Abstract

The invention discloses a clamping device, which comprises: the clamping device comprises a fixed frame and a clamping assembly, wherein the fixed frame and the clamping assembly jointly form an accommodating space; wherein the clamping assembly comprises: a fixing block fixedly disposed; an intermediate movable block slidably connected with the fixed block to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device so as to be opened or closed relative to the fixed block; and a clamping jaw having a hook-shaped jaw portion slidably coupled with the intermediate movable block to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device so as to be opened or closed relative to the intermediate movable block. In addition, the invention also discloses a storage box, which comprises: a housing; the clamping mechanism assembly comprises the clamping device; the clamping mechanism assembly is configured to be able to be pulled out of the housing or pushed into the housing. The clamping device can conveniently clamp articles, in particular to mobile phones with various sizes.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to clamping devices and receiving devices, and particularly to a clamping device for a vehicle and a receiving device including the same.
Background
With the progress of society and the development of technology, the demand of automobile passengers is becoming more and more diversified along with the diversification of work and life. Due to the increasing popularization of the automobile, the automobile is gradually inseparable with the life of people. More and more people not only pursue the function realization of the automobile as a vehicle, but also put higher demands on the riding environment. For the limited space inside the vehicle, how to build a comfortable, tidy and unobtrusive riding environment becomes the goal pursued by the vehicle enterprises at present.
With the increase of the use frequency of the mobile phone, more and more people set the mobile phone supports in the vehicle, however, the set mobile phone supports need to additionally occupy the space in the vehicle, and the space utilization rate is not improved. Meanwhile, the arranged mobile phone support cannot be accommodated in a closed space, and potential safety hazards such as head touch or mobile phone separation can be caused once emergency braking occurs.
In addition, the size of the mobile phone which can be clamped by the conventional mobile phone support is solidified to be single, and the mobile phone supports required by the mobile phones with different sizes are not different, so that the mobile phone supports are inconvenient to arrange in a vehicle if a plurality of mobile phones with different sizes exist.
Based on this, in order to satisfy various requirements for the vehicle interior space, in particular, high requirements for space utilization rate and riding comfort, and at the same time, in consideration of the clamping adaptability to mobile phones of different models and sizes, it is desirable to obtain a clamping device which can clamp articles of different sizes and does not occupy too much the vehicle interior space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clamping device which is convenient to operate and can clamp articles with different sizes, particularly mobile phones with different sizes. In addition, the clamping device is simple in structure, the space in the vehicle can not be occupied too much, and the utilization rate of the space in the vehicle is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a clamping device including: the clamping device comprises a fixed frame and a clamping assembly, wherein the fixed frame and the clamping assembly jointly form an accommodating space; wherein the clamping assembly comprises:
a fixing block fixedly disposed;
an intermediate movable block slidably connected with the fixed block to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device so as to be opened or closed relative to the fixed block;
and a clamping jaw having a hook-shaped jaw portion slidably coupled with the intermediate movable block to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device so as to be opened or closed relative to the intermediate movable block.
For the clamping device, when clamping articles with small size, the holding space formed by the fixed frame and the clamping assembly is small, and the clamped articles are just accommodated in the holding space, so that the occupied space of the clamping device is effectively reduced, and the space occupancy rate is further improved. And when the size of the clamped object is large and the clamped object cannot be accommodated in the original accommodating space, the sliding connection between the middle movable block and the fixed block and between the middle movable block and the clamping jaw can be utilized to adjust the distance between the middle movable block and the fixed block and the distance between the middle movable block and the clamping jaw, so that the accommodating space formed between the fixed frame and the clamping assembly is enlarged along with the linear movement of the middle movable block and/or the clamping jaw, and the enlarged accommodating space can accommodate and clamp the object with a large size.
Further, in the clamping device of the present invention, a first elastic member is connected between the fixed block and the intermediate movable block, and the first elastic member is configured to apply an elastic force to the intermediate movable block to close the intermediate movable block with respect to the fixed block; and/or a second elastic component is connected between the middle movable block and the clamping jaw and is arranged to apply elastic force to the clamping jaw to enable the clamping jaw to close relative to the middle movable block.
In the above scheme, compared with the way that the size of the accommodating space is changed by manually adjusting the linear movement of the middle movable block and/or the clamping jaw, the operation can be conveniently carried out by utilizing the elastic force of the first elastic component and/or the second elastic component.
Further, in the clamping device of the present invention, at least one of the first elastic component and the second elastic component includes a spring rod to increase a movable distance of the middle movable block and/or the clamping jaw in linear movement, thereby increasing an adjustment range of the accommodating space.
Further, in the clamping device of the present invention, the middle movable block is a U-shaped movable block, the fixed block is disposed in a U-shaped groove of the U-shaped movable block, and when the middle movable block and the fixed block are in a relatively closed state, the fixed block is completely accommodated in the U-shaped groove of the U-shaped movable block.
Further, in the clamping device of the invention, the clamping device is used for clamping a mobile phone.
Furthermore, in the clamping device of the present invention, a hole for passing the mobile phone data line is formed on the clamping device.
Accordingly, another object of the present invention is to provide a storage box, which is simple and convenient to operate, has a simple structure, can well accommodate articles with different sizes, especially mobile phones with different sizes, does not occupy too much space in a vehicle, and improves the utilization rate of the space in the vehicle.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a storage box, comprising:
a housing;
the clamping mechanism assembly comprises the clamping device; the clamping mechanism assembly is configured to be able to be pulled out of the housing or pushed into the housing.
Further, in the storage box of the present invention, the clamping mechanism assembly further includes an end cover plate, when the clamping mechanism assembly is pushed into the housing, the end cover plate and the housing together enclose the storage box, and the fixing block is fixedly mounted on the end cover plate.
Further, the storage box of the invention further comprises a press locking module, which comprises a press locking module push rod and a press locking module main body which are arranged in a matched manner in pair, wherein the press locking module push rod is arranged at the upper end part of the clamping mechanism assembly in the length direction, the press locking module main body is arranged at the inner end of the shell, and the press locking module main body switchably locks the press locking module push rod or releases the press locking module push rod when being pressed by the press locking module push rod.
Further, in the storage box of the present invention, an elastic member is further included, which is disposed between the clamping mechanism assembly and the housing, to continuously apply a return elastic force to the clamping mechanism assembly, which is intended to push the clamping mechanism assembly out of the housing.
The clamping device is convenient to operate, and can clamp articles with different sizes, particularly mobile phones with different sizes. In addition, the clamping device has a simple structure, can not occupy too much space in the vehicle, and improves the utilization rate of the space in the vehicle.

