本发明涉及一种轻型广告板,内部为发泡板、外表为实心板,所述实心板由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:聚四氟乙烯45‑60份、脲醛树脂10‑20份、聚酰亚胺纤维20‑30份、稀土金属氧化物1‑1.5份、玻璃纤维1‑2份、三乙酸甘油酯0.5‑0.8份、增韧剂1‑2份、防静电剂1‑3份、有机锡0.5‑1.0份、丙酮0.1‑0.3份;所述发泡板由聚氯乙烯发泡制成。本发明的广告板相比传统的实心广告板具有密度小的优点,且由于实心板的强度高、抗撞击能力强,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及广告器材制造领域,尤其涉及一种轻型广告板。
背景技术
在现有的户外广告领域,广告纸的应用多于广告板的应用,究其原因是因为广告板重量大,铺设成本与难度更大。但是,仅从稳定性和美观度来说,广告板是更具有优势的。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种密度较小的广告板以降低应用成本和难度,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种轻型广告板,内部为发泡板、外表为实心板,所述实心板由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:聚四氟乙烯45-60份、脲醛树脂10-20份、聚酰亚胺纤维20-30份、稀土金属氧化物1-1.5份、玻璃纤维1-2份、三乙酸甘油酯0.5-0.8份、增韧剂1-2份、防静电剂1-3份、有机锡0.5-1.0份、丙酮0.1-0.3份;所述发泡板由聚氯乙烯发泡制成。
进一步的,所述发泡板还可由聚丙烯发泡制成。
进一步的,所述发泡板与实心板的体积比为1:4-5。
进一步的,所述实心板中还添加UV安定剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:虽然内部为发泡板,但是由于实心板的加强处理使得广告板整体的强度并不低,而且韧性及抗冲击能力高于现有的纯实心广告板。

实施例1、
一种轻型广告板,内部为发泡板、外表为实心板,所述实心板由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:聚四氟乙烯55份、脲醛树脂15份、聚酰亚胺纤维25份、稀土金属氧化物1.2份、玻璃纤维1.5份、三乙酸甘油酯0.6份、增韧剂1.5份、防静电剂2份、有机锡0.75份、丙酮0.2份;所述发泡板由聚氯乙烯发泡制成。所述发泡板还可由聚丙烯发泡制成。所述发泡板与实心板的体积比为1:4。所述实心板中还添加UV安定剂。
实施例2、
一种轻型广告板,内部为发泡板、外表为实心板,所述实心板由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:聚四氟乙烯60份、脲醛树脂20份、聚酰亚胺纤维30份、稀土金属氧化物1.5份、玻璃纤维2份、三乙酸甘油酯0.8份、增韧剂2份、防静电剂3份、有机锡1.0份、丙酮0.3份;所述发泡板由聚氯乙烯发泡制成。

1.一种轻型广告板,其特征在于:内部为发泡板、外表为实心板,所述实心板由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:聚四氟乙烯45-60份、脲醛树脂10-20份、聚酰亚胺纤维20-30份、稀土金属氧化物1-1.5份、玻璃纤维1-2份、三乙酸甘油酯0.5-0.8份、增韧剂1-2份、防静电剂1-3份、有机锡0.5-1.0份、丙酮0.1-0.3份;所述发泡板由聚氯乙烯发泡制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种轻型广告板,其特征在于:所述发泡板还可由聚丙烯发泡制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种轻型广告板,其特征在于:所述发泡板与实心板的体积比为1:4-5。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种轻型广告板,其特征在于:所述实心板中还添加UV安定剂。
