved on the annular end face of the chuck holder boss 4.2 so as to limit the axial movement of the first bearing 8.
Further, above-mentioned novel automatic chuck still includes the snap ring 10 that the cover is established outside chuck holder boss 4.2 and is located between two first bearings 8, and cooperation rand 9 restricts the location to two first bearings 8.