Detailed Description
The holding device and the storage box according to the present invention will be further explained and illustrated with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments, however, the explanation and the illustration should not be construed as an undue limitation on the technical solution of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a storage compartment according to some embodiments of the present invention in an open position.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the storage box 1 includes a housing 11 and a clamping mechanism assembly 12. With further reference to fig. 1, it can be seen that the clamping mechanism assembly 12 extends from the housing 11 when the storage compartment 1 is in the open station.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the storage compartment of the present invention in a closed position in some embodiments.
As shown in fig. 2, when the storage box 1 is in the closed position, the clamping mechanism assembly 12 is pushed into the housing 11.
In some embodiments, the clamping mechanism assembly 12 and the housing 11 can be connected by pressing the locking module. Reference may be made to fig. 3 and 4 for a detailed structure of the press-locking module.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a pressing and locking module body of the storage box according to some embodiments of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a push rod of a push-lock module of the storage box according to some embodiments of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 3 and 4, the press lock module includes a press lock module push rod 141 and a press lock module main body 142 which are disposed in a pair. As shown in fig. 4, a push rod 141 for pressing the locking module is provided at an end of the clamping mechanism assembly 12 in the longitudinal direction thereof. As shown in fig. 3, the push-lock module body 142 is disposed at the inner end of the housing 11, and when the push-lock module body 142 receives a pressure applied thereto by the push-lock module rod 141, the push-lock module rod 141 can be locked or the push-lock module rod 141 can be released. When the push-lock module push rod 141 is locked by the push-lock module main body 142, the clamping mechanism assembly 12 is locked in the housing 11. When the push-to-lock module body 142 is released from the push-to-lock module rod 141, the clamping mechanism assembly 12 may be extended from the housing 11. The PUSH rod 141 and the main body 142 of the PUSH-lock module in the above-mentioned embodiment may be of a PUSH-PUSH structure.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the storage box of the present invention with elastic components disposed in the clamping mechanism assembly according to some embodiments. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the elastic assembly of the storage box according to some embodiments of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 5 and 6, an elastic member for continuously applying a return elastic force to the gripper mechanism assembly 12 for pushing the gripper mechanism assembly 12 out of the housing 11 is provided between the gripper mechanism assembly 13 and the housing 12. In some embodiments, the elastic component may include a roll-up spring 161, wherein one end of the roll-up spring 161 is provided with a spring slot 163 to clamp one end of the roll-up spring 161 on the housing 11, and the other end of the roll-up spring 161 is connected to a spring pusher 162, and the spring pusher 162 is mounted on the clamping mechanism assembly 12, so that the roll-up spring 161 always tends to roll back toward the spring slot 163, and further, a pushing force is provided to move the spring pusher 162 toward the spring slot 163.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a clamping mechanism assembly of the storage box according to some embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the gripper mechanism assembly 12 includes a gripper device 121, and an end cover 13 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the gripper mechanism assembly 12. The holding device 121 may be configured to place and hold a cell phone. As can be seen with further reference to fig. 7, the clamping device 121 includes a fixing frame 1211 and a clamping assembly 124, and the fixing frame 1211 and the clamping assembly 124 together form a receiving space. In addition, a preformed hole 1212 may be formed on a bottom surface of the accommodating space formed by the fixing frame 1211 and the clamping assembly 124, so that a data line or a charging line of the mobile phone may pass through the preformed hole 1212 to be connected to the mobile phone placed in the accommodating space.
Figure 8 schematically illustrates the configuration of the clamping assembly of the storage compartment of the present invention in one clamping station, in certain embodiments.

