step 4, controlling a telescopic rod of a telescopic cylinder of the translation frame to extend, lifting a translation frame seat, clamping up a rubber diaphragm until the whole rubber diaphragm leaves a terminal device, moving a translation sliding frame on a double exhaust rod towards the direction of a dicing device under pneumatic driving, moving the translation sliding frame to the position above a cutting workbench, descending the translation frame seat, enabling a rubber diaphragm main body to fall on the cutting workbench, controlling a pressing plate telescopic cylinder to shrink at the moment, and simultaneously controlling a telescopic rod of a rotary support to shrink, so that the whole rubber diaphragm is tiled on the cutting workbench;
and 5, controlling the cutter mounting frame to move from one end of the cutter translation sliding rail to the other end, stopping once when the distance of one cutting block is moved, controlling the cutter lifting air rod to drive the cutter to descend when stopping, and cutting the rubber diaphragm into equal-size blocks until the rubber diaphragm is cut, and finally picking up and stacking the cut rubber diaphragm neatly manually.
