本发明涉及一种耐冲击聚氯乙烯发泡板,由以下重量份数的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂,150份;明胶,10‑15份;防老剂ODA,5份;高耐磨炭黑,15份;玻璃纤维,10‑15份;光稳定剂,8‑10份;润滑剂,5‑10份;泡沫稳定剂,1‑3份;增白剂,3‑5份;耐冲击改质剂,5‑10份。本发明塑料加入了乙烯丙烯橡胶作为耐冲击改质剂,提高了塑料的耐冲击性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,具体涉及一种耐冲击聚氯乙烯发泡板。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯发泡板是用聚氯乙烯树脂塑料粒子通过挤出机高温挤出,经过相应的模具口挤出得到不同厚度的板材,是一种高熔点、高结晶性的热塑性工程塑料,因聚甲醛板所具有的良好特性,非常适合在自动车床上机加工,特别适合用来制造精密零件。
然而由于聚氯乙烯本身存在耐热、耐老化、耐大气老化性较差,使得用其制得的聚氯乙烯发泡板的使用寿命非常短,从而降低了其使用范围。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的聚氯乙烯发泡板,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐冲击聚氯乙烯发泡板。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐冲击聚氯乙烯发泡板,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维为2-5mm的玻璃纤维。
进一步的,所述光稳定剂为钛白粉。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯。
进一步的,所述泡沫稳定剂为脂肪酸乙醇酰胺。
进一步的,所述增白剂为增白剂TA。
进一步的,所述耐冲击改质剂为乙烯丙烯橡胶。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明塑料加入了乙烯丙烯橡胶作为耐冲击改质剂,提高了聚乙烯发泡板的耐冲击性能。

一种耐冲击聚氯乙烯发泡板的制备方法,包括以下原料聚聚氯乙烯树脂,明胶,防老剂ODA,高耐磨炭黑,玻璃纤维,光稳定剂,润滑剂,泡沫稳定剂,增白剂,耐冲击改质剂。将上述原料混合后,加入到挤塑机中,在120℃下混合均匀,再采用螺杆机挤出,得到聚氯乙烯发泡板。
