技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体为一种建材用木塑材料复合板材。
背景技术
建材是土木工程和建筑工程中使用的材料的统称。可分为结构材料、装饰材料和某些专用材料,结构材料包括木材、竹材、石材、水泥、混凝土、金属、砖瓦、陶瓷、玻璃、工程塑料和复合材料等。
随着循环经济的提出,木塑复合材料作为生物质能及环境友好材料受到人们日益的重视,正以极快的速度被建材领域所认识并接受,被国内外称之为发展最快的新兴行业之一,木塑复合材料本身的物理化学性能虽然有明显的可调节性,但是仍存在不足之处,主要是抗冲击和抗弯曲强度较低,且现有的木塑复合材料,功能不完善,稳定性不高,不能满足大多数建筑的使用要求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,解决了现有的木塑复合材料,功能不完善,不能满足大多数建筑使用要求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,包括木塑基体,所述木塑基体的内部设置有抗拉条,所述木塑基体的下表面与平衡层的上表面粘接,所述木塑基体的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层的下表面粘接,所述中碱玻璃纤维网布层的上表面与高密度纤维板层的下表面粘接,所述高密度纤维板层的上表面与阻燃层的下表面粘接,所述阻燃层的上表面与防静电层的下表面粘接,所述防静电层的上表面与三氧化二铝耐磨层的下表面粘接。
优选的,所述木塑基体包括芯层木塑层,所述芯层木塑层的内部设置有抗拉条,所述芯层木塑层的上表面和下表面分别与第一碳纤维布层的下表面和第二碳纤维布层的上表面粘接,所述第一碳纤维布层的上表面和第二碳纤维布层的下表面分别与第一表面木塑层的下表面和第二表面木塑层的上表面粘接,所述第一表面木塑层的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层的下表面粘接,所述第二表面木塑层的下表面与平衡层的上表面粘接。

本发明提供了一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过芯层木塑层、第一碳纤维布层、第二碳纤维布层、第一表面木塑层和第二表面木塑层的共同作用,碳纤维具有重量轻、比强度大、模量高、耐热性高、化学稳定性好等优异特性,以碳纤维为增强相的复合材料具有比钢强、比铝轻的特性,是一种目前最受重视的高性能材料之一,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能,同时提高了木塑材料复合板的抗冲击和抗弯曲强度。
(2)、该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置平衡层,起到阻止水泥地板内的水分、潮气向木塑材料复合板内侵蚀,同时还要与三氧化二铝耐磨层共同保护到木塑材料复合板内部应力平衡的作用。
(3)、该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置中碱玻璃纤维网布层,中碱玻璃纤维网布层的内部填充有中碱玻璃纤维布,中碱玻璃纤维布用中碱纱织造而成,耐酸性能好,耐高温、抗拉强度高,可以增强复合板的稳定性能,防止变形而造成不必要的损失,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能。
(4)、该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置高密度纤维板层,使得木塑材料复合板材不会干缩湿胀,尺寸相对稳定、图案色彩丰富、仿真、型号可以做大尺寸、安装简便、快捷、价格便宜,保养方面简单,它的表面光洁度和耐磨度性能远远高于传统的木塑复合材料板。
(5)、该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置阻燃层和防静电层,使得该木塑材料复合板材的功能更加完善,提高了木塑材料复合板材的防火性和抗静电的能力,且本发明结构紧凑,设计合理,实用性强。

如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,包括木塑基体1,木塑基体1包括芯层木塑层101,芯层木塑层101的内部设置有抗拉条8,抗拉条8包括纤维束81,通过设置纤维束81,纤维产品用后,可以随时回收循环再加工,其中的长纤维在破碎后成为短切纤维,仍可重复加工使用,使得木塑材料复合板具有高的抗弯抗冲性能,使刚性和韧性兼具,最重要的是消除残余应力,不会蠕变、不会变形翘曲、尺寸稳定,纤维束81位于芯层木塑层101的内部,纤维束81的内部设置有若干个纤维83,纤维束81的内部设置有粘结剂82,纤维83与粘结剂82粘接,芯层木塑层101的上表面和下表面分别与第一碳纤维布层102的下表面和第二碳纤维布层103的上表面粘接,通过设置第一碳纤维布层102和第二碳纤维布层103,碳纤维具有重量轻、比强度大、模量高、耐热性高、化学稳定性好等优异特性,以碳纤维为增强相的复合材料具有比钢强、比铝轻的特性,是一种目前最受重视的高性能材料之一,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能,第一碳纤维布层102的上表面和第二碳纤维布层103的下表面分别与第一表面木塑层104的下表面和第二表面木塑层105的上表面粘接,第一表面木塑层104的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的下表面粘接,通过设置中碱玻璃纤维网布层3,中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的内部填充有中碱玻璃纤维布,中碱玻璃纤维布用中碱纱织造而成,耐酸性能好,耐高温、抗拉强度高,可以增强复合板的稳定性能,防止变形而造成不必要的损失,中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的厚度为平衡层2的三分之一,第二表面木塑层105的下表面与平衡层2的上表面粘接,木塑基体1的内部设置有抗拉条8,木塑基体1的下表面与平衡层2的上表面粘接,通过设置平衡层2,起到阻止水泥地板内的水分、潮气向木塑材料复合板内侵蚀,同时