As can be seen in conjunction with fig. 8 and 9, the clamping assembly 124 may include: a fixed block 1241, an intermediate movable block 1242 and a clamping jaw 1243. The middle movable block 1242 may be a U-shaped movable block, so that the fixed block 1241 may be completely accommodated in a U-shaped groove of the U-shaped movable block when the middle movable block 1242 and the fixed block 1241 are in a relatively closed state, thereby saving space. In addition, the fixing block 1241 may be fixedly disposed on the end cover 13 described above by passing screws through screw fixing holes 1246 on the fixing block 1241. The intermediate movable block 1242 is slidably connected with the fixed block 1241 to linearly move in the width direction of the clamping device 121, so that the intermediate movable block 1242 can be opened or closed with respect to the fixed block 1241. The clamping jaw 1243 has a hook-shaped jaw portion, and the clamping jaw 1243 is slidably coupled with the intermediate movable block 1242 to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device 121 so that the clamping jaw 1243 can be opened or closed with respect to the intermediate movable block 1242. A first elastic member 1244 is connected between the fixed block 1241 and the intermediate movable block 1242, and the first elastic member 1244 is configured to apply an elastic force to the intermediate movable block 1242 to close it with respect to the fixed block 1241. A second elastic member 1245 is connected between the intermediate movable block 1242 and the clamping jaw 1243, and the second elastic member 1245 is configured to apply an elastic force to the clamping jaw 1243 to close it with respect to the intermediate movable block 1242. In some embodiments, each of the first elastic component 1244 and the second elastic component 1245 may include: a spring and a spring rod connected with the spring.
When the size of the clamped object is small, for example, the width of the mobile phone is small, the mobile phone can be directly placed in the accommodating space formed by the clamping device 121 as shown in fig. 7, and the clamping device 121 is at the working position shown in fig. 8, that is, the middle movable block 1242 is closed relative to the fixed block 1241, and the clamping jaws 1243 are also closed relative to the middle movable block 1242. When the size of the clamped object is large, for example, the width of the mobile phone is large, as shown in fig. 9, the clamping assembly 124 is opened by an external force, at this time, the first elastic assembly 1244 and/or the second elastic assembly 1245 is extended out of the hole by the external force, so that the middle movable block 1242 is opened with respect to the fixed block 1341, or/and the clamping claw 1243 is opened with respect to the middle movable block 1242, at this time, the accommodating space formed by the clamping assembly 124 and the fixed frame 1211 is enlarged, so that the mobile phone with a large size can be placed in the enlarged accommodating space, and after the external force is removed, the middle movable block 1242 and/or the clamping claw 1243 is moved in the elastic force returning direction by the elastic force of the first elastic assembly 1244 and/or the second elastic assembly 1245, so as to firmly clamp and fix the mobile phone.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 9, the clamping device and the storage box of the invention are convenient to operate, and the size of the accommodating space can be adjusted by stepless adjusting the opening degree among the fixed block, the middle movable block and the clamping jaws, so that articles with different sizes, especially mobile phones with different types of sizes, can be clamped. In addition, the clamping device has a simple structure, can not occupy too much space in the vehicle, and improves the utilization rate of the space in the vehicle.

and a clamping jaw having a hook-shaped jaw portion slidably coupled with the intermediate movable block to linearly move in a width direction of the clamping device so as to be opened or closed relative to the intermediate movable block.

The storage compartment of claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism assembly further comprises an end cover, the end cover and the housing together defining the storage compartment when the clamping mechanism assembly is fully pushed into the housing, the retention block being fixedly secured to the end cover.

The storage box according to claim 1, further comprising a push-lock module including a push-lock module rod and a push-lock module body, wherein the push-lock module rod is disposed at an upper end of the clamping mechanism assembly in a length direction thereof, the push-lock module body is disposed at an inner end of the housing, and the push-lock module body is configured to lock or release the push-lock module rod when receiving a pressure applied thereto by the push-lock module rod.

The storage box of claim 1, wherein a first resilient member is coupled between the fixed block and the intermediate movable block, the first resilient member being configured to apply a resilient force to the intermediate movable block to cause it to close relative to the fixed block; and/or a second elastic component is connected between the middle movable block and the clamping jaw and is arranged to apply elastic force to the clamping jaw to enable the clamping jaw to close relative to the middle movable block.
5. The storage compartment of claim 4, wherein at least one of the first and second resilient members comprises a spring rod.
6. The storage compartment of claim 1, adapted to hold a cell phone.
7. The storage box as claimed in claim 6, wherein the holding device is provided with a hole for passing a data cable of a mobile phone.
