Description
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the field of ball-point pen refills, in particular to a booster-type ball-point pen refill.
Background
The existing ball-point pen refill can not write when existing ink is used, and the problem is mainly caused by the fact that the pressure of liquid in a piston pen tube is too low due to the fact that a ball of a pen point of the refill is blocked. Document 1(CN105072950A) discloses a coating device that can be used in a ball-point pen, that is, a pressure-increasing ball-point pen refill, which has a backflow stopper, a curable oil, a pressing member, and a pressing mechanism inside a pen barrel, wherein ink (coating liquid) is contained in an ink reservoir, and the pressing mechanism can push the pressing member to move toward the ink reservoir, thereby allowing ink having high viscosity to stably flow out of the coating device. Since the pressing mechanism of document 1 is a member capable of pressing an object such as pressurized air, a spring, a weight, or a combination thereof, the pressure of the ink in the applicator is gradually reduced during use. Therefore, when the uniformity of the coating liquid is poor, it is difficult to ensure smooth flow of the ink out of the pen tip by such a gradual decrease in pressure, resulting in a shortened life of the ballpoint pen refill. Therefore, the design of the pressurizing type cylindrical pen core can prolong the service life of the pen core and has certain important value.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pressurized ball-point pen refill which utilizes a unidirectional rotary piston to pressurize liquid in a pen tube and prolong the service life of the ball-point pen refill.
In order to solve the problems, the solution proposed by the invention is as follows: a booster-type ball-point pen refill comprises a pen point and a pen tube provided with the pen point, wherein a certain amount of ink is filled in the pen tube, and an elastomer, a sealing gasket and a booster module are sequentially arranged in the pen tube; the ink is arranged in an ink area, and the ink area is an enclosed area formed by the pen point, the elastomer and the pen tube; the pressurizing module comprises a push rod capable of pushing the sealing gasket to move towards the direction of the ink area, a one-way rotary piston hinged with the push rod, and a friction block arranged at the right end of the one-way rotary piston.
The sealing gasket is made of rubber materials and can only move along the pen tube in one direction.
The push rod and the unidirectional rotary piston are made of metal materials, and the outer wall of the unidirectional rotary piston is provided with automatic threads.
The friction block moves synchronously with the unidirectional rotary piston and can automatically fill and level up internal threads formed by the movement of the unidirectional rotary piston on the inner wall of the pen tube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the pressurized ball-point pen refill drives the push rod to push the sealing gasket to move towards the direction close to the ink area through the rotary motion of the unidirectional rotary piston, so that the pressurization of ink in the pen tube is realized, and the phenomenon that the characters cannot be written out due to the fact that the ink exists in the pen tube is effectively prevented. Therefore, the ball-point pen refill is simple and reasonable in structure, and the service life of the ball-point pen refill can be obviously prolonged.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structural principle of a pressurized ball-point pen core of the present invention.
In the figure, 1-pen point; 2-pen tube; 21-ink zone; 22-an elastomer; 23-a gasket; 31-a push rod; 32-unidirectional rotary piston; 33-friction block.
Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the pressurizing ball-point pen core of the present invention comprises a pen head 1 and a pen barrel 2 provided with the pen head, wherein a certain amount of ink is filled in the pen barrel 2, and the pressurizing ball-point pen core is characterized in that: the interior of the pen tube 2 is sequentially provided with an elastomer 22, a sealing gasket 23 and a pressurizing module; the ink is arranged in an ink area 21, and the ink area 21 is an enclosed area consisting of a pen point 1, an elastomer 22 and a pen tube 2; the pressurizing module comprises a push rod 31 capable of pushing the sealing gasket 23 to move towards the ink area 21, a one-way rotary piston 32 hinged with the push rod 31, and a friction block 33 arranged at the right end of the one-way rotary piston 32.
A pressurized ball-point pen refill according to claim 1, as shown in fig. 1, characterized in that: the sealing gasket 23 is made of rubber material and can only move along the pen tube 2 in one direction.
Referring to fig. 1, the push rod 31 and the unidirectional rotary piston 32 are made of metal materials, and the outer wall of the unidirectional rotary piston 32 is provided with automatic threads. A cross-shaped recess is formed at the outer center of the unidirectional rotary piston 32 so that a screwdriver can be inserted into and rotate the unidirectional rotary piston 32.
Referring to fig. 1, the friction block 33 moves synchronously with the unidirectional rotary piston 32, and can automatically fill the internal thread formed by the movement of the unidirectional rotary piston 32 on the inner wall of the pen barrel 2.
The working principle is as follows: when the pressurizing module can only move in one direction, that is, the piston 32 rotates relative to the pen barrel 2, the push rod 31 pushes the sealing pad 23 to move towards the ink area 21, so as to pressurize the ink in the ink area 21. Meanwhile, the elastomer 22 rubs against the inner wall of the pen barrel 2 to effectively prevent the air leakage of the sealing pad 23 caused by the excessive roughness of the inner wall of the pen barrel 2, and after the unidirectional rotary piston 32 moves leftwards, the inner wall of the pen barrel 2 has a corresponding self-tapping thread and is then filled by the friction block 33.
