Abstract

本发明公开一种纸箱的保护装置，包括连接管、气囊、箱体和密封塞，连接管固定安装在箱体的内部，至少两个气囊排列在箱体表面上，连接管的顶部固定安装密封塞，所述的连接管距离箱体顶面的距离为5cm~10cm，气囊的表面涂抹一层塑胶，密封塞的边缘固定两圈密封圈，密封塞的直径尺寸与连接管的直径尺寸相同，不需要使用海绵或者塑料气泡等杂物放在纸箱内，大大节省了生产资源，降低了生产成本，不会造成环境的污染，可以循环使用纸箱，保护了生态环境。

本发明涉及一种保护装置，具体是一种纸箱的保护装置。
背景技术
随着网络购物越来越多，人们在网上会购买很多的物品，在进行物品包装的时候，尤其是易碎的物品，工作人员会在纸箱内放入海绵或者塑料气泡等，防止货物在运送的过程中出现损坏的现象，但是在收到货物的时候，人们会将这样海绵或者塑料气泡等杂物随手丢弃，这样不仅会造成环境的污染，而且还会使得生产成本的提高，如何能使这些杂质可以循环使用，是当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种纸箱的保护装置，不需要使用海绵或者塑料气泡等杂物放在纸箱内，大大节省了生产资源，降低了生产成本，不会造成环境的污染，可以循环使用纸箱，保护了生态环境。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的一种纸箱的保护装置，包括连接管、气囊、箱体和密封塞，连接管固定安装在箱体的内部，至少两个气囊排列在箱体表面上，连接管的顶部固定安装密封塞，所述的连接管距离箱体顶面的距离为5cm~10cm，气囊的表面涂抹一层塑胶，密封塞的边缘固定两圈密封圈，密封塞的直径尺寸与连接管的直径尺寸相同。
所述的连接管距离箱体顶面的距离为8cm。
所述的连接管与气囊的连接处涂抹一层密封胶。
不需要使用海绵或者塑料气泡等杂物放在纸箱内，大大节省了生产资源，降低了生产成本，不会造成环境的污染，可以循环使用纸箱，保护了生态环境。

如图1所示，本发明采用的一种纸箱的保护装置，包括连接管1、气囊2、箱体3和密封塞4，连接管1固定安装在箱体3的内部，至少两个气囊2排列在箱体3表面上，连接管1的顶部固定安装密封塞4，所述的连接管1距离箱体3顶面的距离为5cm~10cm，气囊2的表面涂抹一层塑胶，密封塞4的边缘固定两圈密封圈，密封塞4的直径尺寸与连接管1的直径尺寸相同。
所述的连接管1距离箱体3顶面的距离为8cm。
所述的连接管1与气囊2的连接处涂抹一层密封胶。

1.一种纸箱的保护装置，包括连接管（1）、气囊（2）、箱体（3）和密封塞（4），其特征在于，连接管（1）固定安装在箱体（3）的内部，至少两个气囊（2）排列在箱体（3）表面上，连接管（1）的顶部固定安装密封塞（4），所述的连接管（1）距离箱体（3）顶面的距离为5cm~10cm，气囊（2）的表面涂抹一层塑胶，密封塞（4）的边缘固定两圈密封圈，密封塞（4）的直径尺寸与连接管（1）的直径尺寸相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱的保护装置，其特征在于，所述的连接管（1）距离箱体（3）顶面的距离为8cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱的保护装置，其特征在于，所述的连接管（1）与气囊（2）的连接处涂抹一层密封胶。