还要与三氧化二铝耐磨层7共同保护到木塑材料复合板内部应力平衡的作用,木塑基体1的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的下表面粘接,中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的上表面与高密度纤维板层4的下表面粘接,通过设置高密度纤维板层4,高密度纤维板层4的内部填充有高密度纤维,使得木塑材料复合板材不会干缩湿胀,尺寸相对稳定、图案色彩丰富、仿真、型号可以做大尺寸、安装简便、快捷、价格便宜,保养方面简单,高密度纤维板层4的厚度与平衡层2的相同,高密度纤维板层4的上表面与阻燃层5的下表面粘接,阻燃层5的上表面与防静电层6的下表面粘接,通过设置阻燃层5和防静电层6,使得该木塑材料复合板材的功能更加完善,提高了木塑材料复合板材的防火性和抗静电的能力,防静电层6的上表面与三氧化二铝耐磨层7的下表面粘接,通过设置三氧化二铝耐磨层7,三氧化二铝耐磨层7的内部填充有三氧化二铝,采用漂白针叶木浆抄造的耐磨颗粒即三氧化二铝,硬度仅次于金刚钻,耐磨度高,无需保养,三氧化二铝耐磨层7的厚度与高密度纤维板层4的厚度相同。
综上可得,该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过芯层木塑层101、第一碳纤维布层102、第二碳纤维布层103、第一表面木塑层104和第二表面木塑层105的共同作用,碳纤维具有重量轻、比强度大、模量高、耐热性高、化学稳定性好等优异特性,以碳纤维为增强相的复合材料具有比钢强、比铝轻的特性,是一种目前最受重视的高性能材料之一,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能,同时提高了木塑材料复合板的抗冲击和抗弯曲强度。
同时,该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置平衡层2,起到阻止水泥地板内的水分、潮气向木塑材料复合板内侵蚀,同时还要与三氧化二铝耐磨层7共同保护到木塑材料复合板内部应力平衡的作用。
同时,该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置中碱玻璃纤维网布层3,中碱玻璃纤维网布层3的内部填充有中碱玻璃纤维布,中碱玻璃纤维布用中碱纱织造而成,耐酸性能好,耐高温、抗拉强度高,可以增强复合板的稳定性能,防止变形而造成不必要的损失,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能。
同时,该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置高密度纤维板层4,使得木塑材料复合板材不会干缩湿胀,尺寸相对稳定、图案色彩丰富、仿真、型号可以做大尺寸、安装简便、快捷、价格便宜,保养方面简单,它的表面光洁度和耐磨度性能远远高于传统的木塑复合材料板。
同时,该建材用木塑材料复合板材,通过设置阻燃层5和防静电层6,使得该木塑材料复合板材的功能更加完善,提高了木塑材料复合板材的防火性和抗静电的能力,且本发明结构紧凑,设计合理,实用性强。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,包括木塑基体(1),其特征在于:所述木塑基体(1)的内部设置有抗拉条(8),所述木塑基体(1)的下表面与平衡层(2)的上表面粘接,所述木塑基体(1)的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层(3)的下表面粘接,所述中碱玻璃纤维网布层(3)的上表面与高密度纤维板层(4)的下表面粘接,所述高密度纤维板层(4)的上表面与阻燃层(5)的下表面粘接,所述阻燃层(5)的上表面与防静电层(6)的下表面粘接,所述防静电层(6)的上表面与三氧化二铝耐磨层(7)的下表面粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,其特征在于:所述木塑基体(1)包括芯层木塑层(101),所述芯层木塑层(101)的内部设置有抗拉条(8),所述芯层木塑层(101)的上表面和下表面分别与第一碳纤维布层(102)的下表面和第二碳纤维布层(103)的上表面粘接,所述第一碳纤维布层(102)的上表面和第二碳纤维布层(103)的下表面分别与第一表面木塑层(104)的下表面和第二表面木塑层(105)的上表面粘接,所述第一表面木塑层(104)的上表面与中碱玻璃纤维网布层(3)的下表面粘接,所述第二表面木塑层(105)的下表面与平衡层(2)的上表面粘接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,其特征在于:所述抗拉条(8)包括纤维束(81),所述纤维束(81)位于芯层木塑层(101)的内部,所述纤维束(81)的内部设置有若干个纤维(83),所述纤维束(81)的内部设置有粘结剂(82),所述纤维(83)与粘结剂(82)粘接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,其特征在于:所述中碱玻璃纤维网布层(3)的内部填充有中碱玻璃纤维布,所述中碱玻璃纤维网布层(3)的厚度为平衡层(2)的(三分之一)。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,其特征在于:所述高密度纤维板层(4)的内部填充有高密度纤维,所述高密度纤维板层(4)的厚度与平衡层(2)的相同。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材,其特征在于:所述三氧化二铝耐磨层(7)的内部填充有三氧化二铝,所述三氧化二铝耐磨层(7)的厚度与高密度纤维板层(4)的厚度相同。
7.根据权利要求1-5所述的一种建材用木塑材料复合板材的应用,其特征在于:
通过芯层木塑层101、第一碳纤维布层102、第二碳纤维布层103、第一表面木塑层104和第二表面木塑层105的共同作用,碳纤维具有重量轻、比强度大、模量高、耐热性高、化学稳定性好等优异特性,以碳纤维为增强相的复合材料具有比钢强、比铝轻的特性,是一种目前最受重视的高性能材料之一,提高了木塑材料复合板的综合力学性能,同时提高了木塑材料复合板的抗冲击和抗弯曲强度。
