At present, the molten iron desulphurization mainly adopts a mechanical stirring method and a powder spraying method, wherein the mechanical stirring method has the problems of low desulphurization efficiency and serious temperature drop, but has sufficient power; the kinetic conditions of the powder injection method are insufficient, but the desulfurization speed is high and the desulfurization efficiency is high. Because the two methods have advantages and disadvantages, the improvement of the two desulfurization methods has been widely concerned by iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad.
