污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,由厌氧池(1)和有机农业生产园(2)组成,其特征在于,将污水厂产生的污泥装入厌氧池(1),污泥在厌氧池(1)发酵完了,出料,出来的料为沼渣和沼液,沼渣送入蚯蚓养殖场(3)饲养蚯蚓,蚯蚓出售,沼渣经饲养蚯蚓生成沼渣颗粒有机肥,沼渣颗粒有机肥送入有机农业生产园(2),沼渣颗粒有机肥施于农田,沼液送入有机农业生产园(2),沼液喷洒农作物或农作物在浇灌时,掺到水里,污泥实现零排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污泥处理的装置,尤其是一种污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施。
背景技术
目前,污泥处理技术,以去除污染物为目的,浪费掉了污泥里的资源,而且是花钱买浪费资源。因此,设计一种污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够把污泥里的资源全部利用起来的污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,由厌氧池和有机农业生产园组成。将污水厂产生的污泥装入厌氧池,污泥在厌氧池发酵完了,出料,出来的料为沼渣和沼液。沼渣送入蚯蚓养殖场饲养蚯蚓,蚯蚓出售。沼渣经饲养蚯蚓生成沼渣颗粒有机肥,沼渣颗粒有机肥送入有机农业生产园,沼渣颗粒有机肥施于农田,沼液送入有机农业生产园,沼液喷洒农作物或农作物在浇灌时,掺到水里,污泥实现零排放。沼渣为生态肥,沼液为生态水。生态肥、生态水的性质:生态肥既是长效肥料,又是速效肥料;病菌虫卵死亡率在99.99%以上。生态水是速效肥料;病菌虫卵死亡率在98%以上。生态肥、生态水还具有抑制病菌虫卵活动的功能。生态肥、生态水价格低廉。沼渣颗粒有机肥施入农田,能够改良土壤结构,提高地力,提高农作物抗寒性、抗旱性。因此,沼渣、沼液是培养有机农业生产的最佳肥料。沼渣沼液施入农田,农作物不用打农药,不用施化肥,如再不打除草剂,生产出的农产品为有机农产品。沼渣沼液施入农田,农作物生长旺盛不生灾,产量高、农产品质量高,而且,成本低,开辟一条有机农业生产新路子。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,厌氧池底部设有多个污水泵,污水泵用于搅拌污泥水,提高发酵速度。厌氧池上口采用双膜密封,双膜顶部设有沼气输出口,沼气输出口与燃气发电机组的进气口连通,燃气发电机组设有废气排出口,废气排出口与产甲烷装置的进气口连通,产甲烷装置设有甲烷混合气排出口,甲烷混合气排出口与燃气发电机组的进气口连通。厌氧池产生沼气,沼气通过燃气发电机组发电。发电机组排放废气,废气送入产甲烷装置,废气里的二氧化碳与产甲烷装置里的水电解产生的氢离子相遇,在甲烷菌的作用下,合成甲烷,形成甲烷混合气。甲烷混合气,输送到燃气发电机组发电,燃气发电机组排放废气,废气循环利用零排放。
总之,本发明以污泥处理为辅,生产有机农产品为主,扭转单纯的以保护环境为目的,治污技术路线图,使污泥里的污染物实现零排放,零污染。
与现有技术相比,本发明将污泥里的污染物,全部利用起来,生产出新产品,造福人民。

如图所示,污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,由厌氧池1和有机农业生产园2组成,其特征在于,将污水厂产生的污泥装入厌氧池1,污泥在厌氧池1发酵完了,出料,出来的料为沼渣和沼液,沼渣送入蚯蚓养殖场3饲养蚯蚓,蚯蚓出售,沼渣经饲养蚯蚓生成沼渣颗粒有机肥,沼渣颗粒有机肥送入有机农业生产园2,沼渣颗粒有机肥施于农田,沼液送入有机农业生产园2,沼液喷洒农作物或农作物在浇灌时,掺到水里,污泥实现零排放。
厌氧池1底部设有多个污水泵4,厌氧池1上口采用双膜5密封,双膜顶部设有沼气输出口6,沼气输出口6与燃气发电机组7的进气口8连通,燃气发电机组7设有废气排出口9,废气排出口9与产甲烷装置10的进气口11连通,产甲烷装置10设有甲烷混合气排出口12,甲烷混合气排出口12与燃气发电机组7的进气口8连通。

1.污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,由厌氧池(1)和有机农业生产园(2)组成,其特征在于,将污水厂产生的污泥装入厌氧池(1),污泥在厌氧池(1)发酵完了,出料,出来的料为沼渣和沼液,沼渣送入蚯蚓养殖场(3)饲养蚯蚓,蚯蚓出售,沼渣经饲养蚯蚓生成沼渣颗粒有机肥,沼渣颗粒有机肥送入有机农业生产园(2),沼渣颗粒有机肥施于农田,沼液送入有机农业生产园(2),沼液喷洒农作物或农作物在浇灌时,掺到水里,污泥实现零排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污泥处理与有机农业生产结合的设施,其特征在于,厌氧池(1)底部设有多个污水泵(4),厌氧池(1)上口采用双膜(5)密封,双膜顶部设有沼气输出口(6),沼气输出口(6)与燃气发电机组(7)的进气口(8)连通,燃气发电机组(7)设有废气排出口(9),废气排出口(9)与产甲烷装置(10)的进气口(11)连通,产甲烷装置(10)设有甲烷混合气排出口(12),甲烷混合气排出口(12)与燃气发电机组(7)的进气口(8)连通。
