The junction of the first connection section 414 and the second connection section 415 is provided with a chamfer angle, and the chamfer angle is 0.5 degrees.

Claims (9)

1. A lower hinge assembly for a railway vehicle, the railway vehicle including a plurality of vehicle bodies, the lower hinge assembly comprising:
the fixed seat is connected with one of the two adjacent vehicle bodies;
the bearing seat is connected with the other one of the two adjacent vehicle bodies and extends into the fixed seat;
a mating bearing that mates with the bearing housing to be disposed within the bearing housing;
the middle shaft comprises two hollow connecting bodies, the two connecting bodies are arranged in the axial direction of the matching bearing, through holes are formed in the end faces, facing each other, of the two connecting bodies, assembling holes are formed in the end faces, far away from each other, of the two connecting bodies, and each connecting body is matched with the matching bearing and the fixed seat respectively;
and the fastening assemblies respectively penetrate through the two through holes and are matched with the two connecting bodies so as to position the two connecting bodies on the fixed seat, and each fastening assembly comprises a bolt and a nut.
2. The lower hinge assembly for railway vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing base has engaging grooves formed on opposite end surfaces thereof, and the two connection bodies are respectively provided with first ribs extending into the engaging grooves.
3. The lower hinge assembly for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mating bearing comprises:
the bearing inner ring is sleeved on the intermediate shaft;
the bearing outer ring is in contact fit with the bearing seat, the bearing inner ring is sleeved outside the bearing outer ring, and the bearing inner ring can freely rotate relative to the bearing outer ring;
the wear-resistant layer is positioned between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring and attached to the inner wall of the bearing outer ring;
and each sealing ring is sleeved on the bearing outer ring and fixed on the bearing inner ring.
4. The lower hinge assembly for railway vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing housing comprises:
the base is provided with a plurality of first fixing holes;
the first protruding portion is arranged on the base, a mounting hole for mounting the matching bearing is formed in the first protruding portion, an annular second protruding strip is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting hole, a clamping groove arranged around the mounting hole is formed in one side end face of the first protruding portion, the clamping groove is communicated with the mounting hole, and the matching bearing is located between the second protruding strip and the clamping groove;
and the elastic check ring is in interference fit with the clamping groove, and part of the elastic check ring abuts against the end face of the matched bearing.
5. The lower hinge assembly for railway vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing base comprises:
the substrate is provided with a plurality of second fixing holes;
the two second protruding parts are arranged on the base plate at intervals, the bearing seat extends into the space between the two second protruding parts, and each second protruding part is provided with a shaft hole used for being matched with the intermediate shaft.

7. The lower hinge assembly for railway vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mating bearing is a self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing.
8. The lower hinge assembly for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of each of the connection bodies is opened to define the fitting hole.
9. A rail vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a vehicle body and a lower articulation according to any one of claims 1-8.
